Didn’t not have a good experience with pulte mortgage, sales, design center, or the builder. We ended up using our own mortgage company because there were so many issues with pulte mortgage. We had a few didn’t issues during the building process. Once the home was completed it turn out very nice but only because we stay on the builder throughout the process. If had not been for the area and the community we probably would have cancelled our contract early in the process.

Poor quality construction . Not worth for money . Materials used are very bad . Design and architecture issues .

It has definitely not been a stress free move process. A lot of rescheduling because of not receiving communication in time that walk-throughs cannot be met as things are not finished, or having to reschedule the closing multiple times. In the end we could not move the closing any further due to move out constraints, but the house was not fully ready yet 3 weeks after promised delivery when they were just one month out of closing. If they had focused on our house I'm sure they would have been able to, but it seems they were short staffed and had multiple closings around getting delayed, so sometimes nobody was working on it as it was just in the queue. A bit disappointed on the quality of the finishes in the house, we highlighted multiple times various areas to be addressed, but they never did. You get to the point that you give up asking and just see if you can do something yourself instead. Some examples are: paint on the hardwood floors, stain on the stairs are not done very well in certain spots or there are stain drips on hard wood. The whole house was dirty as well. It just doesn't show as a good quality finish. After moving in, I opened various tickets to address some immediate concerns. After not hearing for a while, a new warranty manager was appointed - Demetri. Demetri took immediate action and was great to work with. Based on his supervision my tickets got addressed with quick turnaround. In the end things look a bit better, but overall I would still not say it's high quality work that I would have expected based on the price I paid. Wonderful experience except for your sales office where the experience was otherwise.

The builder is responsive. However, he does not follow through with his promises. We always had to remind him to take care of small issues. The craftmanship is very bad. It is a $550,000 home but feels like a $200K home. I would not recommend anyone to buy any home from Pulte. Huge regret.

There were a lot of issues with the new townhouse that we recently purchased from Pulte. There is a lot of unfinished work. When we report an issue in the construction, there is no response. The painting on the wall and windows are shabby. A deadbolt lock is forgotten to be installed, and another one can't be used as the latch and the hole are not aligned. And many more. When we report the issues on the Pulte website, no response. We bought this townhouse for location. In the future, recommend staying away from Pulte.

Our building manager was awesome. He addressed concerns in a timely manner.

Pulte construction and craftsmanship was good. Smooth move-in experience. But they could be better in choosing appliances. Dint get the same feel of trust with their appliances.

This is my 5th new property that I buy and the have really bad quality I didn’t like the quality of the townhome in general and they give me the townhome with a lot incomplete areas and poor warranty service

Good Side - Dealing with the Production Manager was excellent. He was one of the best crew members I dealt with. He was very co-operative in every stage of the work. Bade Side - My 3 star rating is mainly due to to incomplete work that Pulte has done in my house. At closing the master bed shower glass was not installed and Pulte committed me with a date of 07/08. However further to that there is no follow-up being done nor any updates are shared with me. I had multiple calls with the Prod Manager but he does not seem to have any update from Atlanta Glass Door company. But at the same time I also see the glass door getting fitted in other houses which were closed along with me as well as few which are not yet closed or closed after mine. It is more than a month now after closing and my shower glass door is not yet installed. I had few complaints and issues for certain things not working properly in the house for which I had to reach out the service warranty department. I raised service requests with them for couple of issue but had no luck to get the problem fixed. It is been more that 2 weeks, I haven't got any update on that. ... More

I told him there was a defect at home, They didn't improve quickly, therefore the problem got bigger, They don't respond quickly. I started to regret buying this house.

The Pulte agent Rachael is always been helpful and very prompt on responding. The price is what you expected for the housing market around the area. Quality and workmanship is not what I expected for the value I paid for the house. There are still items on quality issues that still unaddress after moving here more than a month.

