The sales staff (J and J) were very professional from the outset. They kept me informed of updates as soon as new information became available, so there were never any surprises. The job superintendents were on point and knew their craft. They possessed a thorough knowledge of the product and process, from digging the trenches, laying the foundation up and to when the last nail on the house was hammered. The entire process exceeded my expectations.

We are so excited to share our process from start to finish and all the different milestones through the journey. It was great watching our home building progress and each stage created more excitement. We were informed of everything at each stage which made things more transparent and easy.

It was a long hurdle getting to the finish but it was worthwhile.

Overall great experience building with Pulte

No new home is “perfect” but Pulte certainly aims for that and as a result you will take delivery of something quite great. Pulte is also very VA friendly and zero down to them means 0 down. Now fellow Vets if you have debt keeping you from being where you need to be to qualify you may have to put some skin in the game to level the playing field. Don’t construe that as a down payment. Construe that as Pulte genuinely wanting to make sure you can afford the payment and not get in over your head. They also give Vets a break on the earnest money needed to hold your lot and build. This is not something that is typically waived as they would be taking all the risk but at 50% off for Vets it ensures your commitment to the build and makes it affordable to you at the same time. Other builders simply won’t do that but Pulte does and even gives a Home Town Hero credit towards your purchase. Very Vet friendly and it is appreciated. My direct neighbor is a Former Marine and our neighbor across the street is a Sailor so there you go. The homes are beautiful. If any discrepancies are found after the home is purchased, it is covered under warranty but they are not the fastest to get someone out to fix the discrepancy. Been waiting almost a month to have a drywall issue resolved.

Good quality and professional staff.

Pulte homes customer service really stands out! Every one we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. From the sales team, to the mortgage team, the construction team and customer care team after closing. The home itself is wonderful. I'm a fist time home owner. I have now been in my new home for 3 months. We had some minor issues that needed to be fixed after closing, which were taken care of immediately. (Flooring gaps, Missed Drywall under countertops, and doorbell) Imagine a newly built home that is 99% perfect. Small things here and there that we fixed right away with great follow up!

Whoever the project manager was did not check everything. There were quite a few things that were not right. Other than that the rest was fine.

Pulte Homes builds some of the best quality homes out there. Compared to other developers we toured during our home purchase experience, none met the quality of Pulte.

Pulte sales department was great, they had answers for all our questions so we always knew what was the next step and how to be ready for it.

Pulte as a builder was great to work with. The site manager ensured all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Vanessa, our agent with Pulte provided top notch service and was a tremendous asset throughout the process.

I have heard great things about Pulte which was the reason why I felt comfortable in investing my hard earned money in purchasing. However, now that the purchase is closed trying to get service to my new property—to which I shouldn’t be experiencing some of the issues I am with lack of quality of materials, outlets not working and cracks in doors already is quite disheartening.

Little small things not great at all!

The sales and mortgage departments have been very informative and helpful. However upon moving in the house we have 2 major issues specifically in the master bedroom. Outlets tend to overload and tripped and shut the power in the bedroom. We are hesitant to use any appliances suchas vacuum cleaner, iron or TV due to this for fear of causing any complete electrical failure in the entire house. Resetting the breaker only helps temporarily as power continues to trip whenever we use the outlets. Master bedroom toilet is clogged for unknown reason. Plumber was able to unclog temporarily and at this time, toilet is still unusable as it continues to tend to overflow and won’t flush properly. ... More

Check your home thoroughly craftmenship is not good

so far my life is consumed with service calls to fix issues. 1.electrical 2.shower hole in stall 3.non-working air ventilation 4.non-working stove vent and send hot air back into the house 5.dead plants 6.broken circuit breaker 7.gap/air in kitchen floor laminate 8.laundryroom floor shakes, not stable 9.many edges around home are not 'square' 10.A/C condenser water drain clogged 2 times 11.some house have retaining wall under the fence, we do not causing huge holes exposing to neighbors. I am sure there is more

Overall Construction Quality is great. Quality of clean up of finish product is not good. The floor of my shower was stained with rust and heavy duty construction caulking that was not attended to and has been impossible to remove. Same kind of stain 6" x 2" on one of my wood flooring in a main area of my dining area. I was assured that it was no big deal and could be removed. I had electrical issues " tripping breakers" to my refrigerator that were repaired 10 days after moving in. I'm still having irrigation issues "leaking water and sink hole " that have been repaired once already still on going. Still waiting for other repair. It usually takes a week for anyone to respond to repair emails. ... More

This has been a horrible experience. We bought the house beginning of August, 2023. The cabinet had to be replaced because of manufacturing defect. They came and replaced it one month after the house is closed. Two months later they still haven’t put in a countertop and fix the plumbing. This was not disclosed before we closed. This experience of buying a brand new home has been nothing short of terrible, first of all you do the walk through of your new home and everything is looking good as can be expected but within the first week everything started breaking!! 1. Water Heater broke within the first week and the team had no sense of urgency, the company that came out to fix it weren't professionals, they were unorganized handy men at best, broke the vent and weren't neat. NP Mechanical 2. HVAC (Heater) broken didn't work and we have been here for a month now and it is still not fixed. NP Mechanical 3. ERV (Ventilation system) broken the entire system was replaced and broke again within the first day of repair, unprofessional and very poor customer service with lack of what it is they are actually working on. 4. Bulge in the wall (no contact on repair yet) 5. Backyard drainage only works for 50% of the yard 6. Electrical issues with front and backyard lights (repaired) With all that said our amazing home purchase turned into another job and having to deal with incentives customer service staff that doesn't care about the end consumer I wouldn't recommend Pulte Homes to anyone very poor materials used and looks like a rush job, not worth the 600k price tag stay away!!! ... Daniel really stood out - very helpful, prompt, and effective in all issues so far.

The sales rep (JILL) was amazing throughout the entire process. Our closing day was stressful, hectic, and confusing due to lack of communication - (Jill was out of town - I’m sure it would have been better otherwise). Stacy is GREAT and very responsive, helping with any issues with the house - breaker reset, squeaky faucet, etc. very happy and in love with our home.

We like Ed's fast response for repairs.

The quality of materials used is what drew me to the Pulte Homes at the beginning of my search for a new home. Pulte in comparison to the other builders, the Pulte Homes aren’t just cheaply put together. I also like that they offer the larger homes with large lots where you have space & privacy from your neighbors. The homes are strategically placed to give the homeowners the utmost privacy.

Even though it is a brand new home I recommend hiring a independent inspector. He was able to find things we missed or would not have become aware of until down the line.
