The experience with Pulte was and continues to be horrible! They are unresponsive and do not follow up on issues! I would never ever buy another Pulte home!

Pulte refused to address the noisy air return unit that it installed in the primary living room, shifting the responsibility and costs for addressing the issue to me. Too bad for Pulte's reputation.

Almost two months later and still with issues

Throughout the process, we would visit the home and point out issues to our construction manager. He kept telling us it would get done. On our final walkthrough, multiple issues were not complete and we were told many would be done shortly after closing and to just trust them and their warranty as they stand behind it. The issues are slowly getting completed but only because I am staying on top of everyone and having to call multiple people at Pulte to get a response. Last minute change in closing costs to offering incentives to investors at 5.75 but making the investors that trusted the brand to pay for points at 6.5-6.75 rate is insane. Lost my trust in pulte . Never felt stressed in buying a home with any other builder like how I felt on this home. Prices do go up and down but if an incentive of interest rate1% less than what you offer to new investors to investors who have not closed, ethically what you did by not matching the rates is absolutely wrong

During the final inspections of the house, be careful not to be touched by Isaac De Pulte in Tohoqua. He is an irresponsible person who promises to fix every detail in your house and does nothing. Be careful, Pulte. He should see these reviews and take action first. He is the customer.

Very poor service! Even before I moved in i was sent a water bill for over $600. I should not be responsible for something I have not used. Pulte management was not willing to help. The patio door is of low quality. Tiles are laid unprofessionally. Even the smoke detectors are not in working order. I will not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. My brother was planning to purchase from Pulte, but he changed his mind after my experience.

My experience is not a pleasant snd happily one Pulte hires unprofessionals just to get the job done snd they collect their money from the mortgage people to the closing table a big mess then you have the building supervisor that don’t and over his head to make sure issues are corrected. Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. We have had nothing but issues since the whole process started. First, our original sales person left the neighborhood and was MIA. We ended up with three different construction managers. We had a long list of items to repair, replace, and/or fix and Pulte has dragged their feet at every opportunity. The few items that been address are still not meeting our minimum expectation.

I wish I had something better to say, the mortgage experience was terrible, last minute they switched out our construction manager (he was pretty decent) to a new one that pretty much didn’t care. I still having issues with my grass and irrigation and zero answers… there’s plenty of little cosmetic issues inside the house that need to be addressed.

Please do not use pulte’s PGP for your closing. Get your own. Destiny is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Pulte tried to move our closing a week later because they did not submit the paperwork to the proper county.
