I’ve been in the home for almost two months and each day I find more and more examples of poor workmanship or lack of attention to detail. So far, work requests covered by warranty are being addressed quickly

Quality of home was great. All people involved with our purchase did a great job except for title dept which did not return my calls when i had questions.

Our only complaint in the process was dealing with Pulte mortgage. Tifani the person who collected all of our financial info seemed to drop the ball often. It was the most stressful experience! The day before our closing she told us we needed a piece of information or we couldn’t close! Her words were “you have a yellow light right now”. In the meantime our realtor checked into it and we were already cleared to close. We felt like we were always scrambling to get one more piece of information!

I purchased a quick move in in May 2025 so no real interaction with the building process except the final inspection and that piece went fine with Yohan as the Construction Manager. The sales process was stressful with deadlines that didn't seem to matter & missed communication, and the words "trust me" used. Viewing the quick move in homes was easy. I used Pulte Mortgage and Pulte title which got complicated at times due to unclear terminology and changing disclosure (loan) line items in each phase. Viewed house physically several times before purchasing with a virtual closing.lots of on line paperwork. No real walk thru until after closing, several issues needed to be addressed that were shown to agent before closing not addressed until we were present.

Thought Pulte was a better builder. My opinion…. Texture walls are terrible…. No linen closet in my model…..only the most expensive package comes with a cabinet over the refrigerator….,landscaping is atrocious.

I recently purchased a new Pulte home at the Northbridge Community at Babcock Ranch. I have been here for 5 weeks and am very happy. The whole process from the purchase to the move in and the follow up has been excellent. I have dealt with responsive and professional people including Jim L and Alex C. I have no complaints or any reservations in recommending my community and the Pulte representatives I have dealt with.

Acquired a Mystique Plan home and have enjoyed the Pulte representatives. Unfortunately there have been numerous issues requiring inspections and plans to resolve. It appears that Pulte holds contractors to uphold the appropriate standards. All part of the new construction process, but the extent of problems should be less via Pulte’s final inspection.

From purchase to close we had a personal bumpy road with hospitalizations and other health issues. Our team Tim and Andrew made sure through it all that we were kept in the loop and constantly updated with biweekly pictures and videos of the progression. Pulte should be proud knowing that they are on there team. We cannot say enough about them.

All in all the experience was good. This is a second, eventual retirement snowbird home. The communication was ok but I did not push. Closed in June and will not return to the home until this winter. Can’t speak on workmanship because we have yet to spend a day there. Construction managers were very knowledgeable, sales rep was great
