First time building with Pulte Homes. It was a very long process with many bumps and delays along the way. Be prepared for a long wait with limited information along the way. Make sure you ask a lot of questions from the sales team and get it in writing. We were not made aware of several options available with our model and they do not allow any changes once you sign the contract. Build took 16 months to complete and communication was poor during this time until we finally were assigned a project manager during the final 3 months who helped us immensely to keep informed about timelines and progress. Sales team makes promises which are impossible for build team to deliver. We also have had multiple items needing repair since moving in which takes months to correct. Some repair items have had multiple requests to repair but haven’t been done properly such as entry pavers falling out, door frames not built properly with alignment issues, plumbing issues, paint issues, pool heater issues, cabinet doors broken, driveway pavers not done properly, drainage issues with entire neighborhood, sod issues with our lawn, and other minor details as well. After waiting so long to have the house built, it would’ve been nice to have it built with better attention to detail so that we could enjoy the house right away. We have had numerous workers in our home since moving in to repair multiple items. It does get frustrating because you have to be home for hours at a time waiting for them to show up. Overall, our home is a beautiful and spacious home that we are now loving. The process was extremely stressful and long, but the end result is turning out to be the dream home that we wanted. We would highly recommend doing your research and asking many questions about the process and the options available before signing. The building process went smooth and everything turned out as expected. We reside in NJ and Dylan and Tiffany were amazing! Keeping us updated every step of the way with emails, calls and lots of pictures! Closing went smooth as well. Several very minor issues were quickly addressed by Tiffany. We are very happy with our new home in Verdana Village and highly recommend Plute!

All of the staff involved were very supportive, and addressed all of my concerns in a prompted manner. I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

We love the model and design we chose and the design team were so wonderful! Our home had taken almost 2 years to build, but we were in no hurry. Pools were way overpriced and forced people to opt out of getting a pool and hire a pool company after they closed. We got a pool after talking them down from 300k originally. I’m embarrassed to tell people how much I paid. Some of the sub contractors were great! Nice quality work and others should not be working for any builder. We had a wonderful experience with our project managers! They are so helpful and do their best to get issues taken care of. Unfortunately we closed on a house that was not done and paid for a home we could not move into. The painting and staining was not done. Managing the QUALITY of work being completed during the process would greatly improve everyones experience with Pulte. People are paying out of pocket for their homes to be painted correctly after they close, to get a better quality finish. After spending over 2m on my home, I’m fixing the painting issues myself to ensure that it gets done correctly. overall, we are very satisfied. There are some minor cosmetic issues to correct, but that is usual. Overall, it is good so far.

From day of closing we delt with Tommy. All Tommy was interested was for me to give a 10 on his evaluation. I did give him a 10. After living in the Villa I own I found a lot of issues, that should have been found. I myself am a Superintendent and working in the Commercial division on the east coast of Florida. So now that I’m only here on weekends I found a lot of issues the should have been found by Tommy. We’ve been helped by Gianni. He’s not only professional but he listens to these issues and has had them being resolve slowly but surely. Still in progress. I’d like to give Gianni that 10 for an evaluation. Sales and construction managers great to work with, follow up after move in has been excellent.

The communication and build quality was great from start to finish. Isabel, tom and ashley were very helpful and available at all times. Home quality exceeded our expectations!

Our building manager Donato was awesome through the entire process. He keep us informed and answered all of our questions.

Smooth build with constant communications

We first purchased a new Pulte home in the year 2000 in the Charlotte NC area. We loved our Pulte home, but then eventually moved out of the area. 24 years later and we purchased a new Pulte home in Fort Myers! Again, it was a great experience working with Pulte. We love their quality and workmanship.

I can’t say my experience was all that great. I had my sales person hold a lot for me because it wasn’t released for sale. I made an appointment to come purchase my home and the day I arrived he gave my lot away even though I communicated with him several times about it. The lot they sold me they said was a 60’ lot and it wasn’t it was 50’. My construction manager changed three times during the building process. The quality of the finishing work is very poor. Hope the structural is better. I bought this home because my friend had bought a Pulte home 3 years prior and the quality of hers is much better. Very disappointed in the whole thing! All in all the experience of buying a Pulte home was very easy. The workmanship is very good. When we did the walk-through, I was really pleased with how well everything was finished and detailed. I believe the process of working with the designer, at least in my case, could have gone a little smoother. I feel like, as an out of state home buyer, I Could’ve used more time

This was our second build with Pulte. There were issues from the very beginning, starting with the Project Manager who was totally clueless. Quality and workmanship from the subs was drastically different from only 3 years ago. We had to stay on top of things daily and supplied pics and letters to PM. Had to get his boss involved to get things done . Almost a year of nightmares but happy to finally be in and hopefully nothing major arises. Tiffany was great, strong attention to quality during the final inspection and delivered everything as promised. Answered all questions and met all of our expectations!

Overall house is ok. Kitchen cabinets that were upgraded look like they're 10 years old. Quality is ok but finish is terrible. Scratched and look used. House is very noisy. AC hums loudly thru vent in hallway. Dishwasher and washing machine very loud. Had a few issues that were dealt with promptly. Still waiting for a few things to get fixed. Homes are VERY close to each other. Overall satisfied but not wowed by any means. Had a Lennar home prior to this. If I had to do it over I'd probably use lennar for the value vs cost

Not Satisfied ,I am disappointed .There were issues that needed to be addressed ,Doors,paint ,garage door. I will have to fix them my self. Like I said I am not satisfied.

Great sales team, very knowledgeable about the homes they are selling. After moving in Tiffany was a great help in explaining all the little things we need to know about the house and the warranties as well as making sure everything was perfect for us as the buyers.

All Pulte employees were great to work with and answered all questions and very proactive with updates and explanations of the total process —especially Isabel and Ashley !

Exceptional experience with the Pulte buying experience! I greatly appreciated the level of detail, utilization of technology to make appt, confirm appts and follow up with phone calls. I am extremely happy with my home. From my initial contact with Gita as I viewed the models, through the construction process with Tiffany; along with the superior service I received from Marcy and Brandee at PGP . Also kudos to Marcy’s assistance (I can’t remember her name) but she came in on her day off to help execute the final documents, The complete experience has been second to none but Pulte is #1. It's been a month since closing and we truly love our home and Verdana. Pulte has been very responsive and focused on creating a great client experience. Tiffany, our construction manager was amazing! She was through, methodical and knowledgeable.and is such an asset to her company. We were quite pleased with the choice of options and our overall design center experience. Thanks, Pulte, for a great experience and for building a home we can enjoy for years to come!
