Embraces concept of continuous improvement

Got pretty much different minor issues like missing turntable, dried stucco on the garage floor and not working water heater, etc. Customer care is responsive however service teams who were working on the submitted orders are not professional

I am ADA in a wheelchair and the rolling issues were emailed out; 1.Unfinished under sinks 2.Counter height at 34-36" not 30" 3.Narrow throughway between kitchen island and counter Non-ADA 1.2 Door bowed 2.Gap undeR door into garage 3.Rust from grab bars installed in shower 4.Landscaping is not good - coverage of pool/lanai and tree in front is dying 5.Aaragon - not helpful 6.Garage floor not cleaned left cement small piles 7.Painting touch ups 8.Wall are in kitchen uneven - bar area at 15" on left side and 17" on right - why? Not sure how we put in a bar top later John has been very helpful but overall this isa brand new home that we were prepared to pay extra for added on features (ADA) Generally people were very nice to talk with not sure where the breakdown is though. ... Our experience building a home with Pulte was great. From our initial contact with the sales center through to closing, we dealt with knowledgeable, generally quality and responsive members of the Pulte team. We experienced a few hiccups along the way, but in the overall scheme of things, the hiccups were relatively minor and resolvable. In the end, the house Pulte built for us met and, in some cases, exceeded our expectations. We liked the range of selections choice Pulte offers and we appreciated the accuracy of the timing of when the house would be completed. Very easy to work with. Justin was always on top of things. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the building process.

Very pleased with the overall process and the flow of events from purchase to delivery. Minor details at closing were promptly addressed and fixed. The personnel i dealt with were very professional and knowledgable.

I think some of the work was rushed but overall good.

Nice looking house but quality was very disapppointing. We built with Centex in Bridgetown when they were independent and there was no comparison in quality. . Some of the stuff we experienced was really poor quality and should have been caught before we moved in. Doors were unsafe, window frame was damaged and cheaply fixed. Panel doors didn’t close. Etc,etc.

We are in LOVE with our townhome. The process was seamless from start to finish! The best part was seeing all of our design options come to life.

When you hear a big name builder you assume everyone gets the same stock house, not with Pulte. Pulte is as close as you can get to a custom builder without paying the custom build price. We were pleased at how many structural changes were offered. And the design center appointment will blow you away with the amount of style choices to pick from. Our Superintendent, Ed, was top notch the entire process. We a very happy with our new Pulte Home.

The Pulte team provided a great home buying experience throughout the entire process from the sale through the build, financing, and closing of our new home. They exceeded all our expectations.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

QUALITY CONTROL should be much better. Some sub-contractors do not clean up messes they made to material that was previous installed. Pulte personal do not seem to check after them to see they have done the job right or cleaned up afterwards.

I love my home at Hammock Cove. Smart floor plan, lots of storage and a big kitchen island. Really nice people at Pulte who always follow up and they have a great warranty.

Moved in 2 months ago and so far only had a couple of issues that have been resolved.

Quick response & all timelines were kept. Extremely small punch list that had only minor issues

Absolutely love our new home. The whole build/buy process was well organized. The entire Pulte team is top notch. It is clear that this is an organization that focuses on the customer experience and customer satisfaction. Looking forward to many years in our new development. Love it here!

Interior of home had minor imperfections. They didn’t paint laundry room ceiling. No light cover in master closet,
