The buying process was good, although some information requested that would have helped in our decision making process were not disclosed. Don't be fooled, it is sales. The building process was very good, Jared was excellent keeping us update to date and responding to our concerns and issues. After closing, the response of the 30 day warranty team leaves a lot to be desired. Attention to issues and timeliness was poor. If not for our persistence I don't know when issues would be addressed. This department needs to be improved.

Been very happy with the time of delivery, and the construction manager keeping us up to date and explaining things. Aftrer move in the Customer Care Person has been very attentive.

We purchased our home from Pulte based on the quality of work that we saw in the model home and the sales personal. From the start all of their subs were sub par , from the block work to framing and roof and siding . We have been in our home for 1 month now the sprinklers did not work for 1 month and the grass is dying . Exterior paint around windows and caulking terrible, paint on roof , numerous broken tiles and leaks in roof , the flashing was 1” below the concrete siding which was short by 7-8”. The roofer said it might be a leak from a shower so we will call again to customer care and play the game . Oh by the way the AC contractor while backing in the driveway went too close to the edging of the pavers and broke the bond with the concrete , so do the road my driveway will separate, would I buy from them again, would you? ... they did awesome job overall had issue with pulte mortgage as they are slow and unorganized basically clueless and the home warranty is very slow as they only deal with specific vendors and they are far out on responses also we believe that they built the quick move in houses faster and put ours off so they could complete the quick move in houses faster

Melissa and Jared were truly exceptional! Both went way above and beyond to make sure we received the home of our dreams!

Home was purchased more than a year ago and half ago, took a long time to build and felt that since we didn’t live in the area home was left unfinished for longer than it should have been. Virtual walk thru failed miserably and after moving company is slow to respond to questions about paint and some other issues we had. Love river hall but need more attention to customer service and care.

Starting with Mark our sales agent he misrepresented many issues. Especially the closing. We were force to live in Airbnb for 3 months at 3x price of our mortgage. The quality of the build is a disaster, our windows are so misaligned we could not put in blinded. Doors are different heights, garage doors were broken and 6weeks later not fixed. The grass was dead on arrival. Tommy, our finally construction manager did everything humanly possible to help but there were to many problems. I warn anyone not to buy from Pulte. Oh, the dog park in Verdana Village is so small no one uses it.

Great communication and follow through from the Pulte team we worked with.

This is our third home in SW Florida with three different builders. Our delivery expectations were high but were disappointed with the final product and the amount of items required to be repaired on our 30 day punch list.

We walked into the sales room for Corkscrew Estates and met Sales Rep Steve P that pretty much decided right then and there that we would be buying in Corkscrew Estates Of course there were facets of the properties that also sold us on buying there (lot size, no amenities etc). But back to Steve P he was so helpful full of knowledge and friendliness we went through the purchasing process without any problems. I’m not the most computer or tech savvy but Steve P was always willing and the most patiently to help us out therefore making the buying part very easy and also correctly done. In the end we did not feel were we dealing with a Sales Rep but rather a friend. Can’t say enough for LeRoy also for making sure all our warranty issues were taken care of immediately. ... More

The house would be perfect but the drywalls finish as well as the paint are horrendous! Pulte response to issues is excellent but the drywalls are a disaster as well as the paint job!

From the first sales encounter to the overview from Angel, our construction manager - they all made sure everything was clear and gone over!!

We were kept updated thru each phase of the process. Our sales rep Lance and construction mgr Jarad we’re great thru the process. Anyone looking for trustworthy people to help you thru the process should use Pulte.

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship! Damaged floor tiles, kitchen cabinets and countertop, appliances did not work, fridge needs to be replaced. Paint is on the floor, carpet and windows .Several windows need to be replaced.

The initial purchase and the home quality was great. We did and still do have some exterior items that are taking far to long to resolve.

We are so happy and proud to have a Pulte home! From the initial Sales to the finish we felt Pulte was in our corner the whole way! Our salesperson was always available to answer any questions we had. The design staff was helpful, friendly and enjoyable! Our GM Andrew was the best! This man was in top of things and kept the build go so smoothly. He has been a very asset to Pulte! I would definitely recommend a Pulte build to anyone!

The house was done on time and had very few issues. We love the house and the experience with Pulte.

After living in our home for 6 weeks we are disappointed with Pulte builders. Their advertising/marketing is a lie. Poor quality of materials used, poor workmanship, subcontractors do not take pride in their work. Interior work looks as if Pulte hired 8th grade students. Poor choice for included appliances, the cheapest money can buy. We did not have a choice to supply our own appliances. Customer Care is non responsive. I will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

Gita got us started. Answered our questions. Tiffany was construction manager and she was GREAT. Her responsiveness and attention to detail was unparalleled!! If you build in Verdana with Pulte, ask for Tiffany!!

Meh on workmanship, lots of fixing or corrections needed after close. Communication is lacking and they are inflexible throughout the process. Most likely my one and only purchase from Pulte.

Pulte started out with a bang but began to fizzle out after our commitment to buy was signed. Our sales representative, Hanna, was excellent and had a firm grip on steering us through the buy/build process step by step, with weekly updates & pictures of the how things were progressing, but then was moved to another Pulte location and we were passed off to others within Pulte at our location. Things went downhill rapidly from there. Several weeks at a time would pass without contact from anyone at Pulte, "just the sound of crickets," before we had to reach out to them for any progress updates. We made several trips to the build site from Virginia to see the actual progress and were given excuses, promises and an attitude when there or had questions and concerns. The week before closing, a walkthrough was conducted with many of the discrepancies still untouched a week later at closing. After closing, another walkthrough was conducted with the Pulte Customer Service representative, of which the discrepancy list is still being worked off 60 days later, with some discrepancies being passed off to the HOA. If we had known how Pulte "really" conducts business, they talk the talk, but they do NOT walk the walk, we would have considered looking elsewhere. Maybe my standards are too high, as I would hope yours would be, but I'm sorry to say, if you choose Pulte, be ready to become just another number in Pulte's vast portfolio, so be ready to get frustrated with how they do business. ... If you are looking to be fully informed throughout your home buying experience then think twice about Pulte. We were told we could not speak to the construction manager throughout the home build. We were told everything had to go through the sales agent. This was a nightmare. We had asked for sample tiles in the beginning and never received them until a few weeks from closing. The sales agent was pushy when it came down to the down payment and even forced us to wait three days to sign our contract because they had hit their sales number for the month. Carl; The finish quality of our Pulte home is above average. In addition the custom home Project Manager Lester Corzo is nothing but outstanding. My wife and I have had 4 homes built the Pulte home overall product says it all. If I ever decide to build another home Pulte would be our choice. I will recommend Pulte to anyone who asks.

Although there were some construction issues, as in most new homes, Pulte addressed them and corrected them promptly. The warranty team has also been proactive in promptly correcting any issues as well.
