Pulte proved to be a solid builder who provided a great product. I wish communication was a little better throughout the process and that the subcontractors were supervised closer, however I would happily buy another home from Pulte.

Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

The quality of the home and the responsiveness by Pulte were outstanding. There were minor issues with paint and mortar on the garage floor that were quickly taken care of. My only complaint, which I didn't bring up for resolution, is the fact that after the tile was set, the finish subcontractors that followed did not wear booties. I wanted to seal the floor tile grout before occupancy and it was dirty enough that I had to clean it before I could seal it. I did not bring this issue up but just cleaned it myself, which took a full day. I am having a second home built in Hampton Lakes at River Hall and have discussed this issue with the Construction Foreman. We shall see if the next home is better. ... More

From start with the salesperson all the way through the process, these people all did what they said they would do and accommodated our wishes. A very positive and stress free experience.

Good experience. Much of home is great but Carpet, thermostat, garage finish are all low quality for price of home. Very responsive to items that need to be repaired

Pulte guides you through each step of the process, which is clear and well planned. The quality of the home given it is tract in nature, exceeded expectations. Every employee along the way was pleasant and responsive. I would buy from them them again.

Well built house, great value. Great warranty service from Ed and Luisa. Great help from Melissa. We were disappointed with the painting, slightly with the drywall and electrical boxes. Warranty service techs have been outstanding. Our independent inspector said it was one of the best built houses he has seen.
