Everyone from the builder to the lender does NOT know what they are doing. They have NO communication with each other nor the client. Very stressful experience. Do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Terrible craftsmanship, communications, zero honesty, responsiveness to issues was average or slightly above. People were pleasant to work with. The value of the home and the price I paid seem to be in two different worlds. I’ve been in my home for 1.5 months now still with items I’m waiting to be finished and finding more and more every day. I would never buy with pulte ever again and am counting down the days until I can get out of this brand new house

1. Mortgage terms not made transparent upfront until last moment. Rate was higher, builder incentive was applied to items that mortgage company should have paid anyway. 2. Pressurized to close with BAD work finish. A big number of issues like broken cabinets, doors, holes in walls. Still waiting for a bunch of items to be fixed, more than a month after closing! 3. Closing company failed to provide documents before closing date and will not allow you time to read documents during signing. Looking for a handy man for what was supposed to be a brand new home! I would never build with pulte again. From rushing to get things done, to even the trades doing terrible jobs just to get it done. The home buying process in supposed to be exciting and fun, and building with pulte was nothing but miserable. Put my down payment in may 2020 closed end of December 2021 on an unfinished home. (If people are coming in your house often, that is not finished, liveable or enjoyable) You Always have to check up on them, and even when you find things wrong they still don’t fix them or if you do find something wrong they will say it is fine it’s supposed to be like ...

Do their homework care about the buyer I closed on a home that was 3/4 finished with promises that it would be taken care of and til today 6 weeks after closing they still are not completed they never return calls and they have poor service I wish I could sell back tomorrow

This home has deplorable plumbing issues

The issues I’ve had with the plumbing has existed since I closed on the home 23 September 2020 and it’s 15 December 2020 and the plumbing is still backing up. My bathroom and shower are inoperable.

The most ridiculous builder ever.

We were told that we should pick Pulte Title to do the closing because being part of the parent company the things go much more smoothly. Lie. Total lie. Our final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing and the keys to the house were not given to us for two full days after the closing. And then when we needed repairs done, we simply did not get any response for weeks, and got service only after we escalated the matters to senior management.

If there is zero star I’ll give zero for almost everything. Courteous and sweet when they want to sell it but no response when you have issues and in less then a month many issues.

Buying a home from Pulte has been a nightmare. Since the loan process in which the mortgage people where very rude and incompetent all the time to the builder with the completion of the home. Not only the list of things to fix before closing was not done by closing date as promised but it’s been more than a month and half since my closing and I am still fighting with them back and forth to get everything fixed and done. Have been many issues and I have given my feedback earlier with details. So do not want to repeat those - but I would not recommend any of my friends to buy from here. I think Pulte quality has deteriorated.

Our Pulte construction PM was great to work with but outside of that there was little positive that came from our build. I would not recommend Pulte and/or Holland Pools

Terrible post closure experience

The following transgressions have happened since moving into my home via the contractor next door: Pulte did nothing to stop theft of Water and Electricity. Came home to workers helping themselves to my water and power. This happened multiple days, had to call police to arrest behavior. Contractors working next door splashed stucco on my Vehicle and the windows of my home. They made a mudhole out of my grass on that side of the house. sloppy workmanship and not responsive

Pulte homes are built so quickly and with the cheapest materials. They sacrifice quality for the sake of completing the home to turnover quickly to satisfy shareholders. I have a full page list of items that need to be repaired, a stained kitchen sink, a broken drawer, paint on tiles, hinges, carpet, dead plants, etc. Scheduled the repairs with warrantee department but they never showed or call. Found out later that AG was on vacation. Suggest looking at every tile, molding, well everything. before closing or buy from another builder.
