The quality of the home and the responsiveness by Pulte were outstanding. There were minor issues with paint and mortar on the garage floor that were quickly taken care of. My only complaint, which I didn't bring up for resolution, is the fact that after the tile was set, the finish subcontractors that followed did not wear booties. I wanted to seal the floor tile grout before occupancy and it was dirty enough that I had to clean it before I could seal it. I did not bring this issue up but just cleaned it myself, which took a full day. I am having a second home built in Hampton Lakes at River Hall and have discussed this issue with the Construction Foreman. We shall see if the next home is better. ... More

The home was not completed when we closed. Promises made were not completed, Still working with warranty to get things repaired that should have be done before closing. 2 months after closing. Rushed into keeping original closing date. Pulte is building houses way too quick with no quality.

From start with the salesperson all the way through the process, these people all did what they said they would do and accommodated our wishes. A very positive and stress free experience.

buying process was good. Option selection process good. Quality controll was not satisfactory. Too many issues found by buyer which should have been picked up by Pulte. Punch list slow fixes and not good followup. example stucco fixed but no one came back to paint. expensive fridge was installed poorly but fix made was poor and missed that top of fridge eqipment door was split and needed to be replaced

The home is aesthetically pleasing - just as in pictures of the models. However, the quality of finish leaves much to be desired. There is a time-frame in which the new homeowner is allowed to "point out" issues that need attention. The Pulte representatives are accessible through appointments and do inspect and view homeowners' issues, but also note that they "can't keep an eye on every contractor during the building process". "Repair" contractors are sent out to make corrections, hopefully to the homeowner's satisfaction, which should have been completed before closing. We hope to be satisfied that the lackluster finish does not attest to the integrity of the structure. ... More

Customer service is average, at best. Better home builders out there.

Jordan and Lisa at Pulte have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking to build a home.

Good experience. Much of home is great but Carpet, thermostat, garage finish are all low quality for price of home. Very responsive to items that need to be repaired

Pulte guides you through each step of the process, which is clear and well planned. The quality of the home given it is tract in nature, exceeded expectations. Every employee along the way was pleasant and responsive. I would buy from them them again.

My overall experience was very good except for Pulte Mortgage. I have bought many homes in my life and the experience with the builder’s mortgage department was atrocious. I would never use their mortgage company again.

There customer interaction during the buying process and their responsiveness during the building process were outstanding. And the follow-up after the sale has been tremendous. They truly believe in delivering a quality home and making sure the buyer is happy. We couldn't be more pleased and are happy we chose Pulte Homes to build our new Florida house.

Pulte is an extremely experienced builder and has very good lines of supply and top notch project managers, our project manager, Tommy, was very good, knows his business and communicates very well.

They communicated with me on every step of the process from the mortgage to the building.

We’ll have to wait and see how customer service does when needed for details large or small that may come up. Response and communication will tell the story.

I was given a very low grade refrigerator just so they could close and get their money. The frig door doesn’t stay closed, it’s very small, and doesn’t have an ice maker. We live in Florida and have to buy ice every two days. Ive talked to Pulte and their sales manager who doesn’t even call back or follow up. He’s been a total disappointment along with Whirlpool who blames Pulte then Pulte blames Whirlpool. The sad part is I can go out and buy the refrigerator I ordered and paid for but no one will step up and give me a refund to do that!! All I get is excuses and no solutions!!

Well built house, great value. Great warranty service from Ed and Luisa. Great help from Melissa. We were disappointed with the painting, slightly with the drywall and electrical boxes. Warranty service techs have been outstanding. Our independent inspector said it was one of the best built houses he has seen.
