Excellent Salesperson, Construction managers. Very responsive.

The quality of the material is not as good as what we paid for. I'm not satisfied with the work done on the exterior. However, I had a good experience working with Tim, the construction contractor.

For the price I paid for my brand new Pulte home, I could have bought a used house and still do the fixes that I'm doing on this one. Poor work/finish quality, even after the walk through they missed to fixed stuff (holes on walls, cracked door frames, very bad painted doors. "Construction Managers", and i put them on quote because they are more of Project Managers, they just coordinate for other vendors to do stuff, and they don't even verify the quality or the completeness of the job. All they say is "submit to warranty" & "we all make mistakes", and that's correct, my mistake was choosing Pulte for my home buying experience. ... More

Good attention from they seller

The whole process was a nightmare. The house was build by a couple of guys that didn’t know how to do anything it was insane. Please don’t make this mistake look somewhere else. All the houses have problems.

We have bought many houses but this is the first time we have been overwhelmed with Putle's services before and after closing. Putle provided good quality materials, excellent floor arrangements and excellent support from their staff. Our house is located in a good area and thank you for Putle's expert selection of the area and the hard work of their organization . We recommend that all buyers invest their commitment and lifetime wealth with putle real estate. 5 stars from us.

Still have a list of things that have not been taken care of that we’re supposed to be done by closing.

A lot bump on the road thru this process but We feel great about moving into new property. Unfortunately we been experiencing a lot issues that were not address before we closed on the property in side and out side of the property now we are dealing with warranty delayed with a lot issues that were not address before we move in. Unfortunately I can only provide good feedback to pulte mortgage team they were excellent, help us thru this process. Not good thing to said about construction manager/management team and the sale team worst, I will definitely used a realtor for our next project. I decide to move forward with pulte as my parents build a house back in 2000 unfortunately this experience was not the same experienced as I remember 23 years ago, I thought picking Pulte and knowing, they being in business for 23 years or more building quality homes and credibility with higher standards but I was wrong. Building material are not the best quality unfortunately we are seeing that now for example floor tiles are cracking, we being on the property for less than a month, shower doors already out places out not properly install, we hope this will be resolve to avoid replacement on near future. The only bright spot was Tim the construction manager. He was fantastic to work with and a real professional. The subs used in our development were the worst I have seen. (This is our 3rd build - plus one rebuild after hurricanes. Paint on the floors, walls not level and/or straight, paver contractor was horrible, electrical problems throughout the house and more. I would never build with them again, nor would I recommend Pulte or their sister companies to anyone.

I spent almost a million dollars on this house and simple things, like the toilet paper rolls, just keep breaking. Overall just terrible quality

Quality of workmanship is absolutely horrible! Responsiveness to getting the repairs done on the punch list is terrible. I've never experienced such a terrible new home purchase. I would not recommend Pulte Homes.

Pulte made home buying easy to do, they were great from the start to finish

Pulte offers a great team that includes knowledgeable sales personnel and title company that helped me to make the right decision.

Pulte was a very desirable choice for us because we could customize a lot and the home choices had the space we need for our large family. Our experience started out absolutely wonderful, about 2 months into construction is where we started feeling skeptical about the quality of product we were buying. We went through the house a few times as we were allowed to and saw a million cosmetic issues that we just thought “ oh they will fix that before the walk through”… they never did. We made it to the walk through and ran out of blue tape to mark the issues we found, obvious ones. After that, it took 3 weeks for them to get the certificate of occupancy from the county for reasons they would not disclose. My wife had just had a baby and we were approaching the end of our current lease, if we had not been stuck in that position, we would have pushed much harder for some of the issues to be corrected. They use terrible contractors to do some of their work and the construction managers are spread way too thin to babysit. Our home that we paid almost $700k for is just sub par and that’s really upsetting to us. ... More

Very friendly and helpful in the process

Please do not use pulte’s PGP for your closing. Get your own. Destiny is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Pulte tried to move our closing a week later because they did not submit the paperwork to the proper county. Having this mistake they told us just the day before our closing and was unwilling to fix it. We remedied the situation on our own and they still didn’t want to close. We made them close and destiny was very unprofessional through the whole thing. Then when we closed our keys did not work for our house. When we told them all they said was the keys should work. We worked it out on our own and they gave us the keys to the right house but installed a different houses lock onto our house. There are a lot of things they didn’t fix in our walkthrough as of the closet door not closing and our guest closet falling off. Also speaking to all our neighbors they received closing gifts from pulte and we received none. Which that isn’t a big deal but being a first time home buyer this process is supposed to be exciting and they took all the excitement out of it. Pulte is not worth it. ... More

My first time buying a home and we chose to build from the ground up. I wish in the beginning process I could have been informed on certain things before my signing.

From our Sales agent Mrs. Meniham and our foreman Mr. Short we could not have had a better experience. We had some issues like any new home does, but they were responsive and corrected them.

So many little issues needed to be resolved even though the house was supposed to be move-in ready. Door bell not working, paint not properly done, nails could be felt under many places in the carpet...just to name a few. A proper list would take up a page. I would advise Pulte to have quality supervisors in place who's job it is to come do a checklist in the house before the house is handed over to the buyer.

My builder had rushed closing and left my garage unfinished and multiple issues throughout the house. I have broken wood unleveled floors, cabinets installed incorrectly and paint that is chipping.

The overall purchasing experience was good. Modifications are not allowed after the given time, even if it's by a day or two. Fine, it's understandable. The overall quality for the price set is extremely disappointing. Carpet areas were not clean and the carpet placed on top of whatever was on the floor. The appliances had a similar outcome, when removed to clean floors, there was material left over underneath them. The kitchen cabinetry has wasted space in the corner areas. The modules touch one another leaving an empty space in between that could have been used should a corner cabinetry have been used instead. A week after moving in, the patio sliding door stopped working and wouldn't close at all. The emergency after hour customer service was horrible and unhelpful. A month later and the door is still to be fixed. Attempting on a 3rd appointment, all which have been a no show. Anyhow, I could continue, but you get the idea...... It can be better! There is such a rush to just close on the homes to finish the project that the little things get dismissed. ... More

Overall great experience from finding our new home to signing the final papers. Well done!

Communication was horrible the entire time! I finally moved in and have submitted around 12 service tickets I’m on week number 3 and non of them have been addressed. My next step might be legal representation!
