Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Wouldn't have asked for a better experience. Would give more stars if I could.

I appreciated the sales team working to get as much of the “extras” for me as possible, while respecting my budget. The Construction Manager was great to work with. Also, the follow up has been on track.

We would have liked to see the homeowner(us) be able to do more customization... Whenever we asked about adding or changing something.(and we were willing to pay for it ) .. sorry this is the plan. Pulte needs to be more flexible

Had to point out many defects which were overlooked probably due to the lack of properly trained workers. Walls, countertops, cabinets, window frames, doors, etc. were installed improperly and needed to be repaired or replaced after my own inspection. This shows that there was a lack of quality control during the build. Since closing on the property , I am still finding defects in the build.

As of right now my 30 day to do list is still not completed from the contractor I was scheduled mid December and had very little work completed between the two days. Now rescheduled for January 22. Don’t know why I get pushed back a later date. Just completed it PULTE and I will give you all five stars. Rich has been awesome....

I am a first time homeowner and my experience with Pulte nothing short of excitement and done with ease. All of the support and care from the staff made it a truly enjoyable experience. Pulte is nothing but trustworthy and dependable. I know they have built me a wonderful new home!

This is my third Pulte home. I would have liked to have seen more flexibility with choices and changes. For example, we wanted to make a change to the tile on top of our spa, after the home was started, and we were told no. The pool company was willing to make the change since it was started....but Pulte sales said no. Pulte needs to be more flexible and offer some higher quality upgrades.

House completed on time with only minor fixes at closing.

Quality of Workmanship, Excellent Service of Sales Person and Construction Manager, and Warranty

If your looking to have a home built right the first time and exactly the way you want it, Pulte is the way to go. Their warranty is amazing and the contractors they use are the best around. You get what you pay for with Pulte, peace of mind and quality!

Good quality builder with a great community

We had an excellent experience with Pulte. We knew what was going on every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with made the process so easy and enjoyable. Would highly recommend!

Our superintendent Lester was amazing. He is a true asset to the Pulte experience.

Some finish work amateurish. Appliances very basic.

Thoroughly inspect home prior to closing. Have any issues addressed during the building process and before closing. Even though there is a warranty, it is much easier to have any visible issues corrected before moving in to your new home rather than afterwards. Think the quality of the finish work needs to be improved and work of contractors monitored more closely (especially tile contractors, drywall contractors, and finish (trim, paint) and held to a higher standard.

Whenever we had any questions about anything dealing with the construction to the purchase to even after the closing, Pulte was more than eager to assist us in either answering a question or acting on a concern, immediately. We consider Pulte to be an excellent partner in the building of a new home. And would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Very good builder project manager on site making sure that all was up to spec

The Pulte Guy who managed the building of our home went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy both during and after the construction process. We feel that we are in a very good relationship with Pulte even after moving in.

Building with Pulte was a one-stop-shop! Everyone was great to work with and Dustin Smith was wonderful!

The team we worked with in South west Florida was great. Lots of communication, very responsive and kept to timelines. Build quality was very good. We are over a month in our home and have only found 2 very minor warranty issues and will report them closer to the end of our first year. It was clear to us that Pulte wanted to ensure we were satisfied prior to closing and minimize and post closing issues.

Disappointed at the cheap fixtures and lights they use. Quality of workmanship does not match what they claim
