I absolutely love this floor plan, all the storage space and soooo much room!!! Only very minor change I would suggest for me is the decor choices could be more variety, I prefer upgraded "modern/spa like" styling choices for showers, sinks / bathroom fixtures and towel rods etc.. Seems like they are fairly standard choices and getting a bit dated but I can fix this later. Excellent experience overall, I will enjoy living here!

We had a very pleasant buying experience with Pulte Homes at Boca Flores and we are very very happy with our new home! The sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a spec home from Pulte with many nice upgrades. Consider a spec home here if you need to move in soon.

Pulte builds a great home....the workmanship is top notch and they make sure it is done right. The homes are somewhat pricy, but if you value a home that is built to last, they are the builder for you.

Working with the front office (Peggy) to select and buy was a great experience. Also, dealing with the Construction Manager (Mark) was awesome. The process became much "less" helpful and "less friendly" as we moved in and during the first few weeks of transition

The salesperson, Zorinel was very pleasant and patient from the start. She did a virtual tour of the property even though the actual model was not actually available. She answered questions promptly and fully as much as she could. Even when she was transferred to another location, she made herself available to answer questions and concerns. Overall, a good experience.

The experience was great! The process seemed long but it was well worth it in the end. It felt like forever but on move on day, you will forget about forever. If you are building, just exercise patience during the process and understand that it will happen when it is supposed to happen. Now go ahead and take the risk, because I am telling you, you will not regret it.

Nick-Project Manager - was meticulous and very responsive and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. Nick gets 5 stars on everything. Andrea - Salesperson - was very short and curt in her messages. Always assumed that she was right and rarely admitted fault particularly when she was wrong. She is also very afraid of picking up a phone to address an issue. She is too reliant on texting and never completes reasoning behind a decision. Strickly a minimal word and no assistance in helping the customer to understand her meaning or provide solutions. Just yes or no and after the initial negotiation strictly NO answers. She should not be in sales. Samantha - Sales Manager never returns calls even after multiple attempts. Never responded to letter outlining our concerns. Tony - Customer Service - Very honest and responsive. Great with making sure the job was done right and great with follow-up. Blair - Pulte Mortgage - extremely good about answering all of our concerns and very good about keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Pulte Mortgage has significantly improved since our previous experience buying our Townhome back in 2019. Rosario - Pulte Insurance - very informative and helpful. Made our decision easy. On a final note, we did not buy a 20' Townhome this time around. We purchased a Fox Hollow. Not sure how Pulte confused this, however we are not surprised as the communication between departments is non-existent. Fortunately, we know from previous experience that if you want to get something answered you must go directly to the person heading that area and it appears that no one communicates with other departments. ... Very good experience with the quality of materials, there was significant delays in the finalization but was during covid time

I honestly love pulte as a builder and their home quality. My experience with the sale agent Alex was great until the end when interest rate spiked up on us. So we as normal people would do, decided to shop around for the best rate. There was a back and forward with their lender and the outside lender when it came to the paperwork requirements. We thought it was a simple fix but after speaking to our sale agent, it’s like our back was against the wall trying to use an outside lender. I don’t regret pultes lender. They ended up giving us a credit and lowering the interest rate based on on my most recent credit score. We did not want any issues with the builder penalizing us on closing late fees. I think my sale agent was not too happy about that because he would mention he would look into something for us from his higher ups than never followed up if they could do something for us. His gift to us was Divosta bag with mini tools in it. I remember him taking a past customer a nice gift bag. My suggestion is if you’re going to use an outside lender, shop around early although, closing date may get pushed back several time on the builder end. Lack of material made it difficult closing on time. Right when we were going to sign our contract, they removed the refrigerator and washer/dryer out the sale price. It was a regret at the end for us because 2000 credit they gave us did not add up to the 6k we ended up spending on those appliances itself. The sale price was kind of high of course living in SFl and the current market. When we signed our contract, the bidding process was over for pulte. The structural we added were things we know we weren’t going to be able to do to the home later on. There are many designs that are considered an upgrade, there wasn’t any incentive at the time. If I could go back, I wouldn’t have added a corner lot since backyard is wide opened facing the street and HOA only allow bronze aluminum fence or privacy hedges. That’s something to think about if you’re big on privacy. Overall, the upgraded materials are great. The thermostat and bathroom basic are a little cheap to me. I love my built in kitchen and the appliance that came with it. There were small correction needed during the walk through. The construction manager was responsive and handled it as promised. The 4 star is the turn around time on closing turned out to be 6–8 months to 1 year and 1 month. I still recommend pulte to friends looking for new construction. ... More

Sales/builder teams were very responsive, helpful, informative and took pride in their work. All Pulte team members we engaged with were enjoyable to to work with.

From start to finish my wife and I were provided great service and we love our new home. Pulte offers great quality at an affordable price. I've been told buying a home can be very stressful, but Pulte ensured our experience was stress free.

Anderson has been very responsive to my needs as a homeowner. He has been very prompt and is constantly in communication with me about work that needs to be done to my new home. I do wish that my paint kit would show up but that is beyond his control. My field manager Victor still owes me a window since the original one that was installed is scratched that issue is coming up on two months without a resolution.

The house is nice however we encountered a lot of problems throughout the process. The completion of the house took a lot longer than we expected and when we did the pre drywall walkthrough we were told that the house will be ready in 3 to 4 months after that. It took a little over 5 months! First we had problems with the sewage pipe that was installed too close to the sidewalk. They had to remove part of the sidewalk and the driveway to fix it . The driveway is still not leveled with the sidewalk after reinstalling it. Inside we still have tiles at the first floor that are not properly installed and nails sticking out of the carpet upstairs. The shower tiles in the main bathroom needs some caulking. The back door doesn’t close properly. After the issue with the sewer we didn’t pass the landscaping inspection because the plants were not the right size. That delayed the closing process. After we moved in we didn’t have internet for 3 weeks. AT&T didn’t install the cables properly so after numerous calls to them , to the Association mama , to Pulte …….. Dina they sent someone and fixed it. It took more than 3 weeks and it was a huge problem as we needed internet for business for school and for every day needs. So pretty much was a hurdle after another. The mortgage team was fantastic and very helpful and the closing process was quick and easy and great but the actual building and getting the house ready was very stressful. We waited so long and we were assured that the wait is for our benefit because we will get a house completed at the standards you pride yourself to provide . I must say the sales folks at the office were great. They walked me through the process great. However, during construction phase it became a crap show. They changed construction manager 3 times which significantly delayed projected closing time. I had to spend almost 6 months at an AirB&B because of it. no concessions, no apologies just business as usual. The material used for electrical and lighting were basic at best. You can tell they were trying to cut as many corners as they could get away with. For the money i've paid, surely deserved a better product.

Make sure all open items are completed before closing. My home closing was 8/31/22 and closet doors were not painted. Closet doors were taken out to be painted and still have not been returned. Bigger issue, AT&T can not hookup my Internet because of missing underground cable feeding my house. AT&T blames builder and builder blames AT&T. In any case it's been 37 days and still no internet service due to missing cable. This is unacceptable, and there is no other service provider available.

Overall, I am pleased with the process.

The sales representative for Pulte was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the building process. After closing ~ as with most new homes ~ there are issues that need to be addressed. Most vendors address these issues in a reasonable amount of time.
