The house is beautiful and we are super happy with the workmanship and price of the house.

Having been in construction all my life I have seen good craftsmanship and mediocre craftsmanship. Pulte has really good craftsmanship for this level of home. Well built, priced just right and personnel that really cares about the customer and the product they deliver. We are extremely satisfied and we recommend Pulte to everyone we talk to. Special thanks to Brian Hower for delivering a home that was stress free and making us feel like we were his only customer during the whole process.

We purchased a new Villa and feel it was a great decision for us. We owned our own home for 31 years and the Villa is the perfect option for us. The rooms are spacious and the materials such as quartz countertops, wood cabinets and other building materials are great quality for the price. Pulte offers many options to customize the Villa. We are excited that the best benefit for us is that all outside maintenance is included in the HOA fee. We are actually paying less for our HOA fee than we paid in exterior home maintenance for our single family home. Our Villa neighborhood owners consist of various age groups. This house is the 3rd house my wife and I built in the past 14 years and this has been by far the easiest, best experience out of all. Our CM was super responsive. He and I spoke almost every day during which time he kept me informed of the timeline, the process and answered all our questions. I visited the job site every day, sometimes twice and many times I would see our CM (Branden) in the area and stop and speak with him. He was always available and willing to talk for a bit and answer our questions and concerns. We trusted him and Pulte with our home build and we are more than happy with the outcome. Pulte constructs nice homes.

The builder was very helpful during the process, and is still always available to answer any questions I have! Also the response time on the service request was very quick, and an appointment has been set to get a few things straightened out.

It was a pleasure dealing with Pulte. It was a one stop shop. They provided me with mortgage, insurance and title. I didn't have to go crazy looking for everything. The home is beautiful and whatever issues I had after closing they are very quick to correct.

Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Starting with the sales team, then the construction team, closing team, and warranty team team, it has been a very simple and well-run process

Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

Buying process was straight forward and easy. Wife and I love the home with no issues. Very responsive warranty team. Would recommend Pulte to other homebuyers.

For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.
