We had major delays and the communication related to the delays and schedule were always a issue.

Our Field Manager was very responsive & answered all of our questions. Our Warranty manager, has been exceptional in answering questions & being clear & concise about the warranty terms.

Having had a Pulte home built 21 years ago, we decided to purchase another Pulte home.

Pulte Homes will not make improvements requested by the customer; such as satin or semi-gloss paint instead of flat paint in the garage and bathrooms, concrete instead of plastic water trays for exterior downspouts, white instead of black lanai ceiling light fixtures, or the installation of a wine cooler.

My experience was good, only I lacked that at the time of showing the property in this case the model house to emphasize what the house does not bring, such as improvements, in this case, better floors, the dashboard, the metal, and wooden handrails, improved walls. I understood that the house was delivered as it was taught to us and when I received it I was disappointed that what I had seen and bought was not what they were giving me and all because the sellers were not clear at the time of showing the property.

Wondering if they are doing quality control, kitchen cabinets have a lot of dents, tears and almost no door handle are straight! Cabinets installed in the wrong direction, holes made on the bottom of the cabinet and when reported, poorly patched it and made new holes thinking this is acceptable! Mirror in bathrooms looks used and have chips! Wood stairs have visible nails everywhere and some coming out and cutting your feet! Spindles are not properly fixed, promising date for completion, nobody shows up or call and then no follow up are made, and answer to messages or emails look optional, I don’t have all day so I’ll stop here!!!! ... This home building experience was different than my previous two. It seemed that Pulte was more concerned with meeting deadlines than making sure the homeowner was happy. We have submitted several repair request that could have been avoided if the closing date wasn't the number one priority. Overall we are happy to be in our home but extremely dissatisfied with the process.

Pulte Homeservices are great, I mean the quality of the home are excellent and if you are lucky enough you will be working with Joe, he is the best part of the whole entire house experience. He was there when we need him and answered any questions about any concerns that we might have, he really made our experience easier and worthy!!! If I had to build another home I wish that we had the same luck of working with someone like him, someone that makes every effort to make sure that we were satisfied and happy!!! Thanks Joe!!!

I can’t think of anything good to say about this experience, other than the leasing agent was friendly and helpful. It went downhill after that.
