Dustin offered weekly updates. He gave personalized care and attention to all matters big or small. Dustin was informative and took all concerns seriously.

There were many great floor plans to choose from in the community. The only thing I would change is the ability to adjust where the home sits on the lot for big lots.

First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

We have had a good experience so far with all of concerns being handled.

It took to long to close on the house

Beautiful community with fabulous neighbors. The sales staff are awesome! Once this community is finished it will be top of the line.

I can't say enough good things about the sales and building experience. It was seamless from beginning to end and I can't recommend them enough!

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

From purchase to close the Pulte staff has been pretty great overall. I would say 95% of the process was relatively painless. The mortgage center was another story but we did not finance through Pulte (which is probably why). Cody the construction supervisor has been great and responsive to our questions and concerns. We appreciate the company’s willingness to make things right when quality has suffered to a degree. We are still waiting on a handful of things to get addressed so currently those matters are up in the air. We will see how that comes along here in the near future, hopefully. Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago with Pulte. We ended up buying a spec home that was ready for move-in within a month. Gigi our construction manager was amazing and worked diligently to complete all items on our list from our personal walk through and our private inspection list prior to closing. Overall we were very happy with the process of buying a Pulte home for our first home.

Our home buying process from day one was very comfortable, low pressure and detailed, all things we appreciated. Many other builders felt like being in a car dealership and turned us off from building a home. The build process was also very transparent and used high quality and energy efficient core components (like the electrical panel or tankless water heater) that make us comfortable for being in our home for many years. Our situation was a little different from others because we had just arrived from Minnesota and saw the house for the first time 2hrs prior to closing. Didn't really have enough time to let things sink in. Chris and Scott have been very responsive since we have moved in to help us get settled and fix any minor things that needed attention.

Pulte Mortgage was very helpful responsive to all my needs. Ricardo and Andi from Pulte Mortgage were amazing and helped me close very quickly. My home construction manager Dylan always answered my calls or responded back within minutes. Fixed any last minute issues we found same day or next day. Great service from him. Now that we’ve lived in the house a few months, we are finding little craftsman defaults that can be fixed but frustrating because whoever was building it knew at the time they were doing a bad job but instead of fixing or doing it right just moved on because it could probably go unnoticed during a walkthrough. ... Our experience was great buying with Pulte Homes. Communication was on point and we even closed before expected. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

John is literally run ragged and has a number of things to monitor and manage per day and can always provide updates because he always has to put out fires. He has had no assistance with it either with exception to towards the end of my build. John did everything he could to keep us up to date on things that were going on when there were things happening. He returned calls at his earliest convenience as well. The amount of issues that we have with the home for which are all MINOR issues and are getting fixed. It’s more so the amount of time that it’s taking to get them fixed, it almost is like the company PULTE just says well you can deal with it you already signed and we got your money, we will do it when we want to. John and David have worked tirelessly to get things done. I went over a month with a bathroom upstairs that had no working toilet because the tank was cracked on install, mind you I closed on November 30, 2021 and it wasn’t fixed until January 11. Our builder Dustin was great. Some of the subs seemed to rush to get the job done because of their workload. Some of the work was sloppy, concrete, paint, floors… but Dustin is taking care of any issues in a timely manner so happy overall.

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

We looked for a newer house in various cities, but our realtor in Jacksonville showed us a fully furnished model home by Pulte and we simply could not refuse this. Very beautifully built home in a circle where we can go for walks, jogging and biking every evening. Good company, good employees.

This is our second Pulte home. This time, we purchased one of the models so lots of people had been in the house. Jeff, the sales rep, worked with us on pricing and timing of the purchase. Ryan, the construction manager, did the pre-closing walk-through with us and noted/took care of all the minor issues in a very professional manner.
