Nice Build, After Build Slow Response & Avoiding Responsibility

Takes several follow up calls to get response. Unwilling to mitigate noise issue emanating from Pulte owned model next to our new build. Four year old pool motor left on 24/7 and rattles. Attitude that we should take up with future purchaser of the model home rather than current owner (Pulte)..."not their problem". So beware of buying a model or spec already built.

Workmanship and materials are not up to par. So many things wrong with a “new house” and trying to get things done right and fixed is like pulling teeth. It’s a never ending process with the contractors who really don’t care now that the house is closed.

Very disappointed. Far from model center finish. Far from it. I’ve built at least 5 house in the past. This being the top of the list of not being happy with the quality of workmanship. This is as I see it snd experienced it Sorry. Will not recommend PULTE to any of my affiliates

Communication when things were taking longer then expected was horrible mark the salesman made me feel like it was my fault thinking it was going to be done when they projected

The quality of the work is excellent. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, targets on completions became an issue and supply delays constantly disrupted time lines. Communication regarding this issue is key and Pulte lived up to it and set very reasonable expectations.

Too Many Emails and Mail

The amount of emails and different people reaching out was really confusing. Since purchasing it seems you gave our email to a mailing list. The emails are flooding in. Hard to figure out which ones need attention and which ones don’t. Someone reached out about our warranty yesterday. Turns out they were trying to sell something. Were FLOODED with paperwork.

How many surveys do I need to do? I specifically went into detail about my issues with the build when I did the other survey. No response or acknowledgement from that. Now I'm supposed to tell you again?

I want to start off by saying our sales rep and construction manager were the only good thing that came out of this whole process. Tyler and Chris were the best to deal with on a regular basis and went above and beyond when we brought issues to their attention before closing. Pulte Mortgage on the other hand, I believe, should be investigated. As far as quality and workmanship is fair, they take short cuts and the people they use hardly speak English and you are paying top dollar. This is my second Pulte home and this will be my last.As far as sales and the project managers we’re awesome, give them a raise.

I can’t say my experience was all that great. I had my sales person hold a lot for me because it wasn’t released for sale. I made an appointment to come purchase my home and the day I arrived he gave my lot away even though I communicated with him several times about it. The lot they sold me they said was a 60’ lot and it wasn’t it was 50’. My construction manager changed three times during the building process. The quality of the finishing work is very poor. List of things that we discussed still not taken care of. HOA people make everything sound like you are an inmate. Our salesperson left and the new person said he would do follow ups and never did. Our construction manager was not effective in follow up our his own pre inspection before our inspection with him.

We purchased our home from Pulte based on the quality of work that we saw in the model home and the sales personal. From the start all of their subs were sub par , from the block work to framing and roof and siding . We have been in our home for 1 month now the sprinklers did not work for 1 month and the grass is dying . Exterior paint around windows and caulking terrible, paint on roof , numerous broken tiles and leaks in roof , the flashing was 1” below the concrete siding which was short by 7-8”. The roofer said it might be a leak from a shower so we will call again to customer care ...

Subpar Experience

There were several major issues with my home which caused closing to get pushed back multiple times. My original construction manager Terran was not helpful at all and tried to get me to close on an unsatisfactory home. He was only interested in being rated a 9 or 10 and not in actually helping me fix the problems with my home. I had to go above him, to his boss Jordan, and only then did my buying experience begin to take a positive turn. Being in the construction business we came away somewhat appalled at the lack of communication and the lack of workmanship from the start of the home to the closing of the house. The house was not in move in condition when we had to close which in turn took numerous days to clean before moving in!

Be mindful of workmanship before you buy

The spec home that they walk you through is no where near what you get. Had our home been shown when we decided to purchase, we would never have made the commitment. Very poor quality and workmanship. Sloppy workmanship and home was dirty (no where near move in ready) Far too many issues to name. Our new home purchase was a stressful and anything but a good experience. Our hope is that everything will be taken care of satisfactorily. We will see. Gianni has been great to work with. We appreciate him.

After waiting over 14 months for our home, it was not up to what we expected. The cost was over a million dollars. I am happy to send photos of all the things we had to deal with when moving in and we are still dealing with. The contractors who worked on our home were subpar. It's almost embarrassing to show our family and friends. This was my second build with Pulte. I should of known.

Home quality is very poor in relation to the price we paid. Attention to detail is missing. Many minor issues that should have been discovered and taken care of prior to our move in. Very sloppy

Craftsmanship was very sloppy. Examples include window frames that are not straight, painted walls have spots where paint is missing, paint on carpet, flooring has spots that are not sealed to concrete, blobs of grout on shower floor and garage floor, missing door stops.

We have had 5 Pulte New Builds. This is by far the worse. Fit & finish is terrible.
