Starting construction at 7 am on a Saturday right now waking up all my kids . Rough edges on all trim. Carpet nails in carpet, cheap non working appliances. Walls cracking, windowsills cracking. Sloppy construction. Never an issue with our previous ***** home.

We felt the ***** was NOT helpful and had little patience when questioned. Our builder was excellent. She followed up on every question we had and made changes where needed. Our lawn looked terrible when we closed and still has not "come back". There are some minor tweaks needed, and we are still evaluating everything- but do expect everything will be resolved to our satisfaction.

We had such an awesome experience from beginning to end. Our construction manager sent us weekly photos and updates and kept us in the loop with everything.

The home buying experience was good. Still waiting on the fixes from the initial walkthrough of the house 2 months later. They are minor in detail but it is our first home. My expectations are high. My house and the craftsmanship of the model should be damn near identical. That is the expectation.

​Building a new home should be an exciting milestone, but our experience with Pulte was a nightmare from start to finish. Beyond terrible communication, unreturned calls, and overstepped boundaries during the loan process, the home was turned over to us in a rushed, unacceptable state with an incomplete punch list and a filthy interior. ​Here is just a sample of the build and quality issues we faced: ​Finish & Workmanship Deficiencies: Sloppy paint ran along the edges of the floor throughout the entire house, cabinet hinges were loose, and the staircase stain was left completely unfinished. In the downstairs bathroom, tile grout is already cracked in the corners. ​Doors & Hardware: One bedroom door would not close properly, another door literally fell off its hinges, and the water stopper in the middle bathroom shower was broken. ​Electrical & HVAC Failures: The power in the master bathroom went completely out for three days, the shower exhaust fan was never plugged in, floor outlets were left unscrewed, and multiple shower plugs were missing/broken. On top of that, airflow is severely lacking, leaving the downstairs front bedroom without sufficient A/C. ​Pulte handed over the keys to a dirty, unfinished house and failed to deliver on basic construction quality or customer service. Communication throughout the process was good, however the builder craftsmanship left much to be desired. We had 4 inspections throughout the building process and several times items were marked as fixed but not repaired. We eventually wore down and let some things slide as I could do a better job repairing some trim items but for a million dollar house I would expect better. So far the warranty department has been solid.

We always knew that Pulte was the best and now we are living in that proof. Our sales person Emily was simply amazing and delightful to work with. Our builder Rob made sure that our home was built exactly how we wanted it and completely up to code. We have had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone.

My overall experience purchasing a home was very disappointing. The closing process took much longer than expected, and the customer service throughout the process was poor. The person who handled my closing was unprofessional, which made an already stressful experience even more frustrating. For the price I invested in this home, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, it became clear that many of the materials used by the builder are of low quality. The appliances are not what I would consider good quality, several interior doors do not close properly, the bathroom exhaust fans do not work as they should, and the garage door remotes are a serious safety concern because one of them opens my neighbors' garages. The warranty department has also been a major disappointment. It takes an extremely long time to receive assistance, and when you do, the representatives often seem unsure of how to resolve the issues. Additionally, the so-called 10-year warranty is very limited and only covers a small number of components. Buyers should carefully read the warranty details and understand exactly what is covered before assuming it provides comprehensive protection. My experience purchasing my home has been very disappointing from the beginning. At closing, the title company provided me with the wrong house key. The garage door remotes have also been an ongoing issue—most of them do not work, and the one that does actually opens two of my neighbors' garage doors, which is a serious security concern. Before closing, I was assured that the damaged pavers at the entrance of the home would be repaired because they are a safety hazard. Unfortunately, that repair was never completed. In addition, the streetlights in the neighborhood do not work. When I contacted the homeowners association for assistance, they were unable to provide guidance or help resolve the issue. I also reached out to the warranty department regarding several concerns, but they were unable to provide a clear solution. To make matters worse, my refrigerator was delivered with significant damage. Overall, my home-buying experience has been frustrating due to the number of unresolved issues, poor communication, and lack of follow-through on promised repairs. I continue to experience ongoing quality, workmanship, property damage, and communication issues with my new construction home that remain unresolved despite repeated discussions and assurances that they would be addressed. As one of the first homeowners in this community, I expected the construction of neighboring homes to be managed with care and respect for existing homeowners. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Instead, I have had to deal with repeated issues that have impacted both my property and my confidence in the quality of the home and the customer service provided. My outstanding concerns include: Paint defects, unfinished touch-ups, and overall inconsistent workmanship throughout the home. Paint overspray and paint left on the pavers. The front door had to be replaced, and, despite the replacement, it is still waiting to be properly painted. While construction was taking place on the home next door, the fiber optic line serving my home was cut on three separate occasions, resulting in repeated interruptions to my internet service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience, apologize, or take ownership of the issue. Instead, I was left to coordinate with the service provider and resolve the problem myself each time. During the construction of the neighboring home, concrete splattered on my home, my air conditioning units, and other areas of my property. Construction debris and trash were routinely left in my yard, requiring me to clean up after the crews. During construction of the neighboring home, your contractor used my reclaimed water supply to mix concrete instead of using the builder's reclaimed water line, which was still under your ownership and available for use. As a result, I incurred an extraordinarily high reclaimed water bill that I should never have been responsible for. Despite bringing this issue to your attention, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for these charges. The condition of my lawn is unacceptable. The grass has deteriorated significantly and is noticeably inferior to other homes in the community. As a homeowner who purchased a new construction home, I should not have to accept landscaping that falls well below the standard provided to my neighbors. Multiple items that were promised to be completed remain unfinished. A consistent lack of follow-up after issues are reported. Poor communication regarding the status of repairs, scheduling, and completion of outstanding work. Taken together, these issues reflect a troubling pattern of poor oversight, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service. Instead of enjoying our new home, we have spent an unreasonable amount of time following up on repairs, cleaning up after construction activities, coordinating repairs for damage caused during the construction of neighboring homes, resolving issues that should have been handled by your team, and seeking updates that should have been communicated proactively. At this point, I expect these issues to be addressed without further delay. I request a comprehensive walkthrough to identify and document every remaining item, along with a written action plan and timeline for completion. I also expect responsibility to be taken for the damage caused during the construction of neighboring homes, reimbursement for the reclaimed water charges that resulted from your contractor's use of my utility service, and prompt resolution of all outstanding warranty items. I purchased this home with the expectation that it would reflect the quality, craftsmanship, and customer experience your company promises. More concerning is that many of these issues could have been avoided through better communication, oversight, and accountability. quality of construction is terrible

The list is too long. We could not be more disappointed in our new, absolute garbage, home. Biggest mistake of our lives. DO NOT BUILD WITH PULTE HOMES. Hire a 6th grade wood shop class and you'll get a far superior home.

Pulte was okay to work with, put up homes so quickly that they cut corners. They say they will fix issues, but it is taking months for them to come out to fix all the issues they should have finished correctly when building the home. However, I did have a previous Pulte home from 2018 and although there were small issues, the home held up pretty well and most issues were eventually fixed

Not that excited about the new home. Construction was fast forwarded. so can feel the imperfection everywhere. Not fully satisfied with the Plumbing, Electrical, Painting etc. Driveway is tiny, can't comfortably park two cars. There is a big level difference between garage floor and driveway. Used Pulte Mortgage for the purchase. They reported the loan amount to credit unions and immediately sold the loan to another bank, The new loan servicer also reported the loan to credit unions, As per credit reports, I have double debt which badly affected my credit score.
