Sales rep and construction managers were great with communication. Finance in CO not so much (multiple handoffs, missed call, unanswered questions but no show stoppers). After closing customer care could be more responsive and and verify unconfirmed appointments. Overall very happy with process and product.

We happened to start the building process at one of the craziest times in recent history. With a supply shortage, labor shortage, a Category 4 Hurricane, and skyrocketing interest rates, the Pulte team managed to keep as much on schedule and to their quality standards as they could possibly control. This builder has earned my respect. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new home.

Overall we’re happy with our home. The process ended up taking 4 months longer than they told us it would when we signed the contract but it was during the Covid supply chain period so I’m guessing most of it was out of their control. They were good about providing updates along the way and being responsive. When it came time to close, as with most new builds I think, there were quite a few things that weren’t up to par. We made the mistake of closing anyway instead of forcing them to fix them first and now we’re 6 weeks into being here and most things still haven’t been fixed. Our AC didn’t work for the first week we lived here (and we have an infant and live in Florida). The master shower doors didn’t line up or have a seal at the bottom so water just flowed onto the floor. Some cabinets in our upgraded kitchen still had raw, unfinished edges. One cabinet had a hole in the front where a screw had gone too far. A lot of stuff like that. And then there were 25 other minor things on top of that. The process of purchasing a Pulte home was fairly easy. The process outlined in the Pulte videos was not followed at all. The walk final through went great, but the amount of re-work required is unacceptable. Pulte needs to do it right the first time.

Blake and David were in charge of our project. They were wonderful!! Honest, professional, and communicated very well. We always knew the status of our home building project. They both went above and beyond in building and finishing our home. Both Blake and David spoke highly of Pulte and what a great company it is! That speaks volumes about Pulte when you have workers who are championing the company!

We have been very pleased with our new Pulte home! Fabio was excellent and keeping us updated along the way and what next steps to expect. We are two months and now I am still loving everything about our new house. The quality of work exceeds our expectations! We were also happy with how the service was from Dan and helping us with our 30 day walk-through to fix any minor issues

We had a very good experience working with sales, construction management and home care representatives. They were all very professional and responsive during the build process and managing the limited number of post closing issues. The quality of workmanship & materials were pretty good given the dynamics of the local housing market supply/demand, supply chain issues and labor availability.

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. Overall im realy pleased with the quality of home. To me the hip roof over concrete construction feels like the rock of gabralter floors ,doors showers everthing seems solid n smooth. All mechanical stuff functions well . I still believe the large price increase from January 2021 up to November 2021 was out of line almost 80k . Swimming pool is beautiful n solid follow up from pool company terrible . Babcock ranch is amazing place done by engineers n good people. The tiny bike path road in front of my house is absolutely silly n was givin little thought considering the great engineers around here. It should be widened by 5 ft on the away from houses side especially for any potential emergency vehicles trying to get to patient . Fabio our field manager was excellent. House could have been cleaned up inside and in garage prior to move in. House number fell off and I had to glue back on

Home is nice and clean

Our warranty manager Dan D was exceptional. His concern that we were satisfied in resolving any issues was beyond our expectations!

We had an unusual experience with hurricane Ian coming to our area about a month before our close. We were slightly delayed because of this but the house stood up well and overall we are pleased with the process.

I'm not sure what the expectations are for the sales people, but they were extremely slow or non-existent replying to queries while my house was being constructed. They were friendly, but not the best at communication. Eventually I was assigned a finish construction manager who was phenomenal. He should be the poster child for all Pulte interaction. During the process, your loan department was also very responsive and easy to work with . I have a friend who was trying to win my business, but he fell short. Pulte Mortgage just made it too simple and cost effective. The same can be said for my homeowners insurance. Finally, my post construction manager has also been great at following through. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and desire to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. Overall, I'd recommend Pulte to anyone. good communication...very knowledgeable....and Professional

Pulte used cheap broken or bended wood (worse than the piece from trash can), and use bended metals all over the house (I have a lot of pictures), the distances between wood and metal frames are so far away, the house at most can last for only 10 years and the kitchen cabinets may fall off any day because there were very a few supporting wood and a few small nails put on. I could not lean on some walls because it moves, when I walk on the upstairs the items on the table are shaking. Pulte set closing date without complete the installation, without any mirror installed, missing shelf and drawer. Pulte did not install items as showing in catalog during option selection, so the upgraded cabinets has already cracking and fall off in 3 weeks. The warrantee service was so bad. They never returned the phone call. Whenever owner report a issue, the warrantee representative do not even look into the issue but block you right by saying "misuse by owner so Pulte will not cover it". Pulte installed shower door with chips and I notified Pulte within 2 weeks. Pulte would not replace it or compensate and only sanded and smoothed it. The cabinets under vanity was damaged by water. It was soaked and a lot of bubbles appeared. But Pulte did not want to replace it and they only covered with vinyl film without paying compensate. The warrantee service said it is owner's fault and Pulte was doing my favor. Only a few days, every toilet, vanity, kitchen sink were plugged. A fire alarm outlet was right on the highest point above stairs. If owner need to change the battery, owner need to hire a professional to use 25 feet tall ladder with a great danger. The warranty person said everything was tested and worked perfectly before closing. I think they were telling a big fat whopper to fool me. At mean while, the 3 of the 3-way switches were not connected; the stoves, and two stove burners were not connected; the all covers of the burner had caps causing red flames; the dishwasher water inlet was not connected; all the hot water inlets were not connected for showers, in laundry room, in kitchen and for all vanities. Being kind to Pulte, I agreed to let them closing with missing mirrors and missing parts in refrigerator. However, I am available any time also I give the construction manager the garage door opener to enter from garage. However, Pulte did not call me to notified me and broke-in my house from sliding door. Then they left the door open and all the parts for the lock fall on the floor. The construction manager David Strongin is the rudest person. David yelled at me repeatedly saying "we can only fill in the hole with caulking, but we are not going to replace it". He tried to bully me because I am a single, minority, elder woman. The side panel is for hold the weight not for the look (microwave will cover it), so I argued with him about that, then he rudely lift his arm and point to the door and saying "get out! Otherwise I'll call the police". He yelled at me whole time when he talked to me. He acted that he had power over me and he was the king. It's obviously an attitude of discrimination toward me over gender, age and race. I can't tolerate the way he treated me. I haven't met anyone treat me like this since I came to the U.S. over 20 years ago. It makes me angry and I have to complain this to Pulte. Pulte should have trained their employee to obey the law and not act like this. During the hurricane, the shingls on my roof fell off in the hug of amount. This didn't happen on my neighbor's house or some only have very few piece. I called Pulte and reported incident, but no one answered my calls. I have to repair it by myself. I used to bring friends to buy Pulte homes (two of my friends have bought and one of them was totally disappointed with the quality after closing). everyone from start to finish was very professional and great to deal with.

Overall nice constructions although a little shoddy on some things (crown molding, paint, pavers, etc.) also, some of materials used are of the lowest quality (switches, outlet plugs, bath fixtures). Warranty department is also slow to respond and requires multiple phone calls/ emails to get a response (if they respond at all).

We struggled with turning on some essential utilities such as Internet, Gas, problem with dish washer. We still have major issues with sprinkler system leaks that wasted thousand of gallons of water, a front window does not shut, no hot water to our laundry machine. It is difficult to contact Pulte home warranty team. However, the house itself is pretty solid against IAn storm, just 2 of our roof ridges were blown and a few minor items outside the house.
