Pulte group is a nice trustworthy building company. When looking for a house we checked several builders, several communities in different locations of Florida, and came back to Pulte because of their quality for the price you pay and things they offer like warranties on your house (1,2 or10 years on specific house parts) and other options. When checking other builders we saw cases where you buy a new construction house in Florida (from a well-known building company), but don't get hurricane-proof windows (no shatters are included, buy it by yourself), or to get tiles in the kitchen area instead of default carpet (!) option you have to pay additional money. Pulte offers plenty of upgrades you can do to your house. For example, you can add a sink in the garage, a bathtub in the main bathroom, drop tray ceiling in the main bathroom, change the wall texture from the default textured one to smooth walls, change wall colors, or upgrade to a frameless shower, etc. Some builders don't offer these options and you have to buy the whole design type as is. Well. if you buy a quick move-in house with Pulte and the upgrades are already preselected, you can not change them (some of them are structural and the blueprints are already approved by the city). But I am talking about the case where you could make changes, but the builder does not offer these upgrades. With Pulte, you are free to select which tiles you will install in the kid's bathroom and which tiles you will have in the main bathroom. Same with countertops, faucets, or floor types (carpet, hardwood floors). With some other companies, you just have to select a group and in this group, everything is already pre-selected: you get specific tiles, specific light fixtures, and specific countertops, and you can not make any changes. That definitely limits you as a customer. Pulte does not do that, they offer many upgrades and you are free to create your own interior design for your future house. They even offer an additional service where the design team will work with you and will help you create the perfect interior design. Let's talk about sales staff in the Oak Tree sales center. We had a chance to communicate with several sales consultants and they do their best, are very polite and responsive, and will help you with any questions. We particularly worked with Elli and she is super professional. We already closed on our house, we live in it, but still can come to the sales center and ask Elli some questions related to the community or a house or building process and she will answer them. She is always happy to help and this makes us feel confident about Pulte and that means that the company not just sells you a house and forgets about you the next day after closing, but on the contrary, they are always here to help. Same with the construction manager (foreman) and customer care representatives. They provide their phone numbers and emails and you can contact them if you will find some issues in a house (like a chipped tile or cracked paint, this is construction, such things happen). Kevin, our foreman was constantly updating us on how the building process goes by sending us emails with the house photos and providing some comments on what they did this week and what they plan to do next. we met with him several times on a construction site and pointed out some things that need to be fixed (like we noticed a chipped tile on the floor or a baseboard was not painted well) and he was saving these complaints and next time we were visiting the construction site he proudly was showing us what they fixed and how it looks like now. He never forgot about something. Now let's discuss the floorplans. I truly love to check floorplans and find some inconveniences like useless chunks of space or a strangely planned room. but Pulte floorplans are very logical and practical. We visited several model homes in different Pulte communities and overall they are well planned, the houses are not too big so you are not spending a ton of money to cool down all that non-needed space, rooms are smartly planned so kids don't disturb parents and vice versa. Kitchens on Pulte plans are very well designed and main appliances like fridge, kitchen sink, and stovetop/oven and located not far from each other and in a logical way, so you go first to the fridge, then to the sink, and then to the stovetop/oven. That is great because you don't walk around the kitchen spending time. Overall I will definitely recommend Pulte to others and when in the future I will need a new home, I will go with Pulte. ... I would tell prospective owners that it is a well made home and great area to live in.

We purchased our home in Dec 2020, at the beginning of the supply chain squeeze. Pulte was great about keeping us informed of our progress and new estimated completion dates as the materials shortage caused delays. In the end, their estimates were right on, and they were willing to give us "placeholder" appliances just so we could have our home on time. Overall, our experiences with our Sales Rep and Building Manager were both great. They do what they can to make your dream home happen, and I feel like we're friends at the end of this process.

Good overall experience! Sales Rep was fantastic! Very helpful and understanding. All processes went smooth except Pulte Mortgage’s underwriting dept was a nightmare. Took them forever to review docs and approve the closing. Builder did a great job. Overall, everything went good. Im happy with my new home. Thank you so much!

The building manager and associate were really helpful with this process. The sale’s associate were really accommodating. The location of Emory is in an amazing location where I don’t even need to drive to local grocery stores or restaurants. The style of the home is so beautiful. The best decision I made.

My home buying experience with Pulte went swimmingly because the paper work, payment schedules and closing dates were quite articulate.Every T crossed every I dotted. Howbeit, this would not have been achieved to the extent with regards to my laudatory comments without the input of Elli M and Adam C. Elli from the get-go filled us in on the proper time how and when to execute same to attain swift and propitious results. Although everything is clearly defined as above mentioned, she was there exhibiting supererogatory work which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She also put her bubbly and positive spin on things at every step of the way. I had a short experience/ encounter with Adam C, but my sentiments are the same as Elli’s. He was very personable and easygoing …took his time to explain everything in details and emphasized on more than one occasion that if we have a problem in his department we are to call him it won’t be a bother because he will only be fulfilling his job obligation.
