First I want to highlight Steven. He was truly amazing in the entire home buying experience. I never felt like the ball was being dropped nor like any questions were being unanswered. He kept us up to date on our home building process and went above and beyond to ask around for us regarding schools and which ones would be the best for our kids. I felt like he was completely reliable and walked us through the entire process. Laura was also amazing. She helped us coordinate the colors and design aspects in our house that would allow our house to really pop and honestly it does really pop! I want to thank her for her patience and working with us. Finally Dylan. Dylan is phenomenal! I truly enjoyed working with Dylan. He was responsive and understanding to any concerns we had. He was also really patient with me and built a beautiful home. Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

Bad experience from beginning ,and especially at closing.

The fact that I even got into Wild Blue in the first place is an absolute fluke. Luck was on my side and I was able to get one of the very last lots that were available and a nicer, more exclusive, higher-end property. The sales staff was equally as excited for me as I was to be there, when we discovered that I would be able to build a house after being turned away due to “Wait-Lists” at (frankly lesser) Pulte developments as compared to Wild Blue. I found the overall value, exceptional quality of the development, amenities and affluence of Wild Blue to be extraordinary, which is part of the overall appeal, which well exceeded my expectation. The sales team (Cathy, Heather and Mark) were highly engaged and worked with me to get exactly what I needed, and often covered for each other. Mark had his hand on my wallet, but for all the right reasons, and convinced me that an investment in another bedroom, would benefit the resale value, even though I didn't need the room. He was right, and I knew it, which we laughed at! Cathy was the driving force and made sure that I locked the property, once the right deal was struck. She was a great Buyer's advocate. During the design phase, Laura was engaging and presented lovely options, and was remarkably impressed at some of the coordinated choices that were down selected. I knew exactly what I did and did not want and She made it fun and thus we got exactly what we wanted. The building phase was probably the most fun to watch. David was our production manager and absolutely amazing and supporting exactly what I knew what was going on with the build given my architectural and construction background. Many of the Pulte Team members had text messages from me at all hours with my zany questions, which were always answered. Pulte mortgage was equally flexible and forthright and trying to find the right solution for the longer term and in the end has Asmir in Colorado put together a winning deal that took a lot of finesse. Everybody was readily available and when they weren’t, they were very responsive and communication was not an issue. Covid delayed material deliveries extended our build and closing date Consequently our rate increased 1.5 points The materials were acceptable, but installation ruined some of the cabinet doors Painting was poor to average even though we opted for higher level 2 tone paint scheme Kitchen backsplash marble looks bad Garage door won’t go down, keeps reversing Pulte has scheduled trades to address all punch list items and we shall see if fixes are made to our satisfaction

Great experience with Lisa and Jordan!! Back end follow-up team after we closed and completed working with Jordan lacked in response time. Took way too long for backend team to follow-up on issues post closing. Again, Lisa and Jordan were FANTASATIC.

We purchased a brand new home with Pulte. Although we didn’t get the chance to do the building experience with all the different styles and inside designs the experience was great and the house is beautiful. It was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn’t believe it was available especially in the market the way it was. The whole experience was great though from beginning to end and they have been responsive with all the little things afterwards as well. Just waiting on few things to be fixed but I appreciate all their effort to get it completed. Dylan was amazing to work with and extremely patience and responsive. We were rushed through the initial contract experience resulting in a very large construction mistake which was never addressed by them. Nor would they even discuss with us. "You signed all the papers" was what the sales rep said. You look at a small computer screen and make choices. Big mistake! Don't let them rush you. Take all the time needed to check every small detail. The house was not finished upon closing. It was filthy. Had construction materials laying around. Because the wrong bathroom countertops had been installed (which they were made aware of at least a month prior to close) they miraculously decided to replace them the day of closing. We arrive to our brand new house after closing not only to find it a complete mess but to find the bathroom mirrors had been taken down, the faucets were lying on the floor and the sheet rock damaged. Yay!!! Reverse osmosis plumbing was not installed nor was it plumbed correctly leading to a large hole being cut into the island to finish the work. This was done a couple of weeks after we moved in. None of the appliances were wired in. They were simply put in place. The list goes on and on. This is our 2nd Pulte home. The first one was fine, no problems. This is a disgrace. We settled mid April , still waiting on lamp light( all new homes have the light, )we were told the light would be installed three weeks ago. Still waiting on refrigerator and wine fridge. We are leaving the last week of June until October, and coordinating the install will be difficult, if not received by the end of June

