My Pulte home is exact;y what we were looking for and we could not be happier with the quality we received for the price we paid.

Sales and Warranty Personnel have been fantastic to work with!

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Responsiveness to issues: So far I have had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to very quickly. 1 of them has been fixed and the other we are still waiting on. ... More

I would buy from the sales rep 100 times over and the the site manger is great too. Warranty team is poor, talk a great game but poor delivery.

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.

They have Great TEAM who did the entire home building very interesting step by step process with me we love that so if there is something we didn’t like it we could change it, thanks to everyone in Pulte

Builder is very responsive to our concerns!

Extremely negligent when supervising their trades or workers. You buy a new home, to start fixing all the messes, mistakes, and wrongdoings for at least the first two months after you move in. It is outrageous...

We still have issues reaching out to the people that were supposed to complete The work at our home we were promised a prompt response to resolve this issues such As the a/c Not reaching master bedroom, garage door interior not completed, exterior wall stucco has a whole that may allow critters to enter the structure, there was a door delivered right before closing that was not painted completely, etc... it is unfortunate to have to leave such a bad review to a very prestigious company we feel deceived and tricked as one of the project managers assured us that this issues would be resolved promptly and that we could reach out at anytime should any issues emerged we hope to hear from them soon as we have been very patient . ... The builder promised everything would be clean and ready to go when I moved in. I had to call back after my move in date to have everything cleaned. They did not have my keys at the signing. There are gaps letting bugs in under my exterior doors. Warranty company told me to have the brand new house fumigated for bus because they were “already there when I moved in” even though they claimed they fumigated before I moved in and they were suppose to clean before I moved in.

Awesome price for the quality, area and home size! We looked for more then a year and Pulte workmanship, materials , home size and price had surpassed everything we had seen out there. Easy process and closed on time!

everything perfect .. the only thing is that they should be more detailed at the time of the inspections, the truth is that there are many details that should not be seen. for example: the toilet is not placed straight with respect to the wall, the wall when going up the stairs has too many details the driwell has many imperfections. the floor of the second floor already sounds and I have only one month of moving. I have a piece that sticks from above .. the air grills have paint, another one is peeled. I have a loose toilet. among other. We are disappointed with the quality of some of the work done on our home. One thing was said before we closed, but when we had issues to address with the quality of work, we were told that’s not covered under your warranty. I would think Pulte wouldn’t want to continue hiring contractors that didn’t do their best work or at least Pulte would correct the problem. I was told I could hire someone to fix it. I made a large investment and expected better work and customer service from a builder. In addition, Pulte Mortgage was a complete nightmare for our buying experience. Poor communication and multiple errors in processing our loan. We had to resubmit documents multiple times and even had to resubmit documents the night before closing. ... More

Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

Seamless process, exceptional customer service, and workmanship and quality that sets Pulte apart from every other builder. This was my first Pulte home, but will certainly not be my last.

We do not have any issues with our sales consultant. The issue is in the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. We are also having a difficult time in getting Pulte to respond to repairs that are required. I would recommend that you tour a completed home prior to committing and do not use the models as your guide for materials and workmanship.

We are very happy with our purchase in Somerset Crossing! The home is built well and the team has been extremely responsive. Beautiful neighborhood and great neighbors! Happy to call this home.

I have bought a Pulte Group home before and by far this was the best experience, even when the others were also very good. From the sales person to the design team to builder to warranty department every single person involved has been excellent and very courteous even during very trying times. I would definitely buy from PULTE again.

Starting with our sales Representative all people involved in our purchasing process took the time to explain every detail, they worked aorund our needs and we can say that we now live in a home we really love and enjoy.
