Michael, gave me the inspection tours of the home. He seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about each product in the home. He was able to answer any questions that were asked of him.

The sales advisors were great to work with and followed up in a timely manner. However, the construction manager while trying to be rude, came off passive aggressive and rude. He didn't like when I pointed things out that needed to be fixed. Apparently, I'm "one of the people" that pick at every little thing. Im purchasing this house and expect it to be turned over in a great manner. Highly recommend for buyers to not be pushed over, but be stern and persistent to have issues addressed in a timely manner.

My experience in living in properly sealed home is the comfort level in very high. waking up in the morning is not a big deal any more cause of the material of the carpet and flooring is high quality.

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

The process was quick and on time. Pulte offered so much help and resources in terms of funding. The quality of work was impressive. I’m very happy with the whole process.

This is a great home.

Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Our only gripe with Pulte was with the morning rtgage division. The building of our home has been amazing though. Even with the issues, they have been very responsive and quick to get them fixed.

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

We love our home, we’re very happy with the layout and the house itself. However in the 6 weeks we’ve been here we’ve had to place three different work orders and take time off every time to get them resolved. Our air conditioning completely shut down and we were without for a day, our electrical needed to be required, and a shower head installed caused issues with the hot water. We are still waiting on a tree to be replaced that had died before we moved in. We are very happy with our home overall, but all of the issues we’ve had were due to things being rushed and careless errors.

It's a great home. We have had some minor issues that we continue to discover as we live here. For example, one of our AC vents is blocked and covered with plastic, the faucets in our bathroom were not properly attached to the countertop, there is some damage to some of the baseboards in the home, and two of the doors in our home (including the front door) had damage that should have been caught. That said, Pulte has addressed or will address all of these issues and we are confident that Pulte will be there for us if we have any future problems. We do think they need to do a slightly better job on the quality control front. We'd rather wait a little longer if it means less warranty appointments we have to deal with after moving into the home. When we compare the Pulte homes to the other builders in the area, we feel that Pulte's home designs are better, their lots are significantly bigger, and we love the neighborhood they have developed. I'll preface this review with a HIGHER mark for the Builder's Construction Manager, the one responsible for ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of the build, was exceptionally professional, patient, courteous, and very responsive to communication efforts. Jeremy was also reliable, punctual, and just a wonderful individual who took interest in our inquiries and feedback! Our walk-throughs were very informative and did not feel rushed. He took time to explain things and answer our questions!! A++ As for the Sales and Mortgage teams - these were some of the LOWs of our journey. Our "Sales" rep was the opposite in terms of reliable, responsive, and professional. We saw him ONCE, didn't work out of the sales office for the community we bought in, did not submit the correct "building layout" and now we have no garage access door (and an out-of-pocket expense now), and wasn't even ON SITE when we closed escrow and picked up our keys!! Someone else in the Sales office handed them over. NOT GOOD! The Mortgage team members reside in different time zones, were notorious for sending emails before we were even awake and then expecting immediate responses from us. Several times, email chains went 10-12 messages deep and just caused confusion as to what needed to be responded to. On several occasions, I was questioned (grilled) on some of my financial transactions, requesting detailed explanations on certain ones and the amounts listed on bank statements. Through out the process, they would rely on old numbers when providing documents that required our signatures - even after being provided with up-to-date statements of balances and credit lines. Very frustrating to not be HEARD, especially went factual representation was included in responses. Following their recommendations on paying down some of my debt resulted in losing points on my credit report! And then was informed that the lowered score could jeopardize the loan approval process. At closing of escrow, I was owed a refund on a line item they refused to update with current balance. We also 'closed' a day late that also required a refund. Overall, the weight of the home buying decision and journey was worth it as we're now proud owners of our FIRST EVER home and are excited about adding our personalities to its "blank slate" of possibilities. We had good experience with this home purchase. Construction managers were very helpful throughout the process.

Timelines keep shifting (Expect a delay of a couple of months). A lot of construction quality issues were observed across the community: sewage issues, drywall under the sink having holes/uncovered, AC leak issue in the attic, Sprinklers and drip link leak from day one.

Pulte has good and cheap qualities. It looks good outside looking in, but once you buy and see the fallacies, you'll be disappointed. With the money you spend on housing, you'll just expect more! A lot of errors!!

Build quality is par below with cheap material quality. Interior paint is definitely a joke! The apartment I lived before was built in 1960 and had a better paint and wall quality. For 750k this built ? Wow. I don’t recemmond because of the quality of the house

There are numerous small issues, including problems with interior and exterior paint, door knob installations, roofing, stucco, and more.

We enjoyed working with Michael throughout the sales experience. We didn’t really have any issues with the buying experience - it went smoothly and timely. One thing we loved is that they were happy to work with us despite having to sell our house first.

This is our 2nd home with Pulte. We bought the first one in 2013 and it was a great experience. We needed to purchase a 2nd home in a hurry. My how things have changed. We had no choice to design or customize the 2nd home at all. They now have HOAs. Frankly the quality is definitely poorer with us having to call their customer service to fix this and that multiple times. They are still better than others. Advice to buyers is take your time, weigh all your options, plan well, and you will be able to get a good home. If your finances are in order and you are flexible you can get good results. ... More

I found what I would call Pulte cheapness. Plastic toilet seats that don't have the slow close so that they slam down. Cupboards that don't have shelves so that they are just big useless holes unless I had sliding shelves installed. No over the mirror vanity lights. A bathroom with no sliding door for the tub/shower (I was snidly told to get a shower curtain). A bathroom with no medicine cabinet. No light in the pantry. Simple little things Pulte could have and should have done.

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

We got our keys on the 29th of December. Happy so far. We have found some small issues which we were told we would. Going through the warranty portion now. The salesperson was definitely the best thing so far. He was great from beginning to end. Thanks to everyone.
