Sorry for the poor review but won't buy from Pulte again

No communication, no invitation to see work progress, no follow up. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Attribute the lack of quality work to absence of supervision or sub contracting to lowest possible bidder. Things such as cracked tiles, then when replacing tiles, using wrong color grout. Terrible finish work on sheet rock seams and edges. Paint on doorknobs and hinges. Paint spots on brand new appliances and floor. Sloppy finish work on all 5 bathroom cabinets. Wrong touch ...

Delayed the construction in more than 7 months, and delayed closing over 20 days. Lots of unfinished details, broken doors, drawers. Clogged toillets and bathtube. Dirty pool, without the filter.

I have called multiple times to fix the sink. Because it has a leak. They have came twice to fix it and the same leak still continues. I also called for chipped tiles, no one has called me back. Almost as if I never called. The ac has some kind of shortage in one room, where the ac doesn’t hit the same as the entire house. When I first moved no ac was hitting that room, someone came to fix it, and they got the ac to get to the room but it’s not as strong as the rest of the house. Pulte homes are not cheap homes I would expect better quality of work and better treatment.

Was a nightmare with the realtor and the constructor , both doesnot have responsability, care, worst treatment we can imagine, I know the is not a Pulte im blaming for the constuction side and realtor, but you have to select better who will works for your company, you have a name that you have take care , The house was delivered with a lot of things to need to be fix , they did not clenned after construction , the material I cant choose the color or the floor. Bad comunication with constructor .
