We were blessed with a great team from Pulte. Starting from 1) the sales office, super helpful and down-to-earth Jennifer, to 2) the construction manager, Garrett, and his team of builders who put together a well-built house with minimal adjustments and finally to 3) the follow up agent after closing, Samuel, who is attentive with any needs and warrantees. Overall, this was a pleasant experience, just anxious about dealing with the HOA, our first time in Florida.

During the final inspections of the house, be careful not to be touched by Isaac De Pulte in Tohoqua. He is an irresponsible person who promises to fix every detail in your house and does nothing. Be careful, Pulte. He should see these reviews and take action first. He is the customer.

We bought the big house (4360 soft ) in isles of lake Nona( more than $1 million .but after moving in we found lot of issues regarding bathrooms They missed towel rod, shower curtain rods, tissue holder, soap holder in all the bathrooms , lock handle inside one of the bathrooms to lock it inside , master bathroom door won’t close properly

Good experience with the construction supervisor Chris. He addressed the issues in a very short time and was very helpful and cooperative.

Great experience with the Sales Associate, James, throughout the entire sales process. Construction Manager, Darren, provided weekly updates regarding the progress of our house being built. Warranty Rep, Sam, has been very responsive. Experience with the Title Company during closing was a seamless electronic process. Pulte builds a quality home and satisfied with the entire process. However, not satisfied that cabinets and irrigation systems are not covered after closing. Also disappointed for homes that are over $600K you can only have a vinyl fence that looks cheap, become moldy and does not stand up to Hurricane force winds. ... More

It’s a very beautiful and quality house

Attempts to be a high quality builder and put customer concerns first but falls flat on the execution. Their website experience is a mess with multiple redundancies, the finance side of our purchase was a disaster with poor communications that impacted our closing date, and in terms of build quality- it is slightly above average. I am still waiting for warranty claims to be addressed after 3 months. They strive for excellence and have great staff that work hard but it falls flat.

Horrible, horrible,horrible,horrible, my 3rd home builder and it was the worst.. lesson learned will never buy a Pultie home again.

It is very concerning that you are making a big investment, there are not quality controls follow by Pulte to deliver a quality product. There are expectations that the client has to understand the issues, but it is hard to do so when issues are related to a lack of quality control procedures not been followed. When you see all the visible issues, you get really concerned about what it is hidden. There are big issues with the quality of the finishes and the quality of the materials used are questionable.

I am torn with this review. We had a horrible experience with the sales agent, Johanna. The entire process was extremely stressful. She was unprofessional and often times unresponsive. Once the contract was signed, we were lucky to even get a response. We were out of state buyers and came to FL to select our lot and home. Signed the contact and flew back home only to find out 1 month later that the lot we picked did not fit our home. Why did she not look at that prior to us signing??? She then said we had a few days to pick out another lot, but she was going on vacation and we'd have to decide by the time she returned. I wish we could have terminated our contract but we already got the ball moving for our move to FL. Since we couldn't fly back down to FL, we had to rush and blindly pick another lot (which we now HATE and would not have picked had Johanna had her facts straight while we were there). We ended up moving to FL before the house was done and stopped by the office to ask when we had to pick the color of exterior. Guess when we had until? THAT DAY. It's a good thing we stopped by because she never reached out to inform us of that. So again, we rushed to pick the exterior color, which in hindsight, I would not have picked. The garage color is lighter than what I remember. I sent Johanna an email in December to confirm the color. It is now February and she still has not responded. Not shocked. On the flip side, once we were done with her, everything went smoothly. Our construction manager, Johnathan, was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was always responsive. If it weren't for him, I would have given this 0 stars. Long story short - we had to settle on a lot that we are unhappy with and now stuck with. If Johanna is your sales agent, steer clear. Ashley showed as everything of the models, the floor plans and was very patient with out questions. She answered in a timely manner. She helped us with details about the home. Kyle was the building manager. Same high level of attention. Answered questions. Advised us on things. We had 2 inspections, pre and post drywall. Only minor issues were found that were corrected promptly. The design center was lovely and the people there helpful. There was no push to sell to us or rushing us through the process. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

The title proses was very smooth and easy, closingday was accommodated to my work scheduled.

Upon moving in, we had outlets without power. Within one month after moving in, the air conditioner stopped working and needed parts replaced. The online service portal where service requests are made has a slow response time so I just ended up calling customer care to escalate these repairs. The customer care personnel is pleasant and helpful.

From the first contact with the construction company at the sales stand, demonstration of the model home and conditions of sale of the home, we were interested and everything went better than we expected. I am very happy with the purchase of the home and the realization of our dream in the USA.

Pulte is a terrible company!! Buyer Beware!!

It was excited yet worrisome for being first time home buyer. However, the sale rep and the construction manager are following the whole process to be smooth and have perfect results. I would be forever thankful to them as they answered all the questions that we could come up anytime. I would recommend Pulte for great professionalism and care.

We bought 2 houses from Pulte, and we are quite happy, overall process and times were as expected, and overall quality is excellent.

My wife and I have purchased new homes in the past but Sabrína and Andre went above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. A home is never perfect but they would follow through on their commitments. That’s all we can ask for
