Overall a pleasurable experience.

We do realize that this is a difficult time for builders and staff considering the supply chain issues; however communication, timelines and follow-through has been an issue.

The lot is beautiful and the choices of models were terrific. Low pressure sales Nd a great experiencee. Pulte makes the entire buying experience easy.

Great design lots of options.

We have been very disappointed in the final workmanship in our home. We have November 1 scheduled for the fixes so we shall see. Additionally, we do not have the right appliances in dryer, refrigerator and others. Our order was cancelled when I called last week. Also I would have purchased more items if it had been clear they were structural but was told it was design meeting. So Pulte could have made even more money.

First, I want to say that Tyler, the sales person we worked with at Pulte, is amazing! He represents Pulte very well and should be commended for all of the work he does. Even though he works for Pulte, he also does right by the home buyer, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful from the minute we met him and was always willing to answer our questions, send us pictures and help mitigate any concerns we had throughout the build. I also want to say that the mortage process was very easy and working with the Pulte Mortgage Team made things work seamlessly. As far as the workmanship, there have been several issues that could have been completely avoided had there been better oversight during the build. Because of the pandemic, there have been challenges with delays in materials and a shortage of skilled workers, which I completely understand, but there was very little supervision of the various tradesmen throughout the build. From initially putting the wrong trusses on the house to realizing that most of our impact glass windows have scratches in them but only after they were installed, led to an initial unnecessary delay and items having to be repaired after closing through the warranty department. With regards to Pulte’s warranty department, Matt, who we have been working with, has been amazing and has been making sure that all of the items needing repaired have either already been done or are currently scheduled to be completed and we only closed a month and a half ago. I do want to say that if we had to choose again to build with Pulte or another builder, I still would choose Pulte. We know that building a new home during a pandemic has come with many challenges for all builders and Pulte is no exception. Sales and Mortgage Teams were the most helpful, and without them I would have rated 1 star or less. My home was not even complete by closing date, that was over a month ago and I still don't even have my refrigerator. Too much to list, but wouldn't do this again.

dealing with Pulte Mortage was a PAINFUL experience... would NEVER go through that again. We are extremely disappointed with quality of finish work... drywall and paint work shows little focus to delivering a quality product. Looks very rushed.

Overall I’m pleased with the new home but certain things should have been done prior to closing. Certain paint did not match in some spots. Still waiting on the stainless steel refrigerator and it’s been almost 2 months.

The joy of moving into our brand new "dream home" was short lived as we walked in to find pieces of insulation on the cooktop, dirty sinks and tub, dirty cabinets and windows. There was paint everywhere...on virtually every floor, outlet covers, towel bars, light sconces, etc. Caulking left a lot to be desired as well. Several doors rattle when closed and 1 door misses the strike plate entirely. The master bathroom plumbing backed up within the 1st couple of days (there was a spray paint cap in the drain line somewhere between the master bath and the clean-out). There were other issues as well such as gaps in molding and blue tape still stuck to issues that were never taken care of. Certainly, not a good first impression. Our punch list is over 170 items and still growing. Hopefully, all of the items will be taken care of and one day our "dream home" will truly be move-in ready. ... More

I give Pulte 4 stars out of 5. I would say we have a good house and it was a good experience, but we weren't blown away. Pulte is a big corporation, so they are efficient but not relational. Plan to stick to the details of the contract. It may be a matter of managing expectations.

We loved how well the Construction Manager Blake Barnes and Salesperson Yvonne Yocum kept us in the loop and were responsive to questions. Both were amazing!

Zane made the whole experience a great one so did the title company. He was always responsive to texts and willing to help. However, I was delivered a house with some issues, which I believe is unacceptable. When I reached out to Pulte, they had people over within 2 weeks to take care of the issues.

Need to have more attention to detail.

Building the house was a nice and straight forward process. Really responsive to any concerns and fixes right away

We had a great experience building with Pulte! We built while out of state, and everyone we interacted with at Pulte made this experience as stress free as possible. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable about all aspects of building. We highly recommend building with Pulte as the process is stress free and the quality is excellent!

I expected building a new home to be very complicated and frustrating. Pulte, however, walked us through everything so easily! Even though we were out of state, I always felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns I had. I love the quality of my new home and haven’t had any problems bigger than minor, easy to fix, flaws. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone I talk to about my experience.

Pulte provided great service and willingness to communicate with the Buyer on a regular basis during construction of the new home. Pulte PGP Title also provided great service.

Buying a Pulte home was a great experience on all levels, starting from the sell representative, the model homes and so on, We're not from Florida, some of the transactions had to be done from a distance and everyone on the Pulte team made it easy for us to feel reassured about the whole process! We are very pleased and are looking forward to stepping into our new home, hopefully this will happen soon, depending on the Canadian/US boarder rules.

We love our Pulte home!

Our new house is our "forever" home in Babcock Ranch, FL, and we wanted it to be as perfect as possible. The finishing work on the house is sub-par. The interior paint is sub-par - dirt in the finished paint. The "skip coat" finish just doesn't look good. There is grout all over the new tile floor (even after they had someone come in 2 or 3 times to clean it). The windows are off square, making it difficult to hang blinds. Also, the day we officially closed on the house and expected to spend our first night in our house we found that the sewage line had never been hooked up to the street. This left us feeling very distraught, angry, and depressed that we couldn't spend our first night in our new house. It was "inhabitable" with no toilet or water usage. Someone dropped the ball and didn't follow through with these final steps. ... More
