Purchasing a new home from Pulte has been an extraordinary experience. Our Sales agent and construction manager were an amazing team to work with. From choosing our lot, applying upgrades, reviewing the progress of our home construction, our sales agent and construction manager were always there with all the answers to our questions and to address any issues that came along the way. The process of purchasing a new home from Pulte was made easy by the Pulte team. We love the design of our new home. I would recommend purchasing a new home form Pulte to anyone looking for a new home.

This is the first house I buy in the USA. I feel confident with the business with the builder. The agents are good. I like the house very much.

Everything was delivered inn perfect shape. The only thing I wish the house had, was the backyard partially covered by concrete instead of dirt; but it make sense too leave it like that; since customers have different plans of what they want to do in that area? Overall, I’m satisfied.

This is my 3rd new house and the craftsmanship is disappointing, cheap materials, poor paint job, doors rub/warped. We have only been here a short time and now we are having appliance issues. The construction workers do not respect that someone is living here now, starting work before 7 am, parking in front of my house so guest can not, blocking my driveway. The supervisor was nice offering help after we moved in but he left with out introducing us to his replacement, abandoned us.

We had a great new home buying experience with Pulte! The construction team communicated with us through the whole build process. They were very knowledgeable and patient with us.

my home is beautiful and price was fair, my experience with my sales rep/agent was amazing "SHERI", she rocks, however the lending department is incompetent and have poor communication skills, does not respond in a timely manner.

I love this house

1) Not happy with the quality of upgrades such as base boards, doors, Faucets, flooring. Quality is missing, drywall etc....no quality check done. 2) No supervision of work, customer has to identify and point out issues. 3) Walk through during every stage of home construction is superficial. 4) Paid for water softener hookup ~$800. I was told that whole house will have softener. After moving in found that kitchen faucet and refrigerator do not have it and that was not communicated to us during the option selection which would have helped us to make the decision. Now we have to pay additional $1000 to water softener guys to change the plumbing. 5) Bathroom all faucets leaking under the cabinets, builder is not obliging...they say there is no leaks even after they saw the leaks. I'm investigating further and will make sure builder is accountable and does not repeat this kind of business operation to other customers. Investigating myself with the professional to make sure my ask is accurate. 6) We have upgraded all our toilets to higher toilets. during inspection found that they do not follow through on the upgrade, I had to point it out to superintended, they acknowledged the mistake and changed the toilets again. This clearly shows flaws in their operations. 7) I look for perfection not look for issues. but I found in every step in the process, we were pushed but no proper service rendered. 8) I can name few people who did their best to cater to customer services: 1) Angie - Good sales person and very responsive. 5 star for her service 2) Shane - Superintended, excellent in getting the fixes done. 4 star 3) Daniel - Jr superintended, excellent in customer experience. 4 star 4) Trevor - Pulte mortgage. Pulte has been a great experience from the beginning of the process. I was always kept in the loop since the start of construction. The work site was always clean as the house was being built. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations along with the high quality appliances that were installed in the house. The few warranty issues that I had after move-in were all scheduled in a timely manner and taken care of with relative ease. I would highly recommend a Pulte built home to anybody in the market for a new house.

This is our first time buying a home. We looked at a lot of builders and spent a good time researching different communities to really find that perfect home for our family. Pulte was the one that stood out. We knew right away that Pulte was the best choice for us. We had a good experience from the time we first looked at the model homes to the time we moved in! Wesley at the sales office was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We toured several times and Wesley was always welcoming. When the time that we decided that it’s time to start the process to buy our home, Robert Ballard, our loan specialist took care of everything. He worked his magic and made the loan process very convenient for us. We had a LOT of questions being a firs time home buyer and Robert was always available to address them all. We chose Pulte Mortgage for our loan and we are satisfied with the fairness of their pricing. The final walkthrough was done by Mark Rodenborn. He was amazing! You can really tell that he was passionate of what he was doing and you can sense that he has a lot of experience. He really managed the build very well. We are very satisfied with the build quality and attention to detail. Mark is the rockstar of the team! I would rate our overall experience as 5+ stars. I still call Mark to ask about different things about the house and he is always available and happy to help. It’s a pleasure seeing mark at the community since he has other homes to build. He always says Hi and generally a nice guy. We are thankful for a great experience and we are grateful that we chose Pulte. All the upgrades we agreed upon were constructed and installed as per plan and design with no discrepancies noted. The field manager, Mr. David Kelsey is very courteous , knowledgeable, and very professional in dealing with us. He meticulously explained everything we need to know about the home . Always willing and able to help. I personally believe that the Pulte Homes is really committed to build a better and energy savings home.
