Pulte Homes is a great home builder. They have lots of floor plans and options to choose from at reasonable pricing. Our superintendent was very attentive to our home. When we were designing and building our home it felt like we were building our own custom home.

Good experience

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Beginning with the sales staff, the project general manager, and customer service, the Pulte team is truly exemplary. Considering the many home choices available Pulte stands out as a "best in class" builder because they deliver on what they say and if a mistake is experienced the Pulte team is front and center to make corrections. My second Pulte home and I wouldn't purchase from anyone else.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The person who provided outstanding customer service at move-in was the builder whose "office" is still on our street due to properties still being built. The survey's seem premature. Buying the home was relatively simple, follow up after the sale was not which I’ll attribute to one individual as after they were out of the picture and correct person involved, things began moving in the right direction. We’ll see how the repairs go.....

From the beginning we felt as if we were getting a raw deal. When we came to pick out the lot and house we were on a time crunch and had only two days to make a decision. The sales team was nice and they drove us around to look at lots and the property. We got back to the office where we chose a lot and chose a style of home and chose all the structural choices. We left to the hotel thinking that it was a specific price because they gave us one and then received an email that was $12,000 more than the price given. The sales manager apologized and said that he should have paid attention to his trainee but why do I get screwed out of $12,000 for your lack of responsibility. So then we were told that the lot was more expensive than the other lots but why would you provide a price and then send me a more expensive price sheet? We finally made it to our new house after two months because we were unable to be attend the closing due to the corona virus. Quickly excitement became disappointment which is sad for the amount of money we paid. To start it off we feel like there was a bait and switch situation going on with the sales team. I say this because the first paperwork we signed had a $9,500 credit in the contract but it disappeared on the day of closing. The explanation I received from the sales manager via text (how professional) was "The $9500 credit was taken off the home price. This was already applied". Wow! so you mean to tell me that you gave me a price on paper to get me hooked and then changed up on me? That's not acceptable! Not being able to attend the closing in person we don't know who to turn to? because the people that I have talked to won't point me in the direction of the boss. Then we finally made it to the house and on day one we are having to clean grout, paint, sand over the house. I mean this is almost a half a million dollar house and you give it to us filthy. The windows don't stay up, the sliding doors don't close and someone put carpet in the garbage disposal along with tile grout, staples and rubber. I am extremely disappointed with the experience that we have received from Pulte. We have even considered seeking out legal counsel on the contract situation because first being misled about the price of the house where it cost me $12,000 more than quoted then $9500 credit disappearing at the closing. All people we dealt with were pleasant and professional. Updates were timely and materials and finishes were as expected. Looking to spend many relaxing years in this home. Community is friendly and welcoming. Winters will be wonderful here.

Ever since I have moved into my new home, all I seem to do is clean up some kind of sticky goo off the non carpeted floors. My windows are filthy. The pre move in cleaning was just not up to par.

The process of building with Pulte was nice and easy.

My home is amazing and absolutely awesome. The entire process was easy and each and every department was trustworthy and helpful!

Have always like Pulte Homes but never purchased one. Always thought that the quality and workmanship was top notch. Our purchase was a bit less than that. Attention to details, caulking, painting and clean home before move in was lacking. They need to revisit those issues to make sure the customer can move in with little concern for major things such as those. I don't want to move into a home and then have to go behind a 'professional' that has 'rushed' at his/her job. Overall, they are in the process of trying to make it right and make us as the homeowner, happy. That matters!!!!

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.

I had never purchased or built a Pulte home. The process and people involved were terrific. Designing and building the home was much easier than I thought it would be. I lived far away during the entire process and the Covid-19 virus complicated my ability to travel to see the home. The Pulte team made me feel like I was there. They were responsive to every question, followed-up on anything I asked. I received frequent updates from the team with photos and videos. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Pulte and would not hesitate to use them again.

Every Associate throughout the process has been genuine and aimed to please. The communication was always prompt and positive. Working with so many knowledgeable staff made this experience a positive lifetime memory.

We were able to see the progress on our home week to week as it was being built. The field manager, Steven was very attentive to our emails and requests.

Pulte has some good home designs, but in the end, they fall short because they hire the cheapest labor possible using the cheapest materials possible. Fit and finish is terrible, and there doesn't seem to be any inspection of the work performed. For example, many of the doors inside the house don't close. EVERY window has crooked or wavy framing and drywall work. The floor tiles throughout the house are uneven so furniture wobbles. Any purchased upgrades use the least expensive materials possible. The homes would be much better quality if someone actually followed up on the work performed to make sure it was done correctly. That piece seems to be missing. It would have been beneficial to have hired my own home inspector to follow up periodically during the build. On the bright side, the WildBlue area is beautiful. Landscaping is done well. ... More

The quality of the workmanship was superb. The builder Patrick was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build a home.

We had a great experience with Pulte. The response time to any questions or concerns we had was fantastic. After closing, we did notice some of the hardware and quality of work seemed rushed. These concerns are being addressed. We are very happy to be in the Gateway community - the neighbors and surrounding areas are very family friendly, dog friendly and a great place to live!

We reported a dying tree 2 weeks after we closed and the Pulte Customer Service manager refused to address the issue first saying it was recovering from its cigar cut ( it was not) and then said it was our problem and the HoAs problem. He basically told me he would no longer answer any email regarding this issue. The landscaping company found out about the issue, and their manager came out the same day, looked at the tree and agreed it was bad, and had it replaced a few days later.

I have been incredibly satisfied with my new Pulte Home. From the quality of the building, to the customer service I received throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I could not be more pleased and happy with my choice of a Pulte Home.
