I was well informed from start to finish, my building superintendent was knowledgeable, always responsive and kept me informed the entire way.

The home build experience went well. Dustin and Mark keep us up to date on the building process and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

Good experience with many options to choose from and home completed on time. Materials and fit good with few minor defects that were addressed. Overall a good experience and we are happy with our home.

Overall, the buyer / build experience was better than expected. However, one's self should realize that you're the buyer, you're the one that will be living in the home and you're the one who will have to deal with outcome, therefore and ultimately, it is 50% my responsibility to maintain attention to detail, call a spade a spade and hold a firm footing if something doesn't look right, smell right, sound right, etc. As long as I was willing to hold my own self, personally accountable, to a degree, that if things did not turn out to my satisfaction AFTER I had tried every and all angles of tact, negotiation, conversation, discussion, and downright plain and simple communication, then at the end of the day I can honestly say that Pulte was competent and made for a pleasurable build experience. Yes, there were times of frustration and times where I felt running up against 'red tape', however, you need to keep the big picture in mind and prioritize, and view the lens from both sides. What are you willing to compromise on? Is the juice worth the squeeze. There are some wins, and there are some not quite but almost. Bottom line, I was anticipating needing to bring a dog to the fight for the entire build process, but in reality it simply took composure, patience, tact, meaningful conversation & discussion, and common sense professionalism to find mutual grounds of understanding and/or decisions leaning to my desired outcome. Last but not least, shout out to Cody, our onsite project manager. From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Had a great experience throughout the build process. Our sales agent, construction manager and warranty manager were great. We love our new home.

Dustin offered weekly updates. He gave personalized care and attention to all matters big or small. Dustin was informative and took all concerns seriously.

There were many great floor plans to choose from in the community. The only thing I would change is the ability to adjust where the home sits on the lot for big lots.

First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

We have had a good experience so far with all of concerns being handled.

It took to long to close on the house

Beautiful community with fabulous neighbors. The sales staff are awesome! Once this community is finished it will be top of the line.

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

From purchase to close the Pulte staff has been pretty great overall. I would say 95% of the process was relatively painless. The mortgage center was another story but we did not finance through Pulte (which is probably why). Cody the construction supervisor has been great and responsive to our questions and concerns. We appreciate the company’s willingness to make things right when quality has suffered to a degree. We are still waiting on a handful of things to get addressed so currently those matters are up in the air. We will see how that comes along here in the near future, hopefully. Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago with Pulte. We ended up buying a spec home that was ready for move-in within a month. Gigi our construction manager was amazing and worked diligently to complete all items on our list from our personal walk through and our private inspection list prior to closing. Overall we were very happy with the process of buying a Pulte home for our first home.
