Just a few words to express my experience in dealing with Pulte. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing a home. It was very quick and easy with no red tape to cut through. Celestine was with us through the whole process and she was a pleasure to work with. JC was amazing in taking care of all the details for us and making sure our home was delivered in perfect condition. We cannot be happier with our decision in picking Pulte for our home. Pulte has a great team with Celestine and JC.

Maggie was our sales point of contact and Alex was our point of contact for the build. We do not have enough good things to say about Alex - he was excellent across the board. He was very quick to get back to us, he followed through on everything he said would be done, and was extremely helpful before and after the build. Maggie, we did not have good things to say about. We asked for two outlets to be moved, she said yes initially, later took back that yes, and was very rude in the process of doing so. We have numerous emails from her where she was quite rude and she was not very helpful in this process at all. We did not enjoy working with her. ... More

The process leading up to the purchase/home completion was transparent and useful. Overall the QA process for identifying issues in the home was comprehensive. A few items were still left by the time we moved in - but Pulte has steadily been correcting those. Given all of the things that could go wrong - there are really only two worthwhile things noting: HVAC system in one of the rooms was not effective and Pulte is working on that, and the bathroom master floor is not fully level - which is not a problem yet. However, walking on the tiles sometimes results in a crunch side. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn't bother taking up with the company - because the overall build was very good. Our experience with Pulte was great overall. They were very quick to answer questions and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We kept looking for red flag along the way, but never found any. The workmanship was good. There's a few things here and there that need to be addressed, but overall, everything came out good. We would definitely build with them again.

I love Pulte homes they are beautiful and well built! I’ve looked at a few of their communities before deciding on Naples Manatee Cove. This quaint gated community has a beautiful community pool and the landscaping is always well taken care of as part of HOA fees. I’m extremely fortunate to have a perfect palm tree in my front yard which I love. Little issues concerning the workmanship within the first 30 days are still being worked out but they are being handled. One thing I will say regardless of who is in charge or assigned to welcome a new homeowner home is a better checklist. I moved in and was never given my Hurricane Shutters “box” of how to with pictures and screws until the day before the storm and when I received it I was shown how or where anything was! All the gromits were missing and trying to get those on the day of a storm is NOT EASY! But thanks to a great friend he went to Lowes and purchased a whole box. Just not ok when moving into a new home. Unfortunately there was a hurricane right after I moved in but that is and should be a time for Pulte to shine by showing a new homeowner they want to make sure they have everything they didn’t know they needed. ( Hence the checklist) I didn’t even know the Hurricane Shutters box kit was missing. And I’m sure there are many other items missing ( for example I didn’t know I didn’t have attic pull down stairs because I bought my home after someone backed out there are way to many options to review, all I do know is there is a light on in the attic since before I purchased the home and I have no way of turning off ? These things need to be delt with prior to signing a home over to a new homeowner. There are so many more small things I learned after moving in which should all be in our to do package which weren’t and I believe good customer service starts from the beginning. You can’t set up garbage pick up until AFTER you close because it’s registered with the county that you now own the home, and so many other little details. ( I wanted everything set up prior so that it was organized for me but in Florida it doesn’t work that way) these little details are very important to a new homeowner moving from another state. I’m happy to speak with anyone in customer service as that is what I do everyday with my job. People call us or email us because they have questions and don’t know it’s that simple- or they don’t know anything is missing but because the company cared so much to make sure you the new homeowner had all the information now the new homeowner is well informed. VERY happy with the home itself--great floor plan--(Mistique)---only real improvement to the house itself might be using washable paint on the interior---washing marks off the walls tends to rub off the paint. VERY happy with our manager Hazel and Reggie.

In a few words, the whole experience was awesome. We are quite happy with the location and quality of our new home!

Even with all of the supply chain and labor issues we had great communication from our project manager. Our closing was seamless and any problems after closing were addressed quickly.

The whole experience from selecting our home to the finished product was excellent. Follow up however on defects has been challenging.

Our experience was 5.0 . We lived 1500 miles away and it would have been helpful to get very detailed updates on the status of the building process. There is a status on the website but there are only 4-5 milestones and they were not updated accurately. I'm sure the Field Managers have an extraordinarily detailed online project plan . Just wondering if it would be possible to tap into that. Overwise a very good experience and I would recommend Pulte

On the front end, sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Design center staff was excellent. Field manager was outstanding

It was a painless experience

My home buying experience was great. My field manager was excellent in explaining everything to us during the construction of our home.

Quality of delivered product was great. Sales process was great. Pulte mortgage process was great. Virtual meeting with design center was challenging. Designer was impatient and frustrated at times. Post delivery support has been good in general. I had an air conditioning issue and I requested a manager to escalate the issue and manager never responded. The issue was eventually resolved but was frustrating not to have a manager respond.

Very smooth buying experience. Solid construction. Finishing needs work.

The Pulte folks we worked with were fantastic most of the subs were also of the highest quality
