Joe in sales and Andrew the superintendent were great in all respects! We were somewhat dissatisfied with warranty issues. Our issues should never have been.

UP and DOWN before the closing

We experienced a five stars departments and zero stars departments. After 2 months living in our new home I would suggest to pay more attention at the details inside the homes. Several works would have been made better.

We love our new home, but the process has had (and is still having) its moments of frustration. Didn't really feel that the sales team was super honest. We were pushed to sign our agreement with the insinuation that prices were going to go up and lots wouldn't be available if we didn't sign right away. They didn't and Pulte came out with a free pool offer and 50% off upgrades 2 weeks after we signed. We asked for a pre-drywall inspection, and had severe pushback. I was close to backing out of the deal and they finally allowed it. Getting a final inspection done prior to closing was ...

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year. Workmanship is good considering the allowed materials. My complaints are regarding materials. Flat paint is bad. It cannot be washed. I would have rather been given an allowance for appliances because these are REALLY BASIC. Jered’s explanations of everything were very comprehensive. Any issues I reported to be addressed have been so far taken care of in a timely manner.
