It's difficult to find quality new builds within Santa Clara County these days. Pulte has done a nice job in securing a location in the middle of a desirable residential area. They have maximized space by building three level units and provide energy and water efficiencies we left behind in our last SFH in the area. The other nice thing is the garages are large enough for two cars to fit comfortably. These Pulte homes fit our empty nesters lifestyle and would also fit families with a newborn. We've had Pulte come back and address some quality issues like a crack in the shower pan, misc paint, texture, and caulking details and trouble with one of the Lennox AC units. Overall Pulte home buying was a terrible experience filled with uncertainty n disappointment. Other than the construction guys on the property, everyone was uncooperative starting from sales, mortgage personal to the final handover. After the possession of the property, every issue I had was treated like “it’s a YOU problem”.

Overall the Pulte Home build quality is great. My construction manager Josh and coworker Luis made it such a smooth and friendly process for move-in. They also quickly responded and supported some minor issues found during initial inspection. My experience so far has been wonderful. Thanks to all who made it possible.

The construction manager I worked with could not have been better. Not only was he very responsive and able to answer all my questions and concerns, he guided me though the build process in a way that made me very confident that I was making a good investment and purchasing a quality home for myself and my family.

The builder has been mostly positive - we feel very welcome and the home is wonderful. The follow-ups to issues identified has been sporadic and there have been instances of finding appliances not working as expected within the first month of moving in

I was highly satisfied with how the entire process unfolded. I felt well-prepared due to upfront research and had an excellent Pulte team guiding me, which minimized confusion and frustration. The purchase process was efficient and transparent, and the move was well-planned, making it feel organized and manageable. I finished the process feeling relieved, excited, and grateful to be in my new place.

Just make sure that you get what you pay for and ASAP.

Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes me feel like I’m a fool! Now it makes me wonder how much the upgrade is really worth. ... More

This is our very first home, and my partner and I are beyond happy with how smooth and exciting the entire buying process was! Mary, our sales agent, walked us through multiple different model homes and made the search approachable. She was incredibly friendly, and helped us find the home and model that perfectly fit our needs. After we decided to buy, the construction manager Omar gave as an extremely detailed walkthrough of the home, and even showed us matching homes still under construction. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was move-in ready (even labeling spots that needed paint touch up himself!). Our experience with Pulte Homes, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was mostly positive. The home itself has met and even exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. Pulte’s attention to detail in construction and design really shines through, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out once we settled in. The floor plans are thoughtfully laid out, and the materials used in the build are of good quality.

Not even willing to come out and take a look at the construction defect issues. Just Video call appointment and declined all of repairs request. All of my claims are industry standard and asked me to go to model home and take a look at it. Air conditioning rattling/vibration issue, the customer service supervisor said my neighbor have the same problem and asked me to start logging when it happens. This is not customer service! We sold a house to you so rest of them are “All your problems” We bought several properties from different builders but Pulte is the worst so far. Home is decent quality, however it feels fragile and not as sturdy as other homes. Walls are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Do not go with Pulte Mortgage as they are unresponsive and were pretty negligent during the process.

Our experience with Mike was fantastic. He was responsive, always on time when we met, very knowledgeable and thorough. He even suggested a nice memory making activity with our kids.

Flooring insulation is terrible, can hear neighbor walking loud, very annoying and no solution on it, not recommend to buy house here

So far everything goes smoothly and the Pulte team is professional and responsible.

The condo is really good quality, was finished on time, and all issues pointed out in the walkthrough were addressed on closing day. Everybody throughout the process was very communicative and helpful!

Mike, a member of the construction team, is exceptionally helpful and willing to assist with any task at hand. However, I believe Pulte should consider enhancing its sales and mortgage teams to effectively sell houses. In my personal experience, I purchased solar from them, but when I inquired about my sales receipt from the sales team, they seemed unsure of how to provide it.

Received excellent customer service which exceeded my expectations.

I won’t recommend using Pulte mortgage, but the rest of the process went as expected. The sales people were very helpful and the construction manager was excellent.
