From what we have experienced to date, we are pleased with the quality of construction and responsiveness to our concerns. Our sales representative, Vanessa, and construction manager, Jesse, have been especially helpful.

Marianne (sales rep), Malcolm (project mgr), Andrew (Customer service mgr) are outstanding and have been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, their workload is increased by the lack of responsiveness of the Pulse suppliers. I closed two months ago and I don't have the washer and dryer that I ordered. The workmanship from the cabinet supplier install team was surprisingly poor. Several structural issues were ignored. The painting crew was sloppy. I have permanent non-removable paint marks on my tile floor, and some damage from using paint remover on the floor tiles. The door jambs have irregular cutouts which prevents the doors from closing properly and staying closed. The pool and spa were permanently stained from construction debris and yet the pool contractor filled it with water and expected us to accept it in that condition. The lack of regard for the property during construction by the subcontractors seems to be the source of most of the issues on my punch list. Both bath tubs had to be resurfaced because the crews threw the protective liners into the swimming pool and used the tubs as trash receptacles. A large crow was trapped in the pool cage over a weekend because workers left the doors open. The crow put holes in the cage screens. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated partners in all this (specifically, Marianne, Malcolm, and Andrew). They work very hard to get issues resolved. They are amazingly customer focused. They remain positive and pleasant when presented with issues. I work full time and having to deal with a long punch list takes a significant amount of my time as well as the Pulte team. Maquire and Daniel did a great job with orientation via video call. They were both very professional and considerate about other’s problems. Maquire also went above and beyond. The day we moved in was the day of Hurricane Ian. She bought water and batteries for us. She made sure that we we’re safe. She’s is an angel. Daniel came by and checked on us and made sure everything is okay at home as well.

It took 18 months to build our home. Encountered a lot of issues with supplier delays and worker shortages. Overall, the project manager did a good job considering he is responsible for the construction of 40 homes.

Overall, we are very happy with our newly built home. Appreciating the challenges that have impacted the economy with labor shortages and supply chain issues, our home buying/building experience was a positive one. Working with our field manager and sales rep we felt like we were kept well informed with the progress and timing throughout the process. Happy to be new Florida residents!

Our home is beautiful and just the way we expected to look. Like anything else, when the dust settled we found things we didn’t like. That being said, they were pretty responsive with regards to repairs.

The build experience was amazing! My project manager was absolutely the best! Very responsive and caring to all our needs. The only issues we had were with the underwriting of the mortgage. They consistently wanted reports and information that was redundant and not necessary for the approval of the mortgage. After the initial approval, they wanted the same reports and statements over and over again for 6 months. This became very tiresome and certainly didn't help my impression of Pulte mortgage. Other than the underwriting process, it was a very good experience.

The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time.

Trevesta is a friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

Overall good experience and a well crafted home, however, the follow up on the inevitable punch list is frustrating and diminishes the joy of new home ownership.

We recently completed the process of building our new home with Pulte, and overall, the experience was quite positive, though not without its hiccups. Having previously built a home with Meritage Homes, we noticed a discernible improvement in craftsmanship with Pulte, which was a pleasant surprise. The responsiveness and service provided by our agent at the model house were highlights of our experience. They handled our requests and questions with remarkable speed and professionalism, which made a significant difference in the process. However, not everything was smooth. We encountered some issues as our construction manager quit unexpectedly, and disappointingly, Pulte did not inform us of this change in a timely manner. Moreover, there were a few items that we felt should have been addressed prior to closing but were overlooked. In conclusion, while the process of building a home is inherently filled with challenges, Pulte managed to deliver a quality home with superior craftsmanship compared to our previous experience. Tom, our construction contact during the last days of construction and after closing, was so friendly. He also was very helpful and wanted to resolve our issues. At one point I called the Pulte office to request his email so I could request help with an unlevel refrigerator. He was at our door before I could compose the email. Closing on and occupying a newly built home is sometimes confusing and nerve-wracking, but Pulte, and Tom in particular, really took the stress level down. I have to say they made the process very comfortable and easy.

The Project Manager was great, so was the sales person and the HOA.

I want to say that everyone we dealt with at Pulte during this process was polite, professional and truly wanted to do the best job they could. The final product is everything we had hoped for and more and our punch list is a few simply cosmetic issues. No serious problems or malfunctions of any kind. Malcom did a great job and his follow up was excellent.

Overall good experience. The trades people used were not the best. Many issues, lots of details in quality of work. It’s like too big of a hurry to just get it done so some of the work suffered.

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Also, the paint selection was quite limited; it should be broadened to accommodate a wider selection of color hues. ... More

Great place to call home in a Pulte built house.

The construction process was smooth. The house is well-built but the finishes are very poorly made (i.e., cheap), despite their high cost.

The 2 things were touching up the baseboards & leveling the pavers on our patio as promised in our initial walk through. Baseboards are still not done & the supervisor of the pavers looked @ the patio & stated it was so everything had to be re-done. They came out removed all the pavers then replaced them back the exact same way. A J at this time has told the work is acceptable even though it just as bad as it was to start with....not with Pulte Homes

Still having issues needing follow up. However, overall experiences where fair. Exp. Rusty on refrigerator door, two different vanity doors, window screen not sized properly, etc.
