The overall experience was good. But, there were some communication gap with the design studio and the builder. The construction quality is good, but the finishing work can be done much better with attention to detail.

As a first time homebuyer, we've heard horror stories regarding loan and escrow process. Pulte knocked it out of the park with their care and attention to our entire procedure and we couldn't have been happier.

There are some minor issues with the house, but overall, after 1 month, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Pulte has been pretty responsive, even during the time of COVID, so I would recommend them. The buying process was extremely easy and surprised me.

Good and seamless experience in home purchase

We have been living in our new house since last 6-7 weeks. The home is well built and looks very nice. Below are few of our observations - 1. Nice floor plans, adequate kitchen and family room sizes. 2. AC vents are appropriate and provide nice cooling in all the rooms - the AC makes a lot of sound though, sometimes I find it irritating. 3. Internet range extender provided at one place inside the house and internet connection at two places - good enough for the house and garage. The only drawback is there is no power supply at the range extender place in the ceiling. What is the use if there is no power supply we cannot put a range extender there. 4. Garage width is very narrow. If someone above average person drives in the car in the garage - very difficult for him to get out. Also I scratched my car on the garage door since the width is too small. 5. The distance between two buildings is not much, its manageable however they did not create a proper walkway between the buildings. If someone comes from back side we do not want to take them to the front side using that walk way - technically there is no walkway built like that. 6. The master bed room have a bathroom attached but its kind of open so we fixed a door there on our own. Irrespective of these issues - we do love our house. Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

The builder has been mostly positive - we feel very welcome and the home is wonderful. The follow-ups to issues identified has been sporadic and there have been instances of finding appliances not working as expected within the first month of moving in

Our experience with Pulte Homes, from the initial purchase to the final move-in, was mostly positive. The home itself has met and even exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value. Pulte’s attention to detail in construction and design really shines through, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out once we settled in. The floor plans are thoughtfully laid out, and the materials used in the build are of good quality.

Our experience with Mike was fantastic. He was responsive, always on time when we met, very knowledgeable and thorough. He even suggested a nice memory making activity with our kids.

The entire Pulte sales and construction team were attentive and professional throughout the entire process. Soroush and Danny went out of their way to make sure that we were more than satisfied with the final product.

Pulte homes are built in good quality.

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

This is our first home and I'd say that except for a small detail we're pretty happy. So far we didn't find any major defects or things that can't be quickly solved with the exception of one thing: a fan on the roof. The architect (i'm guessing) thought it was a great idea to put a high power fan on the very top of the building, dead center in the middle on our master bedroom roof. We're trying to figure out, still unsuccessfully, what to do about it.
