Our experience with Pulte is great!

I have had great experience purchasing home with Pulte.

Overall it was a great experience, from mortgage, insurance, build progress to closing. Everything goes smoothly and good services.

Only proceed with Pulte if you have unlimited time and patience

Great neighborhood and location, but builder needs to focus on contractors quality of workmanship.

The price and locality is good with good schools.

The Process took longer than expected and we had some unforeseen issues at the beginning of our journey but overall the experience was well worth it.

Really enjoyed working with the builder who was very responsive to all my concerns. Love the house.

This is not my first home buying experience. IN the past had new home buying exp with other Builders too. I will not say Pulte is bad or good. But only piece of advice is that defi. check out for Quality of workmanship , Value for price etc available during the process of home buying, Lookout for options.

Nice home with great value

I wouldn't do this again. Pulte seems to have very little control over their sub contractors. We've encountered countless issues throughout the process (during and after the build was complete). Pulte always responds quickly, but there's no way to fix widespread shoddy workmanship (framing, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows, you name it). I just hope we don't encounter long-term effects down the line.

Workmanship of all area was very poor, and I was not happy enough about quality.

First Time Home Buyer, couldn't ask for more. Pulte made our dream into reality. Special thanks to our Construction Manager Seth Gehle, he did a terrific job and made sure we have the home as we imagined.

It's good to stay in Pulte but there are some teething issues.

I purchased new home from Pulte in Georgia. I heard from my real estate agent that they were good builder. On the closing day, house was incomplete. Some of lights and plugs were not working. Doors were not closing. Some door handles were placed wrong way. Exposed insulation around door and window frame. Strips in new window fell off. Floor, carpets were not cleaned. Stains on floor, door handles. They had to reinstall tiles in all bathroom for some reason. That caused damage to door edges. Stairway was never polished. These are few things to mention. This gives an experience of buying a used home. They have good warranty on paper, if they fix the things. More than a month after closing, we are still awaiting to get things fixed we have complained about. ... More

This is the first home that I have ever purchased, but I love the design of the Pulte townhomes. Pulte provides an abundance of products for customers to choose from when purchasing a home. Any homeowner should be able to design a beautiful home to meet their needs and their budget.

The overall building process was great. We were included every step of the way with weekly progress reports

I had a great experience with pulte from all aspects. The sales manager Donna was very helpful to get us started, the field manager Brad was very helpful throughout the building process, the finance team worked well with the closing team to successfully close the property. Slow to respond to issues even if they are classified as emergent.

The builder was always available to answer my questions and give regular updates on the build process.

Overall, this has been a good first-time home-buying experience.
