It was a great experience buying our house with Pulte. We had some issues, but talking with some friends that bought houses with other builders We notice that we had fewer problems and less important problems. We recommend Pulte as a builder.

The house is nice. It was built as advertised and it has the quality proposed for this type of home. In some areas it even is better then expected. All granite counter-tops have a thickness greater than what we usually see out there. This is only one example. The "BUT" on the title refers to the common area. The Swimming Pool is WAAAY different than what was advertised. I understand that it might change a little bit but dramatically reduce the size is not a small change. Excellent field manager: his communication, honesty, hard work. Poor communication between different sales agents at Lemon Lake Office. Careful about changing structural options. Big penalty if you change your mind about ceiling height. Be very careful about incentives: Obsolete, non-energy efficient washer/dryer installed. Yet, refrigerator/freezer are fine. Poor follow-through after move-in. HOA Representative not available on closing date ( a Thursday). Finally available on the following Monday. Problems with gate entry closed at 6 PM. Awful experience with landscaping company: sprinklers on at 1 AM, spraying patio doors and furniture for 15 minutes on consecutive nights. The house is ok, no major issues. Since it’s a builder-grade, HOA-community house, the choices on some items important to us were limited, such as quality of materials and availability of finishes. The mass-production approach also doesn’t take into account end-user experience. Due to these two factors, it will require substantial rework, something we were hoping to avoid by buying a new home. Live and learn.

Very good location, good home plans and very good people to help you with the issues and needs.

Pulte had an easy process for picking out our options and guided us through everything. After we moved in there were a few items needing attention that we pointed out. Pulte warranty was all over it! very happy with our sales team and the our builder!

Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

New buyer 2 months in home. So far only minor issues. Good response to warranty issues.

I had to sell my washer and dryer because they were to big and the door wouldn’t close. These are modern townhomes they should have laundry rooms designed for modern from load machine. Even the standard machines I had to buy as replacement were just the right size for the door to be able to close.

Read all the paper work before agreeing to sign with pulte mortgage . They say they will give you $10,000.00 toward close but not really when they are paying for stuff that is typically paid for by the seller out of said $10,000.00

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

Suffice it to say if I had to do a home purchase all over again, I'd still choose Pulte, The total buying experience was streamlined and convenient. The customer service before and after sale has been exceptional.

Very organized streamlined process. Impressive.

I would ask to see the list of all model and features that you will add to the house paint, cabinets, flooring and other things that way you have ideal of what it will look like. Which cut down on changes.

The position of ceiling light is not reasonable, I bought a 8-bed house, but there is no light above the dinning table, very strange.

Working with the project manager & sales rep. was a very good experience. They were attentive to our needs. Always patience & helpful.

Pulte is a good builder this is our 3rd home with them the financing and all the paperwork Pulte makes everything easy no hassle. The quality was good also everything very modern. As for warranty department don’t sign the approval of the home until everything is actually repaired they lack initiative. But overall we are pleased with the home.

I'm disappointed with Pulte. Very slow response

The shower flow is not good And the boiler does not work well!

I am disappointed as to some of the workmanship of my new home. Things still are not repaired and they can’t seem to resolve them. For the amount of money we spent I expected more! It doesn’t sit well with me.

I love my home and the managers and supervisors that worked on our home were great. We are however disappointed in how the irrigation system was laid. We were told no irrigation in our backyard (we are getting a pool) only driplines but to our surprise the entire irrigation lines run through our yard to the front!!! Additionally, we are not happy with the management company they chose for the HOA. They have a waiting period of at least 45 days!!!! Most vendor quotes are only good for 30 days.

We were blessed with a great team from Pulte. Starting from 1) the sales office, super helpful and down-to-earth Jennifer, to 2) the construction manager, Garrett, and his team of builders who put together a well-built house with minimal adjustments and finally to 3) the follow up agent after closing, Samuel, who is attentive with any needs and warrantees. Overall, this was a pleasant experience, just anxious about dealing with the HOA, our first time in Florida.
