Comfortable, quiet, great house, my family and I love it.

Jay was a great salesperson. We wanted a home in the Haven series, but no lots were available for them anymore. We ended up getting the Caden from the Ember series. Andy was okay as a construction manager. He started off strong by emailing us at the beginning of the building process, but then he ceased to email us weekly or biweekly with pictures of the updated construction. Andy then gave us a closing date, but the night before we were to close, we found out that the Certificate of Occupancy was never completed. When we tried to reach Andy, he went on a week-long cruise. Andy never filed for Certificate of Occupancy or checked if it was completed. We were given two closing dates, and each time, the Certificate of Occupancy still wasn't completed. We finally closed on our home on the third closing date. Once we moved on, we then experienced a theft from the construction workers who were still building the house next to us. The construction workers STOLE our garden hose that was connected to our outside faucet. All Everbe/Pulte gave us was a sign that said private residence after we called them about the incident. A few weeks later, our other next-door neighbor had their home broken into. The burglar kicked the door open and went directly to their attic to perhaps grab some items left behind during the construction of their house. How pathetic. So many constructions happening in the neighborhood and the construction workers are committing petty crimes, making us feel unsafe in this new neighborhood at times. ... More

The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. The builder was great, he responded to any questions, requests and concerns I might have had. What I would tell any home buyer is Pulte is a builder you can trust!

Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. Thank you so much for taking care of everything, Rosanne, your support means a lot to us, thank you again!

Leo was our construction manager and he was fantastic during the whole building experience. Adrienne was our sales person and she was also of great help and an amazing resource. The process was really smooth however, there are many things that I wish the builder would really focus on..the small things. Many of the interior walls are not straight and there are areas on the exterior walls that are not smooth and flaws. That being said, when I notice items that need to be corrected, I can always contact the construction manager, and these things will be taken care of.

Communications with the construction manager is utmost important in the whole home purchasing process. Our experience with Tony was horrible. We were told by Tony that the foundation was going to be poured after the New Year holidays 2024. It was poured right after Christmas 2023 without our knowledge and as a result things were missing. This is July 2024 two months after our closing, we are still not able to enjoy our new home because there are still things that need to be fixed.

Construction manager knew what he was doing and attend to issues in an expedited manner. Made the process that much more enjoyable knowing I could rely on that department.

We relocated from Wisconsin; thrilled to move into a brand new home. However, we were hit with a sobering reality that a new home doesn’t mean that the builder put any care into the home. We moved into a home with broken cabinets, literal holes in the flooring, pealing paint, pools of water in the lanai, electrical sockets not properly installed, improperly installed doorbell, mismatched windows, parade of ants, cheap appliances, and a sheer lack of care for the build of this home! We are left heartbroken for selling out beautiful home in Wisconsin for THIS! Would not recommend Pulte!

After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More

I had a great experience with my construction manager assigned for the build of my home. Andre was great to work with during the entire process of the build of my new home.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with Pulte Homes. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Here are the main issues I have encountered: 1. **Lack of Customer Service:** From the beginning, the customer service has been abysmal. The CM and management I dealt with were rude and insensitive to my concerns. They displayed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, making the process even more stressful. 2. **Need for ongoing services Shortly after moving in, we discovered an infestation of pests. We have had the AC and electric out 3 times and are still getting it serviced. It’s unacceptable to move into a new home and have to deal with such problems. 3. **Missed Upgrades in Plans:** The upgrades that were promised in the initial plans were not delivered. This was a significant factor in choosing Pulte Homes, and the failure to provide these upgrades feels like a breach of trust. If we didn’t catch the mistakes, Pulte would have gotten away with it and took the money. 4. **Lack of Response from Management:** Perhaps the most infuriating part has been the complete lack of response from management. Multiple attempts to reach out and resolve these issues have been ignored. It's clear that once they have your money, they no longer care about customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing Pulte Homes. The combination of poor customer service, unfulfilled promises, and unresponsive management has made this an incredibly regrettable decision. Our experience with buying from Pulte has been terrible. Construction manager Colton reassured us that the problems we had prior to closing would’ve been fixed afterwards when in fact, they did not. No communication from him apart from when we needed a new sliding door but instead left a white patch on my wall without paining over due to an error on the constructions team behalf. Our sales representative Monira hardly ever reached out to answer our questions, unless she needed something from me and my husband. You would think we would be treated better and the build quality of a half a million dollar home would be an impeccable experience but it’s not instead I’m sending in pictures to warranty for things to be fixed in my home four MONTHS after closing! ... We have purchased several homes with Pulte and it has always been a great experience, but working with our supers at the Tohoqua community has been Amazing! Shane and Jordan have been on top of things every step of the way and have been great with communicating timelines and processes.

I bought a new brand new house for $800K and in less than 2 weeks of receiving and haven't even moved there and I found a significant water leak in one of the bathroom, haven't the entire wall to be damaged and full of mold, cousin me a big disruption on my plans to move in.

Pros: Construction Manager was excellent; resolved issues in a timely manner. In general, the home was well-built, Cabinets & flooring were well done. Cons: The sod was poorly installed - very uneven, virtually no top soil. Some of the finishing work was shoddy, e.g., caulking, painting were disappointing. Toilet quality poor. Master bath mirror has scratches.

I am an experienced and retired executive with lot f background in real estate. Pulte needs to shape up in its corporate behavior. Currently it stinks. You have collected initial contribution of $2500 for amenities and collecting monthly HoA. what for". You did not have even nerve to inform us the timeline for amenities. You are interested only to make money but not fulfill your promises. It is better for your senior executives to come and meet with us before gets chastised by a judge and make refunds to community. Your nasty corporate behavior needs to be changed. Will be happy to talk to you. ... More
