Teresa was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. Mike was an outstanding construction manager and quickly addressed our needs to ensure the house was ready and up to our standard. Closing was fast and easy

Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Starting with the sales team, then the construction team, closing team, and warranty team team, it has been a very simple and well-run process

Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

Buying process was straight forward and easy. Wife and I love the home with no issues. Very responsive warranty team. Would recommend Pulte to other homebuyers.

For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.

From start to finish, and even after closing, the experience has been great. The people involved have been professional and have minimized the stress. I would recommend Pulte to anyone in the market for a new home, and in the future I could see us buying another Pulte home.

This is my second pulte home. The first one was half the price of this one and didn't have as many problems as this one has. For half a million dollars we have a list of issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed or resolved by our construction manager. A lot of little details that were overlooked and it's very frustrating when you spend this kind of money on a house.

Our experience with Pulte Homes was great. The house is made of quality materials and finishes, they keep on track on building, most issues were responded and act upon. Also, a shoutout to my PM Will.

Overall our experience was great from contract to close. There are a few minor workmanship issues with trim, doors and paint. Paint on light fixtures in bathroom even though it was on our punch list. We are still very happy with our purchase and feel it is well built and great value!

I had a great experience in the buying process with Pulte. They were responsive and great in explaining and guiding me in every step of the process.

My initial experience with my sales person and construction manager were exceptional. But after I closed on my home, my experience has not been what I’ve come to expect from pulte. The customer care department does not follow-up on my service request. The exterior of my home still has not been completed. It is now March and I closed mid January. I paid for exterior wiring on my home that has not been completed. The weather stripping on multiple doors has not been been repaired either. This has truly been an unfortunate experience and I’m really disappointed with the entire process. Pulte has incredible sales personnel and construction managers. Excellent experience! The buying process was super smooth, and Jessica provided a lot of useful information for us to settle in our new home. She helped immensely with the mortgage application process. Pulte kept their promise to complete the home in time. Very responsive team, Josh arrived right away when I opened request to look at my dishwasher. Alex conducted a very thorough pre-closing process and helped out with all clarifications we needed. All other Pulte team members involved were very respectful, professional and responsive.

I appreciate the process of buying and building with Pulte. From beginning to end Nicolas (my sales rep) and Alex (my field rep) were awesome to work with. They explained the steps and walk beside me as I endure the long and tedious process of becoming a homeowner. Pulte is and was amazing!

I'm very happy with my new home. Of course, you'll find some issues with any new home built from scratch, however, Pulte Team has been conscious of them and willing to help and fix all details that could arise. Jeff has been very diligent and kind to speed up the solutions

We love our new home. The construction manager was the best part of the process. There were quite a few hiccups over the months, during the build, prior to closing, supply issues etc. but it’s done and we’re so glad to be here. When we put warranty claims in for things that need to be touched up or minor repairs that we noticed within a week or two of moving into our brand new home they respond pretty quickly. It’s a beautiful home. The HOA fees are extraordinarily high for a neighborhood with zero amenities other than them paying for water sewer and trash and taking care of the landscaping. The H away fees definitely do not match what you get for what you’re paying but we hope those will go down in the future, though that’s unlikely. We have also been here for a month and the post office will not deliver to us because they think it is an active construction zone and Pulte said they were aware of the issue but we have heard zero communication of that or how we are going to get that fixed. It is very difficult having all of our packages in the mail turned away because the post office won’t deliver here while they are building in the neighborhood. I wish Pulte was a little bit more responsive or would communicate better with what they’re working on. And I wish the person That manages the HOA could guide us better. When we have questions we never know who to ask. If you call any 1-800 Pulte phone number you find online it just takes you to warranty department. But who do we talk to for updates about the mail situation in the neighborhood? No one knows who is fixing it or if anyone actually is. Overall, we definitely recommend Pulte and we look forward to many years here and cant wait for the hiccups of buying the first home in a new neighborhood that is still being constructed in to be behind us.
