Communication when things were taking longer then expected was horrible mark the salesman made me feel like it was my fault thinking it was going to be done when they projected

The construction manager was a very good person to work with. I'd state that sales and the closing process was below average. It appeared the left foot didn't know what the right foot was doing. During the sale we were promised a few items that didn't come through. Issue was original sales person resigned right after we signed the contract and didn't leave any information on our sale. Person who took over sales never reached out with the exception of an email or two right before closing. If you purchase a home with Pulte document everything. Make sure that everything that is identified as needing to be addressed during the final walkthrough is in fact fixed before you close. Otherwise it can be a big hassle to get these items fixed after the fact.

Our Pulte Sales Consultant (Sammy P.), and our Construction Manager (Colton F.), met the highest standard of friendly customer-centered professionalism, and timely responsiveness to inquiries. Our home was delivered within the stated time limit, with the high quality expected of a Pulte home. We have referred all our friends who are looking to purchase a new home to Pulte.

After waiting over 14 months for our home, it was not up to what we expected. The cost was over a million dollars. I am happy to send photos of all the things we had to deal with when moving in and we are still dealing with. The contractors who worked on our home were subpar. It's almost embarrassing to show our family and friends. This was my second build with Pulte. I should of known.

Happy with our new home, just normal punch list items which are being resolved quickly. Only complaint I would have is the looooooonnngg build process.

Our experience building a new home with Pulte has been nothing less than outstanding. Melissa, our sales representative, took lots of time explaining the process and helped us select options that would help our house become perfect for us. She also emailed us weekly updates with lots of photos (we were building from out of state). Andrew, our construction supervisor was super responsive to any questions and even saw things on our pre-closing inspection that we missed. That is attention to detail! Absolutely the worst home buying experience i have ever been a part of. Was mislead throughout the entire process. It was like a bait and switch scheme throughout the process. Was lead to believe my home would have items like keyless locks, garage floor epoxy, pendent lighting to name a few. When I got to the house after closing none of that was present. I was told those items were not included despite them being in the spec sheet for the house. I was never told they would not be included. The online paperwork signing was smooth but it did not allow for saving any of the paperwork. I told the mortgage representative that I would be paying off the loan a few days after closing so I was not concerned with the interest rate. At closing I was informed I would be paying a rate lock fee. It was an unnecessary expense for me. The mortgage reps were not helpful at all. Finally, after arriving at the house there were a number of things wrong with the house. I identified those items to the builder rep. He scheduled a date for the repairs and noone showed up. After I contacted him to see why they did not show up, he said it was a misunderstanding. Not sure how thatbis since he scheduled the date. And as of this writing the repairs have still not been made nor have I heard from anyone at the builder. The team was great. Our best experiences were with the sales team. They were so helpful and caring and we are so grateful for them!

When the builder did a walk they with me he gave me his number and told me as I discovered items that need attention to let him know. Well, he doesn’t answer his phone nor does he return messages. The Pulti warranty company doesn’t answer the phone either. I feel like I’m being ignored.

Building a new home is not always easy... Steven Palmer made the sales process extremely very easy and transparent. His knowledge of the contract and process was paramount! As the building process started. Michael Rodriguez and Donato were very informative and handled our questions and concerns immediately. Their attention to detail is what made the process easy for us. We knew they wanted nothing but perfection and quality for the completed project. We were in good hands. We could not be happier with our new home and how things turned out. Communication from start until after purchase is very poor. No one in the company returns phone calls, text messages or emails. From the on site sales agent who we first spoke with. pulte finance could not provide a break down of closing costs or current mortgage rates. Pulte could or would not provide advance estimated time line on a closing date in order to lock in a mortgage interest rate. We tried after closing to get ahold the builder to ask a couple questions, no response. the customer care rep standing in our kitchen saying they would not nickel and dime us over getting issues fixed, then proceeded to nickel and dime us over 6 driveway stones out of place and blamed it on us for having a moving truck on them. We were never told to not have a moving truck on the driveway. (Stone companies up and down the street, 15 minute repair. Still an issue). Our Kitchen cabinets and drawers are falling apart, we have been in the house two months with zero follow up on repairs, we had to initiate a follow up call on service and got no answers. If i provided this kind of customer care in my business I would not have a job. ... More

From start to finish Pulte was informative, professional and truly cared about me and the home they built for me. My sales consultant and construction manager cared for my home as if it was their own.

I have been very impressed with my experience with Pulte. I have been in my home for a month and am thrilled with the quality of the build. Our construction manager Tommy clearly takes pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the process and was always available for questions. For the little fixes around the house, Gianni was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. I love my new home so far and can't thank Tommy and Gianni enough for their assistance.
