Our experience with Pulte has been amazing, especially after our experience from previously purchasing a home from DR Horton. The quality of the home, craftsmanship, service and ease of contact with the right people has been wonderful. It's been 1 month now since we closed and we can't be happier with our decision to go with Pulte.

The final walk through was very thorough and the representative from Pulte spent a great deal of time with us. All the items that we identified to be addressed were completed before move in.

Very please with the quality of our new home. We had an issue with the hot water heater and the service provider was at our home the same day we called in the problem. Can’t ask for better than that.

Everything went great and according to plan. Our sales rep, field manager, mortgage group and title company were amazing. The only negative comment I have is the quality of work from the painter. It was disappointing seeing the finished product of work and quality that they did. I recently had to go and purchase more paint for both the outside and inside of the home to touch up his mistakes and where he forgot to paint.

Still have issues with the refrigerator and light switches in the kitchen. Also, master bath shower surround has scratches that need to be addressed.,

THE APPROVAL IS GRUELING, BUT I GUESS THAT'S A GOOD THING.

Our sales rep., Gita Adib, was lovely and very helpful. Our field manager, Shawn Turner, was very nice and responsive to our concerns. We have to say that after closing, responsiveness is NOT good. We were given 30 days from closing to email a list with cosmetic concerns that we wanted addressed. Most, if not all, of our concerns were noted at our "Celebration" walk through and not taken care of. A representative from Pulte, Brad, was sent to take a look at our requests and he set up two appointments with us. He seemed very nice and understanding about the things we wanted taken care of, going so far as to say that he and his wife wouldn't accept the things that were of concern to us. On the day of the first appointment, no one showed up to do the work. When we called, we were told by the person who answered the phone, Sadie, that there were no appointments scheduled for us but she would have Brad call us back. That was six days ago. We have phoned every business day since and the first two days we followed up we were told that Brad was busy and he would call us back when he can. The last two days, our calls have been sent directly to voicemail, with no call back from Sadie or Brad. Very disappointing. Someone we know built a Pulte home in another development and had the same problem. She finally wrote to the corporate office and finally got someone to call her back. The Pulte team has a very good system in place which kept the building process proceeding on schedule, and we felt well informed through the entire experience. We anticipate they will provide good response to any issues that may develop short-term.
