The HOA needs to learn how to work with the home owners instead of treating us like we’re just a number!! I know they’re not part of your company, but it should be a concern of yours. Thank you and thank god my house is still standing!!

Finish work on walls, drywall finish terrible

My whole experience from start to finish dealing with Pulte was fantastic. Cathy was my sales person she was very thorough very honest and made the transition easy.Justin was the point man at my house on the construction side he was fabulous very responsive very respectful. I would highly recommend buying a home from Pulte.

We are extremely satisfied with our Pulte home. Initially we were going to build in another community with a different builder. However several issues came up and discussions with other homeowners led us to cancel that build. We then chose Pulte. Every single Pulte person that we had contact with over the course of the build was courteous and responsive to our questions. The materials and craftsmanship in every room is of the highest quality. The home buying process was easy our salesperson Melissa was amazing and always helpful. The after build process with George in charge is very comforting

First I want to highlight Steven. He was truly amazing in the entire home buying experience. I never felt like the ball was being dropped nor like any questions were being unanswered. He kept us up to date on our home building process and went above and beyond to ask around for us regarding schools and which ones would be the best for our kids. I felt like he was completely reliable and walked us through the entire process. Laura was also amazing. She helped us coordinate the colors and design aspects in our house that would allow our house to really pop and honestly it does really pop! I want to thank her for her patience and working with us. Finally Dylan. Dylan is phenomenal! I truly enjoyed working with Dylan. He was responsive and understanding to any concerns we had. He was also really patient with me and built a beautiful home. Derek the sales manager was easy to deal with as was Ryan the builder. After the house was complete George was the Pulte person who handled all of the issues after we closed on the house, and he has been excellent to deal with. I found everyone we dealt with from Pulte during the process was trying to meet and exceed our expectations.

The fact that I even got into Wild Blue in the first place is an absolute fluke. Luck was on my side and I was able to get one of the very last lots that were available and a nicer, more exclusive, higher-end property. The sales staff was equally as excited for me as I was to be there, when we discovered that I would be able to build a house after being turned away due to “Wait-Lists” at (frankly lesser) Pulte developments as compared to Wild Blue. I found the overall value, exceptional quality of the development, amenities and affluence of Wild Blue to be extraordinary, which is part of the overall appeal, which well exceeded my expectation. The sales team (Cathy, Heather and Mark) were highly engaged and worked with me to get exactly what I needed, and often covered for each other. Mark had his hand on my wallet, but for all the right reasons, and convinced me that an investment in another bedroom, would benefit the resale value, even though I didn't need the room. He was right, and I knew it, which we laughed at! Cathy was the driving force and made sure that I locked the property, once the right deal was struck. She was a great Buyer's advocate. During the design phase, Laura was engaging and presented lovely options, and was remarkably impressed at some of the coordinated choices that were down selected. I knew exactly what I did and did not want and She made it fun and thus we got exactly what we wanted. The building phase was probably the most fun to watch. David was our production manager and absolutely amazing and supporting exactly what I knew what was going on with the build given my architectural and construction background. Many of the Pulte Team members had text messages from me at all hours with my zany questions, which were always answered. Pulte mortgage was equally flexible and forthright and trying to find the right solution for the longer term and in the end has Asmir in Colorado put together a winning deal that took a lot of finesse. Everybody was readily available and when they weren’t, they were very responsive and communication was not an issue. Great experience with Lisa and Jordan!! Back end follow-up team after we closed and completed working with Jordan lacked in response time. Took way too long for backend team to follow-up on issues post closing. Again, Lisa and Jordan were FANTASATIC.

Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

Jordan (ConstructionManager) was terrific. He was a great communicator, followed through with every request and delivered a new home that was nearly perfect. Love Pulte!

Marc Taglieri at sales office is awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, caring, honest and most friendly. This is the second house I bought from him at this community. Justin S. is extremely helpful in overseeing the construction process, so is Jack P ,Kylie and Bradley from Warranty/customer care that absolutely took care of any issues promptly. Victoria at design center is amazing in advising our interior options. PGP Escrow officer Alyssa K was super efficient and responsive. All great people.

We were remote buyers, yet the Pulte team made sure to stay in close contact with updates, pictures and important milestones/information throughout the process, including a virtual settlement to accommodate our move schedule. Our process with Pulte home was pretty seamless. Everyone we interacted with wanted to help make the move as stress free as possible. Patrick updated us daily and made sure we understood what each step of the move entailed. We are very appreciative for him

Pulte proved to be a solid builder who provided a great product. I wish communication was a little better throughout the process and that the subcontractors were supervised closer, however I would happily buy another home from Pulte.

Pulty builds a quality home for a quality price in a quality community period. Everyone gets what they they ordered with no surprises

We love the people who serviced us from Hanna in the Sales Center To Tommy and his construction crew to Jason after the closing !!

Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

Ed had great passion about his job and delivering a quality home to us!!
