My experience with Pulte home is amazing!

David my field manager made sure my home was ready to move in. As we know every new home owner will have a punch list to submit. I’m very confident David will take care of me. Thank you once again David for your honesty and great customer service.

Homebuyers can make sure the builder is very reliable, responds quickly. He is a very kind person and professional. He pays attention to all the details and finishes the construction work asap. You can tell how great work experience he has by seeing around. We found him dealing at his best with all the long lead time of supplies and the labor.

My home is beautiful. The builder did an excellent job. We still have a few outstanding items that they are yet to complete due to material shortage when building the home. We are in communication to have these items completed fairly soon.

Builder is nice and great.

Every meeting with project manager was a waste of time. He gave wrong information on many occasions that had us believe things would be done a certain way. Items discussed at multiple pre walk through were never addressed. Sheetrock seams on ceilings did not receive a finish coat before paint. Exterior of house needs full repaint due to touch ups not matching. Garage door was never painted. One circuit of outlets in kitchen does not work ( breaker will not reset). Didn’t receive a second garage door opener. There is more, but this is only supposed to take 1to 2 minutes.

From the buying process with Jake to the loan approval with Chris Haskin and Tiffany Walters to the construction with Nate Lawrence, they were always available and ready to inform and notify me of everything. I felt well supported and advised every step of the way.

My builder, Robert Delaney, was fantastic. He kept me updated weekley and was very responsive.

Materials seem to be quality but finishing workmanship is not very good. Lots of issues with drywall, baseboards that need to be replaced, tub drains missing or not installed, chipped marble in the bathroom, window frames/screen frames bent, etc I have several warranty tickets outstanding and no drywall has been addressed. Also baseboard in the master bedroom was supposed to be replaced pre closing. As of today (nearly 8 weeks later) it still hasn't been replaced.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of products used in my home, the sloppy workmanship within the house. ..unfinished walls, clumps of plaster where wall connects to door frame. Dust painted over on surfaces so not smooth. There was no priming of paint on walls, ceiling or wood trim. I can see the Sheetrock through the paint on the walls and ceiling, paint is peeling off the woodwork and can see bare wood. When pull painters tape off wall it takes the paint with it. Tile put down improperly, and grout not sealed anywhere. Holes in wall board, clumps of plasters painted over without smoothing out. Cracked door frames, nails sticking out of door frame. Cheap hardwood floor. Floor boards only about 1/4 inch thick and the slightest hit on the floor causes chip marks. Not what was shown me in design room. Outside lights not working, AC noisy, and not balanced. Too many to even begin to list!!! Talking with the neighbors I've met it seems they all had major problems as well. Don't buy a Pulte home. This is the fourth house I have purchased in my life and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They moved my closing date up by 2 weeks even though I was assured I wouldn't close before mid-August (which was the time frame I requested) and the house wasn't even ready. At every level of work: cosmetic to structural the quality is poor. During inspection issues were noted with the AC not cooling properly. I was assured it was fine. It stopped working 3 days after I moved in due to a coolant leak. This was at 5:30 pm on an Aug day. the AC/Furnace warranty company wouldn't come out to my house until between 1-6 the next day. Even though I was told for 5 hours from the Pulte Emergency Warranty call center someone would be coming out that night. This is just an example of issues. I hired another inspector as I have no confidence in the integrity of this house and he found a support beam not attached to anything and no windows are sealed on the outside and none of the roof vents are seal as my chimney wasn't either and leaked. ... The staff was great to work with. The sales consultants, the design team and field manager were all friendly, attentive and showed concern for our home buying process.

Kept us posted about the progress of construction but after 1 month for issues I have emailed few times to get work done and still waiting

The builder was a good through the process (Lamar), but everyone else was highly untrustworthy

The local construction managers were great to work with and did an amazing job helping us get into the house. Unfortunately, there are many issues with the house that they are unable to resolve due to the company policy. The gutters on the house are too small to handle the rain in Georgia and will need to be replaced at my cost. Lots of small issues that we are finding all over the interior and exterior of the home. Based on the lack of workers available and the companies inability to get other contractors, I am not confident that the issues will get resolved. I will end up paying for the repairs myself to get it handled before they become bigger issues. Very disappointing when you pay this much money for a house. ... More

Our project manager was great. He kept us updated weekly with updates to our home through the construction process. The sales agent we first initially dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone worked really hard to make sure we were happy at closing. A little sloppy with the paint as overspray on window sill areas and floor. Mismatched door going to our garage compared to the rest of the house. AC not cooling a room and took 1 week to get response from someone after submitting a ticket (still pending resolution). Landscapers ran out of grass and can tell where they laid the 2nd portion as much fuller. I wish they would pretreat the soil as I have been picking weeds daily ... More

Sales agent have very less idea on how to deal with customers especially when they first time buyers. builders are new with not a lot of experience but still somewhat did a good job. designs - house designs are awful, so much space is wasted on unnecessary things. The home designs needs to be explained well to customers and be given an idea on how it looks on the lot... like ranch houses will consume a lot of yard size vs other family homes. Cant just count the number of things. Sometimes the upgrades are really downgrading in Pulte. Interior design - Standard design options are joke, cannot customize the designs we choose is a backstep in the process. Inside the house, I see the paint is wearing out, nails are popping out of drywall. The electric work is a joke had a switch not working for more than few weeks. Overall buying a home at Pulte has given me many lessons I will not forget. ... More

The Experience I had was with buying a home with pulte was great

My builder and agent were absolutely amazing. They always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I was also welcomed whenever i wanted to see how the house was coming along. Im so grateful for their guidance during the whole process and I absolutely love my home

The entire Pulte team has been awesome to work with. They made the entire process easy to navigate including sending automatic quotes for mortgage and insurance. The whole team has been great in meeting any requests or concerns I have had.

The quality of build and special accommodates made upon request were superb. The communication was not good at times. I would rather hear there are no updates rather than radio silence. Builder did a good job of trying to make us whole in the end.

Look elsewhere if you are interested in buying a great home !!!
