Overall the experience was good. We were able to get the lot we wanted. Carolyn at the sales office was great and very helpful. Only issue is that some finishing details were not properly taken care of. Quarter round around the kitchen island was not properly installed and the front door paint is awful. A service request was submitted. As of today still waiting for the issue to be taken care of. Other than that, so far we are really happy with our home.

Matt in sales office at Alberhill was amazing! He walked us through the buying process every step of the way and kept up updated daily. Dave also was phenomenal he explained everything in detail to us and helped get us everything we needed to get into this home

All Staff at sales are excellent. Very helpful. Especially Jill was my sales co-ordinator. She was amazing

The house is great. Some roofing and carpentry repairs need to be made and some appliances don’t work. Pulte is good at coming out to see what’s wrong. The appliances are harder to get ahold of some to fix.

The Pulte Homes did a great job for us. The team was efficient and quick. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. Definitely, I will recommend others as well. If someone is searching for the best construction company for custom home building. Trust Pulte Homes. They were really very easy to work with.

The whole team at Pulte was great. From the sales office all the way through construction, the loan process and closing. This is my second Pulte home and I would recommend them to anyone.

Moving across the country was a challenge all bye itself but pulte and those working diligently to make sure my family had the right home did an amazing job

I would like to tell you guys how appreciative I am of your Field Manager Ron Taylor. I know it said no last names but this is positive, Ron has gone above and beyond with repairing and helping us learn certain aspects of the technology that comes with the house. Without Ron I think my relationship with Pulte would have soured really fast. I would also like to mention to Craig, without him we would not have our dream house.

i loved the fact, i was walked thru every step. i was given POC that i could contact. Due the nature of my job i was not always available for contact, Pulte rep were always happy and helpful. Sale rep Gratziela, would send me pictures and measurement. She listen to my family even thou they were going to be living with me. I went to the house often :) before it was built the contractors/workers always greeted me friendly and explained what step they were on.

We love our new home. We have had a few minor issues, but everything has been felt with fast and efficient! Thank you for your amazing customer service team!!

The Pulte builder team was very professional and the build quality of my house is beyond my expectation.

Overall experience during the buying portion was really great with all the support of the purchase office particularly Arturo and loan process with Brent. Although there are few issues with the build, with some minor issues particularly missing bathroom door and island repair which cause a little delay on issuing house keys and finding electrical problem, and on countertop, after the turnover. Other than that, we are very satisfied.

We are happy with the house, some small issues but fixable. The I would prefer they have any upgrade options for the backyard but they don't have it.