I would NEVER have a home built again because this experience was so bad. I could name countless examples but one is there was a light hanging out of the ceiling by it's wires, which was told to us it would be fixed before we closed and wasn't, along with COUNTLESS other issues.

If you're looking for a builder that will do just enough to get by, then Pulte is your builder. Throughout the sales process, they tell you about their quality promise and all the steps they'll take to ensure a quality build. Then at each and every step of the way, they'll fail to even come close. We've been in our home for 6 weeks now. The week before we closed, our third-party inspector turned in a 30 page report of defects to be addressed. Absolutely no action was taken. After we closed and moved in, we reported numerous other issues. They keep promising they'll come back and fix it. We've been here for 6 weeks now and we are still waiting (although they promise to come and fix everything next week - we'll see). Overall we are extremely disappointed. I truly believe this overall lack of quality is pushed down from the leadership team - I am beginning to wonder if the execution level team members are given the tools they need to provide a better quality home. ... Very much pleased with the entire process from my initial visit to see the model, through the sales contract and the updates provided during the construction of my new home.

We are very pleased with our new home and are impressed with how responsive and helpful the staff have been throughout the entire process.

Overall it has been a good experience. The challenges are with supply chain issues and communications/dealing with replacements after closing. The coordination is not explained and the homeowner is responsible for dealing with items that need to be replaced. For example, my refrigerator has been a pain to have replaced. Also, due to supply chain issues, I had to find a contractor to do epoxy in the garage. While he came highly recommended by someone at Pulte, he did a mediocre job. Pulte needs to offer more support to the homeowners in these situations. Responsiveness can also be slow during building and post-closing. For those who are living states away during building, we rely on Pulte reps to keep us up to date with timelines/pics, etc. Lastly, while the construction is solid, the finishing is sloppy. This includes paint, carpet installation, things like pocket & closet doors not being installed properly. ... More

After relocating to Florida and viewing other builders, my family and I decided on Pulte. Best decision ever! Our Pulte team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire team was very friendly and approachable. Having a background in customer service, the Pulte team members we worked with are a real example of how a business needs to operate. Each person we've met along the way from sales, design, construction, lending, closing and post construction has gone above and beyond as far as communication, responsiveness and knowledge based on their role within Pulte. Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

The building experience was good as we could visit the home anytime as long as there were not workers present. They kept you updated on issues that may delay the home being finished. Overall, they were easy to work with and were responsive on questions asked.

Overall our buying experience was good from our sales agent Melissa and Luisa our customer service care representative! Due to several delays and supply issues, our building time frame was heavily impacted, Communication could have been a little better. Very Disappointing was the lack of workmanship and attention to detail regarding structural walls, sparkling, painting, door frames and outlets when we moved in. Though Luisa our representative is handling these issues attentively, we are inconvenienced by contractors coming in and out to fix! If we had a proper walk through these issues could have been handled properly before our move in. ... More

We had a great experience with Pulte! Our home has exceeded our expectations! Everyone at Pulte has been so helpful and knowledgeable. Our sales consultant Lance was there for us from beginning. He even helped us navigate the school system in our area! Laura was our design consultant and we are so thankful to her! Our vision has truly become a reality. Our construction manager Ed was also very informative. Ed communicated with us through the construction process and made sure everything was perfect for our move in day. Sales process with Derek was very good. Pay careful attention during your walk through, test everything (water, electric, appliances), check ALL indoor finishing.(floor tile, shower tiles, grouting, cabinets). Field mgr, Ryan was good at getting things done.

I don’t think I would ever buy another home by Pulte , after you sign and have issues you can’t find out who to call . Too frustrating for a senior like myself
