We are fortunate, lucky to have Dylan as our builder manager, he manage to go above and beyond for every piece of job, anytime I called him he answered every question I have. pulte group is lucky to have Dylan, we have no issue with our new home everything is well build, good quality, again I want to thank Dylan for the time and effort he put into making sure to deliver the best quality for our home.

Our initial buying experience was great. The sales process was organized and simple. Due to turnover of the sales team, we fell through the cracks on many fronts. Our project manager Kristopher was great up to closing, however with issues that were not fixed prior to closing they have yet to be addressed, and now I am getting crickets. Very concerning, in not receiving any insight etc.

From entering the model home to sitting at the closing table, the experience my wife and I had was almost flawless. Pulte made the entire process easy, transparent, and worry free. We put a lot of trust in Pulte, being that we purchased a home from over 1200 miles away. This is our second Pulte home and we are very glad we made the decision to work with them. Tyler in the sales office was a no pressure, calm, and comforting presence which we both really appreciated. He was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Again, being out of state, having Tyler onsite was like having a good friend that was a phone call away. He answered every stupid question we had and even made multiple trips to the site to show us parts of the home that we wanted to see again. Jared, the building manager, was another great person to work with. His ability to explain things and his level of detail is very appreciated with you are essentially trusting what you can see through a phone. Again, similar to Tyler, he was only a phone call away. Jared runs a tight ship, delivering the home ahead of schedule with amazing quality and attention to the smallest detail. It's like he had a time machine... every question I had, he already had an answer. Every "concern" I had, he already addressed. Shayna from the mortgage company was incredible and answered probably 2000 or so emails that I sent. Dalton who started the mortgage process was great, answering and explaining everything, even calling to make sure we were comfortable and ready to close. And then the entire closing team. Overall, the level of service we received was above and beyond, which is rare to find these days. I would 100% recommend Pulte Homes to friends and family! Our building experience with Pulte was outstanding. Given there is a difference between a custom builder and a volume builder everything was great. Our salesperson was Dylan and we can't say enough good things about Dylan. Responsive to our questions and pictures were supplied during the entire building process. Our building manager was Jared and he also was outstanding. Jared kept in touch with us throughout the entire building process. We would definitely build with Pulte next time.

Great buying experience with Justin in the Office and his promptness in addressing all that was needed from the beginning to the closing of my new home and thereafter. Customer care and service was also a great experience with Dhilon in taking care of all aspects of the home that needed to be addressed at an exceptional rate of quickness.and his continued communication with me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction with my new home. We have built 2 homes with Pulte. 1st home 5 years ago in Westbrook (Fort Myers) and now 2nd home in Verdana Village (Estero Florida). Great homes and designs. Nicer interior finishes than most other builders in our opinion. Pulte staff are great to deal with. With any new home build, issues come up. Pulte always ready to send someone to the home to deal/fix the issue.

Buyers should not be your quality control department. Secondly, the process to fix issues under warranty is so painful.

Well first of all being a Canadian from purchase to walk into our new home it was a pleasant experience! Not being around only talking to contractor and seeing pictures that Lance sent us ever two weeks was amazing! Truly like a tv show. Handed the keys walked into our dream home! WOW! Amazing! The amount of emails and different people reaching out was really confusing. Since purchasing it seems you gave our email to a mailing list. The emails are flooding in. Hard to figure out which ones need attention and which ones don’t. Someone reached out about our warranty yesterday. Turns out they were trying to sell something. Were FLOODED with paperwork.

This will be my last time buying or referring to buy a Pulte home. This is my third home and the most expensive one. Quality is down, mostly the finishes of the house. All the hardwood work in the house, door frames, ceileing molding, door finished is so bad that I will need to hire my own carpenter. I don’t see Pulte fixing all the issues

During the entire experience, from the initial meeting with Melissa in sales to the final walkthrough with Angel our construction manager, the Pulte team was responsive, communicative, and accountable. This was our third time building a house and probably the smoothest of them all.

The contractors and subs used to build $1.5 mil and up homes are the same that build the $400K homes. there is no attention to detail for spending this high price tag. It's very frustrating working with warranty and construction mgrs. after closing as they are not interested anymore in getting the small items not handled before closing completed. We are 9 weeks from closing and still have NO working refrigerator. We've had 2 and both stop cooling within 2 days of being installed. Seems like refurbished appliances are being installed rather than brand new. We had to expense the purchase of a refrigerator and surprisingly, we haven't had any issues with it. No one seems to care that we don't have a working refrigerator in a $1.586 mil home! Roof was missing a 6x6 sq ft area of tile upon moving in that we found several days later, we have glass that was scratched that was to be replaced within 4 weeks that hasn't been mentioned since. The backsplash in our kitchen is not level which has been addressed with the warranty guy with no results. ...and the list goes on. It's the details that Pulte is missing and the follow up from a team that doesn't gives a crap! ... More

We couldn’t be any more happy with our new home from Pulte. From the start they are upfront about costs, choices, and answered any questions we had about the community we were buying into. Personally our home took almost a year and a half to build from signing to closing. That however was during the post Covid supply chain shortages so delays were to be expected and Pulte did there best idea to when it might be completed. Build Quality is great. We got to watch each week what was being done and you can tell little details such as using spray foam behind electrical outlet boxes so they don’t wiggle or have any give in them later once the drywall is up. A little thing but coming from a house before that when you would go to plug in a cord and the outlet would move/ bounce and thinking that was normal and now having a new quality home I appreciate the small things. Now that we are in our new home Inevitably things will come up. Pulte when you move in goes over your new home top to bottom as well as leaves you a welcome packet with vendors names and numbers and if issues do arise you can call them directly or if you choose you can call pulte to help but it seems simpler to just cut out the middle man and use the vendors. They are quick to come out and address any issues that come up. I have had to call for a plumber due to finding a small leak under the sink, I took a look and could see it was a faulty gasket. Called our plumber on the paperwork and they were out within a day or two and fixed the issue no issues about a bill or just had to sign a paper saying they completed the job and it was sent to pulte. I say that because its NOT a pay us and then send this in for a reimbursement type thing, no just sign here no bills, no issues. So from start to finish I couldn’t be happier about our experiences with Pulte. I recommend then to anyone looking for a quality home at a fair price. ... More

Angel was exemplary. He kept us updated on everything including pictures every few months. He was truly a professional and we could not have been more pleased with him! We are very happy with our new home. We would highly recommend him for anyone building a home!

Second home built with Pulte. Great experience and our house is amazing

List of things that we discussed still not taken care of. HOA people make everything sound like you are an inmate. Our salesperson left and the new person said he would do follow ups and never did. Our construction manager was not effective in follow up our his own pre inspection before our inspection with him.

We have built our last homes on our own. To have a quality builder take control of our new home was a God send. We are so happy and stress free . We are so happy with the quality and follow up from Pulte. Bill Pulte Senior would be so pleased that his son and team have maintained his vision. What a great Michigan based story. I am a senior who is alone and have decided I needed to be near family. my younger brother and his wife were very cordial to invite me down to fort myers to live near them. The stress of the situation was I am alone and did not have guidance on all this Technical stuff. My brother is my POA and Pulte would not allow him to sign for me at the closing. He lives here so it would have been convenient for everybody except apparently the title company. Thankfully Pulte had an employee who was very kind. Instead of insisting that I sit alone at a kitchen table signing documents online that I didn't understand she willingly fedex me the closing papers so I could read them and sign them with a pen. Imagine that. I'm grateful for Darlene. This was a stressful time for me and she turned it into something I could deal with. ... More

Pulte is not a good company, never recommend them ever
