We were very happy with our selection of Pulte Homes for our new build at The Place at Corkscrew. The entire team was very organized and knowledgeable and we felt like they were truly invested in our project. When comparing other options, Pulte offered many options that other builders didn't. We would highly recommend Pulte to anyone building a new home.

Our experience building a home with Pulte was great. From our initial contact with the sales center through to closing, we dealt with knowledgeable, generally quality and responsive members of the Pulte team. We experienced a few hiccups along the way, but in the overall scheme of things, the hiccups were relatively minor and resolvable. The team we worked with in South west Florida was great. Lots of communication, very responsive and kept to timelines. Build quality was very good. We are over a month in our home and have only found 2 very minor warranty issues and will report them closer to the end of our first year. It was clear to us that Pulte wanted to ensure we were satisfied prior to closing and minimize and post closing issues.

Good experience

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

All people we dealt with were pleasant and professional. Updates were timely and materials and finishes were as expected. Looking to spend many relaxing years in this home. Community is friendly and welcoming. Winters will be wonderful here.

Smooth process in buying the house

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.
