Pulte Homes Reviews in Fort Myers, FL

One of most disappointing factors is that the whole wide world is running towards the impact windows, while Pulte is running in opposite directions. In today’s market, specially in Florida, even 200k valued houses have impact windows are being installed. It is hard for me to understand that a house valued over 1/2 a million is 3-decades behind using hurricane panels. Whoever came up with this idea in 2024, seriously need help

Construction Manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through every step of the house with me personally to make sure I understood every aspect of the home. Any questions at all were easily answered and very thorough. It is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable in his area and been doing this for a while. That put my mind at ease and helped me to understand the quality that I was purchasing.

We bought the house while still living in a different state. Pulte did a nice job of communicating with us and bridging the gap between us. We had a third-party inspection done and Pulte quickly addressed any issues we had. It was a very positive experience for us.

The purchase and design appointment went so smoothly. The building process was great! I was told that it would be a 6 to 9 month process and my home was done in 6 months! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes.

A couple of suggestions for future builds. The door to the water closet in the master bath should open OUT, not in. It would have been nice for the home to have some basic window blinds and lights/fans as Lennar has done. Those are things that are needed immediately at move in and added around $4000 to our cost.

All of the staff involved were very supportive, and addressed all of my concerns in a prompted manner. I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

overall, we are very satisfied. There are some minor cosmetic issues to correct, but that is usual. Overall, it is good so far.

Great sales team, very knowledgeable about the homes they are selling. After moving in Tiffany was a great help in explaining all the little things we need to know about the house and the warranties as well as making sure everything was perfect for us as the buyers.

All Pulte employees were great to work with and answered all questions and very proactive with updates and explanations of the total process —especially Isabel and Ashley !

Our building experience with Pulte was outstanding. Given there is a difference between a custom builder and a volume builder everything was great. Our salesperson was Dylan and we can't say enough good things about Dylan. Responsive to our questions and pictures were supplied during the entire building process. Our building manager was Jared and he also was outstanding. Jared kept in touch with us throughout the entire building process. We would definitely build with Pulte next time.

Great buying experience with Justin in the Office and his promptness in addressing all that was needed from the beginning to the closing of my new home and thereafter. Customer care and service was also a great experience with Dhilon in taking care of all aspects of the home that needed to be addressed at an exceptional rate of quickness.and his continued communication with me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction with my new home. Thank you to the entire team !!!

they did awesome job overall had issue with pulte mortgage as they are slow and unorganized basically clueless and the home warranty is very slow as they only deal with specific vendors and they are far out on responses also we believe that they built the quick move in houses faster and put ours off so they could complete the quick move in houses faster

Gita got us started. Answered our questions. Tiffany was construction manager and she was GREAT. Her responsiveness and attention to detail was unparalleled!! If you build in Verdana with Pulte, ask for Tiffany!!

Carl; The finish quality of our Pulte home is above average. In addition the custom home Project Manager Lester Corzo is nothing but outstanding. My wife and I have had 4 homes built the Pulte home overall product says it all. If I ever decide to build another home Pulte would be our choice. I will recommend Pulte to anyone who asks.

Follow up on issues could be better. They provide a date when contractors should return to fix things but they show up at different dates / times.

Easy and hassle free experience

buying a new built home can be overwhelming, Pulte makes the entire process painless!

Our new home build with Pulte was a really good experience. We are very happy with our Pulte home purchase. Our project managers were very responsive, easy to work with, and cared about our satisfaction. There have been a few after-move-in issues that have also been responded to timely. We have one exception. Our appliance package doesn't all match. Our contract read Whirlpool appliances. We have a Kitchen-Aid refrigerator that doesn't match the other appliances. We brought this to Putle's attention well before closing. Our project manager and warranty manager have both submitted requests for resolutions. But we/they have not heard back in now eight weeks. Two weeks ago, I spoke with a sales team member who said they would check into this issue and be in touch. To date, we have not heard back from sales either. I have even offered to purchase the correct model refrigerator from a local big box store, transport it home, and install it with reimbursement approval. ... More

The sales person Hannah did a good job keeping us up to date with the build including tons of photos since we were out of state buyers. The construction manager returned all my calls and answered all our questions which made the process less stressful. The only issues were timing which thanks to Ian and supply chains were understandably beyond Pulte's control. Our closing team was very good about fixing last minute issues including making a few last minute changes that saved me a lot of time and effort when I moved in and was very much appreciated.
