Pulte team did a great job in helping us to secure our first home in Orlando. Their sales, construction, and finance teams were all very helpful and professional. Overall, we were happy to have chosen the Pulte homes.

It was not really difficult at all with purchasing the house and getting it finished before we moved here to Florida. Always communicated with us about the progress and that's what stood out to me most. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Willie was the breath of fresh air in this whole process. My spouse is very picky and Willie listened attentively to her and made the necessary fixes and touchups she required. Willie is the consummate professional and his demeanor with us was above reproach. He was the face of Pulte as far as we were concerned. He should be the face of Pulte.

We understand that there always will be issues pending after closing. Nevertheless the communication with the office and the personnel in charge of taking care of the issues is worse than bad.. Castle Group is also an organization that needs a lot of improvement.

No kitchen designer been met with buyer. Can't design kitchen cabinets by the buyer.

everything was good except for the grass ..they put the grass very dry and dead already,, I had to water it every day..that it cost a lot of money in water bill already.. the sprinklers stopped working….I sent the complaint but nobody has answered me

My family and I enjoy our new home. From the moment that we decided to become a part of the Pulte Community, the buying process was very smooth. Post build there were few small issues that needed resolving and those issues were corrected the same day or within days with a follow up call. The warranty department is great and we are confident that they will make any issue we have right.

Building a new home is always tough. That said, for the vast majority of the build with Pulte was great. And so far, the warranty work has been handled quickly and very professionally.

I have to say it was a great experience from the start. Due to the pandemic we could not visit the location so everything was done online or via phone call. We just closed on the property and happy to say that all went smooth!
