They really listen to what you want and try to help you build a custom house. Although it took longer than expected from the current state of our pandemic and sometime not finding dependable trade workers, overall it was a house well built and we love our new home.

It’s been 1 month since closing but still having issues. Raised multiple Service request but response is very slow.Have to follow up multiple times with the warranty guy Russell to send someone to care of the request. Even many other house owners are having warrranty issues. Some request is pending for 2 months. It’s new construction, so ideally we should not be having many issues in first place. Paid more than asking price, but now I feel it’s not worth.

Do Not Close with Outstanding Issues

My advice is to never close on the home when their are outstanding items that need to be complete. This was our first time building a home. We did not truly understand that the home should be complete (move-in ready) the day before close. Now, we still have items not done and I have to constantly follow up to get anything done. Lesson learned.

Disappointed with the care taken with the millwork. Lots of dents and dings in the wood work for a new home of this price.

Sadly the quality of the subcontractors’ work was shoddy and needed a specialist team to be engaged to fix the myriad issues in all rooms of the house. The house was nowhere near ready on our “celebration walk through”. Covid supply chain issues aside, there were too many shortcuts taken in the building of our home. We still have unresolved issues 2 months after closing.

I had a good experience during the entire experience. The building process took longer than normal because of Covid but I always got my questions answered in a timely manner. I'd tell anybody to also get their mortgage through Pulte because that was a smooth process. I heard horror stories of people having trouble at closing but no issues at all. I'd recommend Pulte to anybody looking for a nice home with people who are considered with your happiness.

It was a first time home buying experience . Overall it was good experience for me but I did not get the home in time until last minute the work was pending .it was just a townhome but pulte did not plan well it took around 10 plus months to get a house which normally takes 4-5 months . Also the quality if the material is not up to the mark being a reputed builder .

After the closing of this house, problems started to appear. Doorbells, internet cables, air conditioners, and other minor problems were resolved, but they did not keep their promise until today. AC still has problem. I don't know when they will come to check and resolve it.

Please learn from us and also our entire street and avoid Pulte at all costs. Not only is there sheer incompetence at all levels, but extreme rudeness and screaming from the area construction manager is an absolute no-go. For the rest of the team, the ball was dropped every single step of the way. We are not only talking about delays (because many of them are out of their hands), but simply overpromising and not delivering. They couldn’t keep up with any list or email. Made mistakes with contracts and every single step of the construction process. Construction quality is sub-par and 3 months ...

Accessibility is good for this community but I see few hiccups during entire process especially loan process with pulte. Home built quickly was not so good. I don’t like bidding concept which is adding more money to the lot and its worthless.

Overall the house was ok, but there were a ton of little issues that took over a month to get resolved after our close (even when it was agreed upon at close. The customer care system is useless- open tickets with no follow up for over a month. Thankfully Dave our builder helped us out recently on some issues, but outside of that the whole post-close support is completely useless.

Unfortunately when we closed we were promised that everything would be taken care of. Well that certainly was not the case. House was not cleaned, paint on floor , some areas not touched up before move in. Back door is installed wrong. Issue was addressed and then dropped. Requested a warranty issue and nothing was done about it. Very disappointing to say the least.

I would caution any new buyers to look elsewhere. We are 45 days into ownership and very disappointed. Not only did we have to make several concessions along the way, now we are dealing with very poor responsiveness post move in. Pulte was responsive during the build process, but now its like a switch was flipped, once we took possession, they do not respond. Even though we had a documented (and Pulte acknowledged) list of 10+ concerns, no response despite numerous attempts to have things addressed. Our concerns are significant; issues such as missing exterior siding, non-functional ...
