At this point we have been very pleased. We still have some issues to be addressed relative to the water in the yard. Once that issue, which is all around the house, is done will be done.

From beginning to end - the experience was great. All staff in every phase of build was courteous, knowledgeable and was trying to meet our wishes.

It was a great, painless experience. Prompt responses, whenever we had questions. From sales team, to build team, to mortgage team, all around, well done!

Being this is our first hone there was certainly the normal stressers but Pulte made it as easy as possible for us. Upon moving in there were little odd end things that we noticed but we have already had most issues addressed and fixed and it’s only been a month in. We love the neighborhood and our home!!

We love our Pulte home and believe strongly that they deliver a home as close to perfect as humanly possible. We hired an inspector and he found nothing significant. That is amazing!

Our home is stunning, and we couldn’t be happier! There were some fixes that needed to be made after move in, and they have fixed them promptly and efficiently! Customer service is very responsive and helpful!

Love the home and layout with quality workmanship

Of the six homes that we have built over the years, this was by far our best experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and excellent customer service.

The sales office, design, contractor and closing team were amazing and very helpful with with all our questions and concerns. Pulte was right on time for the closing and convenient with remote closing. I recommend Pulte to family and friends.

I'm a contractor up north and can appreciate quality work when I see it. And my new pulte home fits that requirement

Steven P. was a wonderful, patient sales agent, that worked with us from start to finish and always answered questions and got us the needed information. In fact the entire sales team at the Westbrook site were always friendly and welcoming. We had two site project mgrs during our build, Michael and Jordan H. And they were both awesome! They both went above and beyond to make us feel like we were truly a part of the building process!

House looks great and they build very quickly

Really great experience from the initial inquiry all the way to closing. Was kept well informed of the process, and the team was a pleasure to work with. The few (minor) issues we have experienced in the month since move-in have been addressed quickly.

We closed on our house at the end of April. The process was easy from the beginning and I visited twice for inspections before we closed and everything looked great. The walk through was very helpful to understand our new home, the warrantees and who to contact when assistance is needed. In the final inspection, we had a couple of small items that needed to be taken care of and they were addressed promptly. We are happy with our purchase and looking forward to many years in our new home.

Our experience with Pulte has been amazing, especially after our experience from previously purchasing a home from DR Horton. The quality of the home, craftsmanship, service and ease of contact with the right people has been wonderful. It's been 1 month now since we closed and we can't be happier with our decision to go with Pulte.

The final walk through was very thorough and the representative from Pulte spent a great deal of time with us. All the items that we identified to be addressed were completed before move in.

Very please with the quality of our new home. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the service provider was at our home the same day we called in the problem. Can’t ask for better than that.

THE APPROVAL IS GRUELING, BUT I GUESS THAT'S A GOOD THING.

THe home is solid… I do not think the builder should carry the appliances brand of whirlpool. THe appliance are cheap junk and detract from the home. While My home was a spec home already built and furnished with the .appliance It was a negative that almost prevented me from buying thehome

Generally speaking, we had a terrific experience and are thrilled with our new home. It is well built, excellent quality overall, and nearly all the details were completed in a timely manner. We did find it a bit challenging to complete all the steps from another state and had to make a few unexpected trips rather than having to make such important decisions virtually. We also missed a few details at the end - there is an incredible to-do list and items to organize that comes at you at that point and we are still waiting to have those details addressed but we do have a year.
