No side garage door to the side yard. Should have been included, not an expensive option. The driveway does not allow for safe access out of a parked car. Should have been wider. Only two hose bibbs for the entire property. There should have been one for each side of the home. The kitchen and pantry light switches are located behind the door. Should have been installed on the other side of the door. The garage door opener is located to far from the entry door. The bathrooms should of had soft-close toilet seats!! Really? The dishwasher should have been located closer to the kitchen cabinets, ...

Fantastic construction manager & warranty response!

Our construction manager, Justin, was fantastic! Explained everything thoroughly when we closed. Our warranty rep, Stacy, also responded quickly to the minor issues experienced after move in. Quality is great. Super happy in our new home!

Honest and fast

Pulte homes were honest and fast to respond to any question and honest with their answers. John from the sales office was a big help and went out of his way for you even on his day off. The builder Forman was fast to point things out and find an answer or fix any problem one might find or have.

Too many last minute transactions.

Seller and lender should try to be on the same page to avoid confusion and to offer clarity during the transaction. Warranty should be taken seriously instead of rushing through only to discover that a 3rd party will come and repair at a fee.

Very Bad Experience buying home from Pulte

At the time of booking the house everything looks good, they promise everything, but it is a real pain after paying the initial deposit, paperwork to get the loan from pulte mortgage is a real pain, they have no clue what they are asking and how to evaluate, they keep asking documents, they come back after a month again asking same and more documents, at the end they reject loan saying the underwriter is not accepting, in my case they said everything approved after i agreed for 60 % down, i liquidated my invenstments and before the closing date they come and tell me it is rejected from ...

Worst experience ever! Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Dishonest at every turn. Promotions are a game on numbers and a pure attempt to deceive. Dan is rude and unprofessional. Marci deceived us about short term rentals and never did anything to rectify the situation. Leo is the worst supervisor and used profanities while speaking to me and took no accountability for his incompetence. I will never work with Pulte again. When I reached to complain it was always someone will contact you and no one ever did. Stay away from Pulte Homes.

The Brand New Build Home Buying Experience is not what used to be. Just not feeling the quality of the build, and customer service experience. Just want to rush you to get he keys and you are on your own kind of feeling. Our streets have so much construction going on and construction vehicles parked everywhere, it is dangerous to drive through the streets just to get home. If you really care about our options, I would love to sit down one on one with your top management to share my comments and options.

Overall I am happy with the purchase of my new home however there’s been little things here n there that I feel could’ve been done better. The paint on the exterior n interior are not good quality, I see chipping already. Interior painting of the house seems to have been rushed in my opinion. Thank you

Jon, the sales consultant was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our questions. He told us that we could reach him anytime and even on his day offs. He made our buying experience very pleasant and smooth. The escrow and title process was difficult and challenging. There were at least three individuals that we had to deal with and each requesting multiple documents, some duplicate. There was no coordination among them that left me totally frustrated at times. I suggest that appoint a single point person that the buyer needs to work with for both the title and escrow processes ...
