Very easy to work with and very professional.

Roof leaked in bedroom. Painting could be better, missed spots and left big drips.

Pulte was prompt and did exactly what they said they would do. The design is nice and the value is great. Don’t try to change anything though. Two things I was not happy with was the alarm/low voltage sub contractor. You feel like you have no options and anything you do is marked up pretty well. I also feel like painting in general was sloppy. Painting around (and on) switches and towel bars, missing spots, etc. just looked rushed. Lots of caulk and it doesn’t have a nice finished look.

I was impressed by the value that Pulte provided. For any small issues that were found, they were responsive and prompt in dealing with them. Would recommend Pulte to friends.

The sub contractors could do a much better job of cleaning up after themselves!

Pulte Mortgage is NOT consumer friendly. I would look elsewhere for a mortgage lender. I had problems from start to finish.

I thought that the decision making process was too quick and pushy. Then I dont think there was an adequate follow up to the various conditions of the house. Yes, I think the house is in pretty solid shape but I did not love the experience.

The sales person and project manager were both professional and responsive to my concerns with fair resolutions

The top 4 got good review but the last one which it was customer service did not customer service service were not reliable they have to get their act together thank you

You have to keep on top of your build.Our original PM was an Apple salesman. Not experienced with his job. NOW working with the Warranty PM. You have 30 days to report problems. For a Publicly traded company they SHOULD be concerned with the BAD reviews on Pultie .com on Facebook. Should be more responsive.

The home took awhile to build, but the final product was worth waiting for. Of course there are some issues with the home, but that is to be expected.

45 days after closing the quality issues are still “in progress…”

Initial impression upon closing was great. A week of living in the house revealed several issues. The LED ceiling lights were hanging out of the ceiling, later found that this was because ceiling drywall was not cured when they were installed. A week after move-in, all drains were blocked. Main sewer line from house was clogged with construction debris. Plumber said this happens about 25% of the time. Why not clear the drains before closing? Also, once closing occurs, your project manager ends any responsibility for your home - you have to go through Pulte maintenance now. The home I purchased was a spec house, so we did not get to pick out any of the features. When I asked if there were changes that we could make I was told no, even though the interior walls were not even up yet. Overall the house came out good and so far any issues that I have had have been addressed quickly.

I am not happy with the response of punch list items it is taking to long and no one responds to emails.

Its been 6 weeks since we closed and no action has been taken on the list of repairs we submitted.

Pulte builds a decent home but the pricing of the homes are getting out of hand. The actual development is beautiful and that's what sold us on building in this neighborhood.

We love living here and are enjoying the house. The home was built quickly and there are a few items that could’ve been done more carefully.

Make sure your electrical outlets are not put in the corners where walls meet in the bathrooms. Get salesmen’s promises in writing. Don’t buy a model without speaking to an owner of one. Be prepared to be at home for “Punch lists” to be addressed.

My home was not ready for closing. There were too many items that needed to be repaired redone or fixed. Now it’s a slow and difficult process dealing with the home warranty and vendors entering my home for things that should have been complete before the closing.

i felt like i was always making the calls to check on my new home and i thought it should have been the other way around

Pulte builds a good quality home. The response from their employees to our overall process was less then we expected. Between delays in the building process to getting answers to our questions was a struggle to say the least.
