We had an amazing salesperson in Gita and the last two months of our build, the project manager David was phenomenal. Initially the responsiveness to issues were slow. That changed immediately when David took the responsibility of our property. Since moving in, there are minor issues we have discovered, and I am happy to say that 90% of these have been addressed. We planned on making this our forever home, therefore finding a builder with a respected reputation to quality was important. We believe we nailed it with Pulte. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

I walked in to the sales office and a great guy Lance S took care of me . I told him I needed a home as soon as possible and he sold me a permit ready home in which he was able to fix a price for the base buy immediately . Once the house was under construction my contact Javier was also really terrific , Javier was responsive and always informed me of progress on my home . The build took longer than promised but due to Covid and supply issues it was delayed about 6 months . My home is beautiful and so well built that when Ian came thru nothing happened to it except for a palm tree outside having to be realigned . The delay cost at least 2- points on my mortgage which is an act of banking not but I am not blaming Pulte for that . There were very minor things after the closing that Pulte has addressed . ... We have watched our home go up at the hands of some extremely capable and skilled craftsman. The team overseeing the process has handled things extremely well and presented us with a truly lovely home…extremely well built and impervious to the likes of Hurricane Ian. No damage, no problems and no issues. We are blessed to have decided to sign on with the Pulte Group.

Overall we are very happy with the build quality of the home, and communication with construction coordinator. Pulte is working thru a few warranty items.

We had a fabulous experience working with Pulte homes as they built our home in Riverhall. From our sales agent Alissa, to our construction manager Ed, everyone was fabulous to work with. We are extremely happy with the end product of the house and look forward to using it in the coming years.

Melissa and Javier were great from start to finish and very responsive after we moved in. Had a couple of little things pop up after moving in, which is not unusual at all in the building process and they were on them immediately. Would highly recommenced. Our experience with Pulte has been nothing but positive.

Buying your dream home is a big deal. Trying to find the right builder is even more daunting. I conducted tedious google searches and read multiple reviews. Pulte Home won my trust. Reputation matters, I visited many homes and met with numerous builders and found Pulte Homes to be the right fit for me. I met Dylan at the sales office. His knowledge and expertise was impressive. He was patient and meticulous, providing guidance throughout the process. The experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

From start to finish the team was awesome and we love the house

We purchased our first Pulte home in 2018. We like the quality of the home so much we decided to purchase a second home in another Pulte community. We recently went through hurricane Ian and neither home even had a roof tile out of place!

Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to answer our questions. Other than supply chain issues significantly slowing the process down, the overall build experience was excellent and we are very satisfied with our Pulty home.

We waited for 3 months at the beginning of the year and walked away disappointed with the development sales management. Connected by recommendation from our realtor to work with Christine and had an A+ experience. The construction manager Scott was outstanding.

The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

Last month leading up to closing didn’t go real smooth. Delays, communication were major factors. Supplier and builder coordination were missing,

Since we moved into our new home we had sewage backup into our house twice, The new stove wasn't working correctly. it took an hour to bring a can of soup to a slow boil. The Pulte rep said the range was not supposed to turn red and said it was working correctly. When we tried to start the oven it started making a loud grinding noise, sparking and smoking. the Whirlpool technician that came out said that it was wired correctly, We had electric sockets that did not work, the paint on the walls looks like it was painted by a five-year-old. We have palms that fell over in the storm that were not supported with stakes, We paid for upgraded appliances they gave us a tiny microwave and it doesn't open properly, There is a hole in the facia they say its normal. ... Make sure you have everything complete and to you standards before you move it. Once you get your keys it take weeks/months to get what should have been complete/fixed done.

Built to last. Other than a newly planted tree, not a single bit of damage to this new house. Amazing!

The time to build was way to long

It withstood hurricane Ian for which we are grateful. Numerous little things the need touching up to turn a good experience into a great experience

Pulte made our build experience great even though we were not in Florida. They kept us well informed throughout the process with weekly updates and pictures and there were no surprises when we closed on our new home.

I have mixed feelings about the entire experience buying a Pulte home in Alva Florida. At the very beginning a year from the time we moved in, everything seemed pretty smooth and we selected a lot that would work very well for us. We understood we had to wait a while to actually get our final product. Our foreman was very good about keeping us abreast of the progress as a home was being built. Many photos, etc. That was all fine. When we finally got a phone call telling us that our home was ready to close, we were excited. We flew out to Florida anticipating that we would be in a home that was in perfect condition for move-in on the closing date. We were unhappily presented with a home that had not been put together and ready for move-in. We had no vanity mirror in the master bathroom, The small refrigerator had not been placed in our kitchen for wine. The landscaping wasn’t even done yet to completion. There was no door in the second bathroom shower so that shower could not be used. The floors throughout the house had to be touched up with new grout and sealed because The quality of workmanship was substandard. There were many paint issues throughout the house. Sloppy workmanship. We were overwhelmed with literally hundreds of things that had to be done. It was so bad that we had to extend the closing date by one week. And even after we close, we still did not have a mirror in the master bathroom. We also did not have a thick glass divider between the bathroom and master bathroom shower. Now we understand that there are issues right now getting building materials but we should not have been informed that the home was ready for us to come and live in. Thankfully, pulte did a wonderful job trying to correct all these deficiencies. I really felt, we really felt, that a concerted effort was made to remedy all these problems and satisfy us. Pulte was prompt to take care of caulking issues, sloppy paint, grout problems, broken tiles on the driveway etc. in an expedited manner. The final product, our new home, is beautiful and we are very happy with it. We love it! But we had to push really hard to get it where we want it. This is the second owner of the home speaking now. I felt very disrespected by the Tile crew. I felt that because I was a woman I was not taken seriously with my complaints. I was a dentist for 30 years and I ran my own business and to be treated like this was not acceptable to me. I basically had to walk out of the room because three men verbally ganged up on me telling me that I was wrong about the tile. The deficiency in the grout level in the master bathroom shower and floor still is not right. But I had to leave the room and let my husband handle it because I was not getting any respect. The fact that we could not take a shower in the master bathroom Which resulted in us having to stay in a hotel for an extra week really upset me. I thought for sure Pulte would cover that charge because it was their fault for calling us in a week early from a vacation to come to our new home that was completely not ready. When we brought this up to our construction manager, he said that we could have moved in a week earlier and that Pulte would not cover the charge of our hotel. I guess Pulte expects us to not take a shower? We had to pay for a weeks extra stay in a hotel plus, since we were not able to use our kitchen as promised, we had to eat out every single meal for a week. This was not acceptable to me. But the Pulte people said “ too bad “essentially. also, when we pointed out all of the errors in the painting of our home we were told “what do you expect, it’s a production house“. Considering that Pulte claimed excellence and quality of the highest caliber in its construction, this was a shock. Were we buying some sort of low quality home? What exactly did “production home” mean? It took at least 10 days to get the home up to our standards. There were so many errors in painting and caulking. Many many broken tiles on the front pavers. Even our dishwasher and refrigerator were counted at a strange level. There was metal sticking out of the floor where the sliding doors are that really presented a problem. That could easily had caused damage to a person. The fact that I even had to point this out, was especially surprising. When big things like this are not caught by the construction crews, it makes me insecure as to the rest of the construction. It made us really go through the house with a fine tooth comb. The workers just did not seem like they were skilled enough to be working on a Pulte home. Our entire floor had to be re-grouted because the people who do the sealing on the floor said it was a terrible job. That took another two days to fix. After our diligent inspection and complaining, we finally got the house that we were happy with it. It took a lot of effort however. Louisa was very good at listening to our requests and getting them fixed. She was the only one who really listened to us. ... More
