Very pleased with our new Town Home at Longleaf and overall experience. The mtg. team did a great job of communicating and making it a pleasant process. Our home is well constructed and the finishes are great. Kris has been great in helping get us oriented. He's very responsive and always helpful.

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.

Good team work

We lived in St. Pete and could only visit to look and purchase twice. Then one in early construction. We were given feedback often and when we arrived to move house was nearly perfect. We appreciate your warantee team as they have done great work.

I have heard horror stories about friends and families building houses and when they may have an issue, the builder will not fix, or if they do they never get it right. Pulte has been great, they build a beautiful home and they were very prompt in addressing any concerns that we had!

Excellent and reliable construction company that delivered the house on time and according to the agreed specifications. The team that have supported us after receiving the house was excellent and always available to solve the normal minor issues to be adjusted.

Overall Pulte is a quality builder when the project is not rushed. We had a great construction manager who made sure that our home was built with excellence

I love our home. But I would have preferred better finishing. Many areas are not smooth as should be.

Overall very happy with our home building experience. I think it depends a lot on who your superintendent is, but we had an awesome experience with Joe Harrigan!

Everything good so far. Only slowness is with after closing Warranty time to attend issues

Pulte has been good about following up with issues and thankfully there were not many to begin with. In our experience they strive to go the extra mile and really try to help out. They are extremely busy as this is a popular development but appreciate what they have done for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the "Value for the price paid" is because these homes are more expensive than similar homes in the area, but........ We bought here anyway, as did many other folks.

Everyone we worked with from the Pulte organization was customer focused and extremely helpful.

Everything was excellent except some minor issues with the carpet

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our Pulte home. The Field Manager is a very able and pro-active person. Always willing to listen and ready to solve your problem. The same can be said for the Warranty manager. Had a few minor issues and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will recommend any buyer to purchase a home built by Pulte

I would of preferred Pulte to not rush building this townhome. I have had many issues with the craftmanship. I think if Pulte would of taken their time building this townhome, there would of been less issues to address in the home. I think Pulte buids a solid townhome but needs to slow down with construction so it is done right. The response time repair things in the townhome is good but too many problems to address. I was not happy the garage door sensors. We pulled the tape off the sensor and the plastic cap came off. I feel like the cap was not on tight. I put in a work order to have the cap put on thr wires connected the garage door sensors and the customer service manager Chris canceled the work order behind my back. He said it was not covered under warranty. I feel like Pulte turned their back on me when I needed them. That was poor customer service. I had to hire A1 Garage door service to screw on the cap and I was charged $178. Pulte could of done a courtesy service. I really liked Blake at the sales office. He was very helpful and friendly. I will unlikely build with Pulte again. The garage door incident turned me off. I will never forget it. ... More