The home buying experience was great. The quality is ok. Not the best but not bad either. In fact I am ok with all of the build. But when it comes to the responsiveness to the issue, yeah they don't respond very well. Specifically they try to push the issue to others. The whirlpool range that came with the home is tripping 5 to 8 times every day and they told the problem is with the appliance. When the repair guy checks the appliance he says the appliance is not installed correctly. Pulte still tries to push the issue to whirlpool. So pulte is not able to find me a fix till today. I have been following with both whirlpool and pulte and its been tiring. It's been a month now and it's still not fixed. So there are other cosmetic issues, which are negligent, we could deal with them slowly. But this kitchen range issue is a big NO NO. So yeah I'm not sure how others in the community feel about the build, but after this I feel like a let down for the price we paid. ... More

This process started out well, weekly calls with the builder as the house was being prepared. They were very open and up front about issues they were facing, and the sales and financing process went very smoothly. (We used Pulte Mortgage) The issues started around close and in hind-site, we should have spent a few extra weeks in the hotel and let them actually complete the home. At the time of close, there were several outstanding items, from a loaner dishwasher to swaths of the house unpainted. The hood in the kitchen did not have a shroud(ie. its just exposted insulation and pipe), the attic door does not shut properly, and the grate on the back patio leans towards the house so water collects on the home. Still, we were happy to call it home as it's in a great neighborhood and we picked all the interior items ourselves. With the promise of having these addressed, we closed. Fast forward 3 months, and the vast majority of the items have not been corrected. In addition, we have seen massive erosion in our back yard creating a 2-3' canyon leading from the neighbor's yard(unbuilt) which floods into ours. We still have a silt fence up, which prohibits the new fence we want, but even that is now essentially broken with more than a foot of silt piled up on the opposite side and holes where the mudd flows into my yard. We also had a plumming defect where the sewage exhaust was glued shut and no cap was placed on it, leaving all the toilets on the first floor to back up anytime any water was used on the first floor. This issue was promptly fixed, so we are appreciative of that. The top it all off, something was shot from the unfinished house next door which penetrated the exterior wall and 2 interior walls mid-day. Again, to Pulte's credit, Jason did say he would fix this, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The real problem is the lack of contact and committment from the crew here. I have reached out dozens, if not more times and asked for status updates. I get nothing. When I do get something, its often without value. One time I got the comment "we didnt know you needed a dishwasher", so I sent a picture of a whirlpool which does not come with the kitchenaid appliances. At the end of the day, I still didnt want to write a negative review as Jason did attempt to create a schedule, and they did attempt repair on the patio as well as a few other items. I also know they are dealing with labor issues but with the items breaking and/or incomplete, and the complete lack of communication over the past month, I have become frustrated to the point where I am fearing legal action may be required. My word of advice to people buying from Pulte in this sub-division is to not close under any circumstances until your home is 100% complete, and when you do close, do not expect much in terms of communication or response if something does go wrong. ... They missed the inbuilt pest control pipeline for my home. Even though they knew it before they did not inform me at all. Missed removing the test caps which ended up water outflow from my lawn and washer-dryer area. No proper installations, everything was made in hurry.

The home buying experience was good. The design center experience was great. Once construction of the home started, communication was sketchy. We had four different project managers (PM) and I believe the communication between each PM during the transition from one to other was lacking. The quality of the workmanship could be better for the price of the home.

As a result of the remarkable experience and customer service received in a timely fashion from the builder, Colin, the home home buying experience with Pulte Homes proved to be trustworthy, and comfortable resulting in a very smooth and exciting move in process. We were very pleased with Colin and the Pulte team.

Pulte Homes in this community is taking advantage of the market situation and building very poor quality homes. The building managers are over whelmed with the number of homes they have to work and not able to supervise the construction quality and missing several important aspects. Pulte homes is only intersted in rushing to close the homes without even having appliances and competing the home properly.I would not recommend this company to put your money

I believe that Pulte has beautiful homes, I just bought one! The build process was very involved and I appreciated that. The finishing jobs were rushed and I am finding multiple issues that the natural eye cant see during a walk through.

Over all buying experience is great.

Our sales person was poorly trained. For instance, we asked the upgrade cost of a sprinkler system and he said it was not an option. It was, but we didn't find out until after we closed. We chose a floorplan with an extended kitchen. He said it was included in the base price, but when we got to the design appointment, it was a $5800 upgrade. I advise knocking on doors of finished homes and asking questions. The most important issue we had was closing on an unfinished home. We were moving from another state and made all of our plans based on the closing date Pulte provided. We sold our home, packed up and had our belongings with movers when we left our old place. Our Pulte home was not finished and we had no options at that point. We signed a document saying we were accepting the home as finished because we had no choice. We are in the house 6 weeks now and they are working on things, but I would not have moved in with it at this condition, if I had had a choice!! ... More
