Pulte and the team did an excellent job. The home was completed within the original timetable even with the COVID 19 delays. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend this builder without hesitation.

My wife and I felt we were kept informed throughout the whole process. We live in Illinois so all communication was done by phone, E-mail and text and was updated on a weekly basis. We couldn’t been more pleased with the way things got handle.

While the quality of the materials used was high, there were many instances where the workmanship was poor.

Pultte really tried to work with us through the challenges of building supply shortages as well as labor shortages.

Every single person we dealt with from Maggie in Sales to Mike on the Project Manager side were excellent pre sale. We are even as impressed with Jason who is handling the small number of inevitable punch items. This was our first experience building and we were extremely satisfied from start to finish. We had a wonderful experience having our home built by Pulte. Our general contractor, David, was great.

The homesites are very dirty with garbage strewn all over the lots. Large amounts Roofing nails and other types of materials strewn across lots. Chicken bones, beer cans and other food materials left in house EVEN AFTER ASKING TO HAVE REMOVED AND KEPT CLEAN. Workers used our toilets instead of the porta johns. A very mismanaged site and overall lack of supervision. Other buyers should beware that the quality is lacking and Pulte is very good at saying no first and then sometimes accommodating your needs. After moving in the ongoing construction workers are very rude and unsafe and have access to our community 24/7. Pulte thinks that they have all the answers already and maybe need a little self reflection to make their company closer to what they want to portray. Don't rush your design decisions, make sure you know what's included. Just because you see it doesn't mean you get it. Such as standard pool shows handrail, but you don't get one. All things considered we got a very nice home. Your salesman can give you lots of good info.

Build process was fine and Pulte Build Supervisor was very responsive. Basic house construction is good. Detail work not as good. Sub come backs required to fix poor quality initial workmanship. Pulte warranty representative is also very responsive to work through the sub schedule. Overall, even with the finish issues, house is very nice. Landscaping was really nice.

We had a great experience with all our questions answered at every phase of the building process. We were kept informed and given information about how long the process would take and what items might be delayed because of COVID or supply chain issues. Overall, we would buy another Pulte home. The quality and care was there throughout the process.

When we took possession of our new Pulte home it felt like they were handing over their baby to us. Our sales person Cathy S. kept pictures coming throughout the build, our target close date was met in spite of supply chain disruptions and our on-site field manager Tommy was also so helpful. Even after the closing I feel like the Pulte family is truly family. We are proud to say we bought a Pulte home.

Very disappointed. Far from model center finish. Far from it. I’ve built at least 5 house in the past. This being the top of the list of not being happy with the quality of workmanship. This is as I see it snd experienced it Sorry. Will not recommend PULTE to any of my affiliates

Since we were not able to be in town for the whole building process it was nice the our sales person and foreman were constantly sending pictures and communication with us the progress at each milestone. They cared a great deal about the product they were selling and building. Given the times now the overall experience was great and promises were kept.

We have had 5 Pulte New Builds. This is by far the worse. Fit & finish is terrible.

The models were decorated beautifully and the quality of construction is high. Very responsive team from the sales representative to the project manager.

The help from Lisa Potts and Jordan Hutchinson was amazing. They made sure the process was smooth, especially for being out of state during the construction process.
