fast response but small issues at home

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

Overall it is a great value.

As a first time homebuyer, we've heard horror stories regarding loan and escrow process. Pulte knocked it out of the park with their care and attention to our entire procedure and we couldn't have been happier.

There are some minor issues with the house, but overall, after 1 month, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. Pulte has been pretty responsive, even during the time of COVID, so I would recommend them. The buying process was extremely easy and surprised me.

Good and seamless experience in home purchase

It was a good buying experience

We have been living in our new house since last 6-7 weeks. The home is well built and looks very nice. Below are few of our observations - 1. Nice floor plans, adequate kitchen and family room sizes. 2. AC vents are appropriate and provide nice cooling in all the rooms - the AC makes a lot of sound though, sometimes I find it irritating. 3. Internet range extender provided at one place inside the house and internet connection at two places - good enough for the house and garage. The only drawback is there is no power supply at the range extender place in the ceiling. What is the use if there is no power supply we cannot put a range extender there. 4. Garage width is very narrow. If someone above average person drives in the car in the garage - very difficult for him to get out. Also I scratched my car on the garage door since the width is too small. 5. The distance between two buildings is not much, its manageable however they did not create a proper walkway between the buildings. If someone comes from back side we do not want to take them to the front side using that walk way - technically there is no walkway built like that. 6. The master bed room have a bathroom attached but its kind of open so we fixed a door there on our own. Irrespective of these issues - we do love our house. I am very disappointed with the response from the Pulte onsite Construction team. They were very responsive till I provided an internal feedback to their team but after I gave good feedback they stopped responding and did not fix anything.

I'm happy with the purchase. Good qualify of house and great support from the Pulte Team.

We moved into a Pulte new build condo and have so many issues and service is extremely slow (moved in durind COVID 19 SIP order). It took over a month and 4 appointments to get AC repaired. It works now but is incredibly loud. Decided to add ceiling fans so we don't have to live with the loud noise and found out none of the ceiling junction boxes were installed correctly so can't install anything until they are fixed. Master tub had lots of pitting leading to rust spots and now the tub takes over an hour to drain so we are showering in several inches of water. Garage door would stall while closing which was fixed but the noises have returned and anticipate it needed to be fixed again. Unless they see it as urgent, they don't respond quickly. If you are sensitive to noise, consider Pulte carefully as they are not sound insulated. From the bedroom, I can hear the dishwasher, AC, water heater, and booster fan in addition to noises from neighbors and all exterior doors. Pulte was a disappointing purchase. ... More

The Field Manager Rodney Dimapiles did a fantastic job on the house, overall we like it a lot. However, the house still has some small issues and still waiting for someone to come over to repair. The tesla solar system didn't install well. After a long waiting period for the city inspection, they find out the system has issues and have to fix the issue and run over again the same process. Not sure how long this will take but it's a little bit disappointing because we already wait for over 3month but still can't tell when we will able to use the solar system. The water pipe system for the outdoor landscape has a lot of issues and because of that, the water mains burst many times already. I wish the team can do better job. Love my new home!

This is our first home and I'd say that except for a small detail we're pretty happy. So far we didn't find any major defects or things that can't be quickly solved with the exception of one thing: a fan on the roof. The architect (i'm guessing) thought it was a great idea to put a high power fan on the very top of the building, dead center in the middle on our master bedroom roof. We're trying to figure out, still unsuccessfully, what to do about it.

1. Wrong type window (fixed) was installed in master bedroom which can't be opened. 2. 240V wiring was wrong which burnt my new dryer. 3. The floor is not level, 4. the concrete patio is in wrong pitch, a big pond will formed at front door in every raining day 5. Garage floor has a lot of of oil stains Issue #3, 4, 5 were reported during final walk-through. Pulte promised will fix them. Almost 3 months from close, still have not be solved. Very, very disappointed with Pulte for the built quality and service.

Just bought a house from this builder. Ithe builder was very good. The quality of the house is excellent. The mortgage loan process was very smooth and customer service is very good too. Don’t have much complain about the new house. Compare to the other builders we bought previously, this one is one of the best so far.
