Great experience they were very trust worthy.

Loved the experience I had with the sale folks (Myniesh!). Unfortunately, had issues with upgraded cabinetry (they don't come with handles??), this is despite the design center person telling us that it came in brush nickel, and there were no options for chrome. Issues with one of the outlet circuit breaker tripping. Sent a request to have it looked at, after several back and forth emails, the person literally told me that since it had power, he didn't need to send someone out to look. Let's think about this. A brand new home. Circuit breaker keeps tripping. But because I can reset the breaker and bring power back up, it was ok?? After pleading with him to have some look at it (either a bad outlet or bad circuit breaker), he finally said someone will contact me to have it looked at. Really?? ... More

The Pulte builder team was very professional and the build quality of my house is beyond my expectation.

Excellent builders very great home

Working with the Lending Company was difficult at best. They continued to ask for information that had been requested more than once. Getting service for issues is very dependent on the vendor being used. Sometimes it is 7 to 10 days and other times it is 7 to 10 weeks. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR A NEW HOME.

Overall experience during the buying portion was really great with all the support of the purchase office particularly Arturo and loan process with Brent. Although there are few issues with the build, with some minor issues particularly missing bathroom door and island repair which cause a little delay on issuing house keys and finding electrical problem, and on countertop, after the turnover. Other than that, we are very satisfied.

The process was quick and on time. Pulte offered so much help and resources in terms of funding. The quality of work was impressive. I’m very happy with the whole process.

Before buying my Pulte home, I had been researching other homes with little satisfaction. When I saw the Pulte homes, I was ecstatic; they had everything I wanted in a new home. I wanted a single level, a patio, and a pantry which according to the advertisement came with these homes. I made contact with the sales office, selected a model, began the qualifying process and provided my $15k deposit. It was afterwards that I was told the homes in this development did not come with patios. I discovered later, that I was not given the opportunity to make structural choices. Then the process of submitting qualifying documents began. The process was tumultuous to say the least. It seemed as if the entities involved (the sales team, the construction company, the loan company, and title company) were never on the same page., It was the classic story of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. This is a great home.

Everything was great Marci was excellent and so was the building manager Jason. Easy to get ahold of and always available with any questions or concerns. The build quality is very above average as well… They are priced competitively and you get what you paid for and more. Thank you Pulte and your team as well!

Still waiting for hole in garage wall to be fixed from leak. Still waiting for promised items to be delivered and installed dating back to walk through nearly 2 months ago.

Everything about our house building and buying was nice; minor hiccups were identified and addressed thoroughly BUT the last minute interrogation by the underwriter was absolutely horrible. I have purchased many many homes and done countless refinances and I have NEVER experienced the level of harassment that Pulte put us through. We will never use Pulte mortgage again!

Each person involved with Pulte homes has been extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Pulte Homes for anyone purchasing a new home. I am very happy with the entire experience.

many things wrong with house, things that should not have happened, but did due to shoddy work ethics. bathroom fixtures fell off wall, broken windows left broken, fan above cooktop, dented, not aligned, gaps where it was attached and fingerprints (many) on wall above cook top. block wall not completed needs one more level and caps, overspray of paint along trim around garage, footprint of black paint on floor, reported within 2 days of move in, one month later im still waiting to get fixed. project manager does not appear to be capable.

On the final walkthrough on the house there were several things that needed to be repaired, they were fixed. After I moved Ive still been finding several things that need to be repaired. I have contacted the contractor to let him know about the list of things that need to be repaired and he said that they can't do anything about it to contact my insurance. The thing that bothers me the most is all the problems that I have been finding throughout the three weeks that I've been living here, I paid for a new house that was not supposed to have these many issues already. Ive already had to put money out of my pocket for repairs that they left behind ... More

so far my life is consumed with service calls to fix issues. 1.electrical 2.shower hole in stall 3.non-working air ventilation 4.non-working stove vent and send hot air back into the house 5.dead plants 6.broken circuit breaker 7.gap/air in kitchen floor laminate 8.laundryroom floor shakes, not stable 9.many edges around home are not 'square' 10.A/C condenser water drain clogged 2 times 11.some house have retaining wall under the fence, we do not causing huge holes exposing to neighbors. I am sure there is more

Our only gripe with Pulte was with the morning rtgage division. The building of our home has been amazing though. Even with the issues, they have been very responsive and quick to get them fixed.

We are happy with the house, some small issues but fixable. The I would prefer they have any upgrade options for the backyard but they don't have it.
