Overall it’s a good experience. All staffs were nice and efficient in the entire process. Except one thing that made us feel very unpleasant. Our home includes an upgrade that’s worth about $100k. All upgraded items were listed with their prices. One of the item was a kitchenAid fridge and its highest price I could found on internet is about $2700 before tax but they charge me $4200! I meant if you wanna take money out of my pocket, you should have allocate the profit to something I can’t get its price easily on the internet. Charging me $4200 for a fridge which is worth $3000 at most makes ...

Home is decent quality, however it feels fragile and not as sturdy as other homes. Walls are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. Do not go with Pulte Mortgage as they are unresponsive and were pretty negligent during the process.

The overall process was smooth. The customer care representative (Jose) does respond and raise work orders for any issues in the house after close of escrow. He also promptly follows up with the vendors. They try to resolve 80-85 % of the issues raised and not all the issues. Overall the process is okay and would recommend Pulte to other home buyers.

The Field Manager Rodney Dimapiles did a fantastic job on the house, overall we like it a lot. However, the house still has some small issues and still waiting for someone to come over to repair. The tesla solar system didn't install well. After a long waiting period for the city inspection, they find out the system has issues and have to fix the issue and run over again the same process. Not sure how long this will take but it's a little bit disappointing because we already wait for over 3month but still can't tell when we will able to use the solar system. Title company was not well organized and requested for multiple unneeded notarized signings. Many small issues with the house build (poorly sealed frames/baseboards, creaks, cracks, cabinet finishing/fit, etc.). Experience could have been better but still the design makes it very enjoyable.

Mike, a member of the construction team, is exceptionally helpful and willing to assist with any task at hand. However, I believe Pulte should consider enhancing its sales and mortgage teams to effectively sell houses. In my personal experience, I purchased solar from them, but when I inquired about my sales receipt from the sales team, they seemed unsure of how to provide it.

Not even willing to come out and take a look at the construction defect issues. Just Video call appointment and declined all of repairs request. All of my claims are industry standard and asked me to go to model home and take a look at it. Air conditioning rattling/vibration issue, the customer service supervisor said my neighbor have the same problem and asked me to start logging when it happens. This is not customer service! First, the following is not only based on my wife’s and my experience. After talking to neighbors, similar if not the same issues have been observed on many levels. The list below is not only our impression but was already recognized by the quality manager from Pulte. He wrote the list and I am just copying/pasting parts of it here. After our first walkthrough a lot of things got marked with tape with the explanation that it will be taken care of before move in day (that was expected, no complaint here!). I am very disappointed with the response from the Pulte onsite Construction team. They were very responsive till I provided an internal feedback to their team but after I gave good feedback they stopped responding and did not fix anything.

We moved into a Pulte new build condo and have so many issues and service is extremely slow (moved in durind COVID 19 SIP order). It took over a month and 4 appointments to get AC repaired. It works now but is incredibly loud. Decided to add ceiling fans so we don't have to live with the loud noise and found out none of the ceiling junction boxes were installed correctly so can't install anything until they are fixed. Master tub had lots of pitting leading to rust spots and now the tub takes over an hour to drain so we are showering in several inches of water. Garage door would stall ...
